學(xue)校(xiao)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)于(yu)1958年,學(xue)校(xiao)始終堅(jian)持“關愛生(sheng)命,注重實(shi)踐,自(zi)(zi)主成(cheng)(cheng)長,多元發(fa)展(zhan)”的辦(ban)(ban)(ban)學(xue)理念(nian)。在辦(ban)(ban)(ban)學(xue)特色方面,走(zou)農科(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)結合(he)之路,突出(chu)(chu)學(xue)生(sheng)農業科(ke)技(ji)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新實(shi)踐能力的培養。學(xue)生(sheng)科(ke)技(ji)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新成(cheng)(cheng)果先后榮獲北京國(guo)際博覽會、國(guo)家(jia)發(fa)明協會金(jin)牌2枚,全(quan)國(guo)青少年科(ke)技(ji)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新大賽金(jin)牌4枚,銀牌5枚,銅牌3枚。在教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)方面,大力推進寫優質(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)案、講優質(zhi)(zhi)課、寫優質(zhi)(zhi)論文、爭做名(ming)師(shi)(shi)的“三(san)優一(yi)(yi)名(ming)”工程(cheng),在學(xue)生(sheng)中積極實(shi)施自(zi)(zi)立、自(zi)(zi)治、自(zi)(zi)學(xue)的“三(san)自(zi)(zi)工程(cheng)”,突出(chu)(chu)學(xue)生(sheng)自(zi)(zi)主學(xue)習能力的培養。十年來(lai)高考質(zhi)(zhi)量穩步攀升,連十年被(bei)運城市教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育局授予“教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)質(zhi)(zhi)量先進學(xue)校(xiao)”。在文明校(xiao)園創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)方面,實(shi)施“德育先導(dao)、質(zhi)(zhi)量立校(xiao)、環(huan)境推動、活(huo)動升華”四大戰(zhan)略和“貼(tie)近(jin)時(shi)代、貼(tie)近(jin)師(shi)(shi)生(sheng)、貼(tie)近(jin)生(sheng)活(huo)”的“三(san)貼(tie)近(jin)”原則(ze),突出(chu)(chu)全(quan)面育人的目標,形成(cheng)(cheng)了良(liang)好(hao)的校(xiao)風。教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)中涌(yong)現(xian)出(chu)(chu)全(quan)國(guo)五一(yi)(yi)勞動獎章(zhang)獲得(de)者、全(quan)國(guo)優