蓬(peng)(peng)萊第一(yi)中學地(di)處渤(bo)海、黃海之濱,與馳(chi)名(ming)中外的蓬(peng)(peng)萊閣相鄰,學校建筑精(jing)美,環境優雅,人文氣息濃郁,是(shi)煙臺市重點高中,山東(dong)省規范化學校。學校占地(di)12萬(wan)平方(fang)米(mi)(mi),總(zong)建筑面(mian)積達6萬(wan)多平方(fang)米(mi)(mi),綠化面(mian)積2萬(wan)多平方(fang)米(mi)(mi)。現有(you)在(zai)職(zhi)教(jiao)師371人,其(qi)中,在(zai)職(zhi)高級教(jiao)師55人,一(yi)級教(jiao)師90人。在(zai)校學生(sheng)人數(shu)近4000人,70個班級。

高(gao)(gao)素質的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)隊伍自(zi)1995年(nian)以來(lai),學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)實施“名牌(pai)帶動戰略(lve)”,讓(rang)有較高(gao)(gao)業務(wu)能力(li)和教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)理論水平(ping)的(de)老教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)擔(dan)任新(xin)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)指導教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi),力(li)爭使新(xin)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)入校(xiao)后一年(nian)熟(shu)悉教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)常規,三年(nian)熟(shu)悉學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材和教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)規律(lv)。隨著(zhu)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)規模的(de)不斷(duan)擴大(da),青年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)大(da)量增加,2004年(nian),又進一步實行“青藍工程”,新(xin)老教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)結(jie)師(shi)(shi)(shi)徒對(dui)子,以老帶新(xin)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)鼓勵并創(chuang)造條件(jian)讓(rang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)繼續深造與(yu)自(zi)我充實相結(jie)合,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)與(yu)科(ke)研雙肩挑,不斷(duan)提高(gao)(gao)自(zi)己的(de)業務(wu)水平(ping)。先后有3人獲全國優(you)秀(xiu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)稱(cheng)號。60人獲省、市級優(you)秀(xiu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)和教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)能手稱(cheng)號。教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷水平(ping)99%達到本科(ke)以上,研究生課程進修班學(xue)(xue)(xue)員30余名。
1、采(cai)用(yong)競(jing)爭和激勵機(ji)制(zhi),優(you)(you)化(hua)教(jiao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)。學(xue)校制(zhi)訂了《蓬萊一中教(jiao)學(xue)質(zhi)量末(mo)位(wei)公示及末(mo)位(wei)淘汰管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)辦(ban)法》、《蓬萊一中職員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作質(zhi)量末(mo)位(wei)公示及末(mo)位(wei)淘汰管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)辦(ban)法》、《常(chang)規(gui)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)要求與檢查標準》等一系(xi)列辦(ban)法,規(gui)范教(jiao)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)育教(jiao)學(xue)和服務行(xing)為;采(cai)用(yong)全(quan)員聘任(ren)制(zhi),讓全(quan)體教(jiao)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)競(jing)爭上崗(gang);以校內(nei)結構工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資制(zhi)激活干(gan)勁,充分(fen)調動了教(jiao)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作積極(ji)性;開展多種形式的(de)(de)(de)評(ping)優(you)(you)選佳活動,倡(chang)導同(tong)質(zhi)競(jing)爭,加速(su)了教(jiao)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)隊伍(wu)的(de)(de)(de)優(you)(you)化(hua);嚴格實行(xing)班(ban)主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)辦(ban)法,提高(gao)班(ban)主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)的(de)(de)(de)能動性。實行(xing)班(ban)主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)承諾制(zhi),制(zhi)訂了《班(ban)主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)常(chang)規(gui)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)考核辦(ban)法》,把(ba)績效與班(ban)主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)津貼掛鉤,分(fen)等級,月兌現,極(ji)大地調動班(ban)主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de)(de)(de)積極(ji)性。
2、深化(hua)德育(yu)工(gong)作,強化(hua)學生(sheng)常(chang)規(gui)管理(li)。創新(xin)德育(yu)教(jiao)育(yu)模式,開展主(zhu)題教(jiao)育(yu),諸(zhu)如禮儀教(jiao)育(yu)、誠信教(jiao)育(yu)等(deng)等(deng)。同時,加(jia)強校(xiao)園文(wen)化(hua)建設(she),形(xing)(xing)成濃郁(yu)的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)氛圍,以此影響熏(xun)陶感染(ran)學生(sheng),形(xing)(xing)成現代人(ren)格(ge)。利用班會(hui)教(jiao)育(yu)和談心(xin)活動大力(li)(li)促進(jin)學生(sheng)思想品(pin)質的(de)(de)提(ti)高。德育(yu)工(gong)作方式由強制(zhi)性、整體化(hua)向自主(zhu)性、個體化(hua)轉變(bian)。加(jia)大校(xiao)園常(chang)規(gui)管理(li)的(de)(de)力(li)(li)度(du),通過對(dui)宿舍、校(xiao)園秩序、行為規(gui)范的(de)(de)常(chang)抓不懈,優化(hua)了教(jiao)學環(huan)境,創造了良好的(de)(de)校(xiao)園風氣。
3、加(jia)(jia)(jia)強(qiang)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)管理(li),努(nu)力(li)提高(gao)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)。我校(xiao)緊(jin)緊(jin)圍繞“解(jie)放思(si)想、科(ke)學(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)、優(you)化教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)、狠抓落(luo)實(shi)”的(de)思(si)路(lu)展開(kai)工作(zuo)(zuo),一(yi)(yi)是優(you)化管理(li)模式,采取級部負責制,責、權、利充(chong)分下放,學(xue)校(xiao)制定了(le)《蓬(peng)萊一(yi)(yi)中關于加(jia)(jia)(jia)強(qiang)級部管理(li)落(luo)實(shi)級部主任(ren)責任(ren)制的(de)意(yi)見》,進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步(bu)強(qiang)化級部職能,使級部這一(yi)(yi)實(shi)體的(de)潛能得到(dao)大程(cheng)度的(de)發揮;二(er)是優(you)化教(jiao)(jiao)師隊(dui)伍(wu),制訂了(le)《新教(jiao)(jiao)師考(kao)(kao)核管理(li)辦法》和《教(jiao)(jiao)師培(pei)(pei)訓制度》,形成了(le)一(yi)(yi)整套(tao)培(pei)(pei)訓機制,以此來打造(zao)一(yi)(yi)支有(you)創(chuang)新精神的(de)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)型教(jiao)(jiao)師隊(dui)伍(wu);三(san)是優(you)化高(gao)考(kao)(kao)科(ke)類。我們調整了(le)文(wen)(wen)科(ke)和藝術的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue),加(jia)(jia)(jia)強(qiang)了(le)文(wen)(wen)科(ke)班生(sheng)源(yuan)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang),擴大了(le)藝術生(sheng)的(de)數量(liang)(liang),以獲取高(gao)考(kao)(kao)的(de)大利益;四是優(you)化課(ke)時(shi)安(an)排和課(ke)堂教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue),留有(you)足夠的(de)時(shi)間給學(xue)生(sheng)進(jin)行知(zhi)識的(de)消化,從提高(gao)課(ke)堂效(xiao)率和培(pei)(pei)養(yang)學(xue)生(sheng)能力(li)入(ru)手,加(jia)(jia)(jia)強(qiang)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)。同時(shi)強(qiang)化各項落(luo)實(shi),其中包括重點抓好文(wen)(wen)理(li)科(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)、調整完善(shan)高(gao)三(san)復習思(si)路(lu)、落(luo)實(shi)測試(shi)的(de)時(shi)效(xiao)性和指導作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)、落(luo)實(shi)高(gao)考(kao)(kao)目標等(deng)等(deng)。由于措施得力(li),管理(li)科(ke)學(xue),教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)成績大幅度提高(gao)。五是以科(ke)研(yan)促發展,積極(ji)開(kai)展教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu),積極(ji)申報國家、省、市各級科(ke)研(yan)課(ke)題,做到(dao)人(ren)人(ren)有(you)課(ke)題,全員參(can)與,提升(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)師的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)水平(ping)。
4、加強(qiang)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)隊(dui)(dui)伍建(jian)設(she),提(ti)高管(guan)理(li)質量。我們花(hua)大氣力(li),狠(hen)抓(zhua)了干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)隊(dui)(dui)伍建(jian)設(she),充分(fen)發(fa)揮(hui)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)模(mo)范(fan)帶頭作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用,取(qu)得(de)了明顯成效。其(qi)中(zhong)包(bao)括(kuo)抓(zhua)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)隊(dui)(dui)伍的(de)(de)思路(lu)創新、抓(zhua)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)落(luo)實、抓(zhua)班子的(de)(de)團隊(dui)(dui)精神。通過請進(jin)來、走(zou)出(chu)去、摘發(fa)資料(liao)、集中(zhong)交流等學習(xi)形式,提(ti)高干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)形象(xiang)、自律(lv)形象(xiang)、能力(li)形象(xiang),各科室和級部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)在全(quan)體(ti)教職(zhi)工會議上提(ti)出(chu)自己的(de)(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)承諾和質量指標承諾,讓全(quan)體(ti)教職(zhi)工對領(ling)(ling)導(dao)分(fen)管(guan)的(de)(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)進(jin)行監督(du)。同(tong)時為了加強(qiang)管(guan)理(li)力(li)度(du),學校領(ling)(ling)導(dao)實行包(bao)級部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)年級分(fen)工責任制(zhi)、領(ling)(ling)導(dao)首問責任制(zhi),大大提(ti)高了工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)落(luo)實力(li)度(du)。干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)成員工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)熱情高,精神狀態好,協同(tong)意識和同(tong)心進(jin)取(qu)的(de)(de)團隊(dui)(dui)精神得(de)到進(jin)一步(bu)增強(qiang)。
5、加強綜合管理(li),提高服務質(zhi)量。學(xue)校(xiao)工(gong)會、共(gong)青(qing)團、婦委(wei)會等(deng)群(qun)眾組織,在(zai)黨委(wei)領導下,相互支持(chi),共(gong)同合作,為(wei)教(jiao)育教(jiao)學(xue)工(gong)作做出(chu)了(le)很大貢(gong)獻(xian)。
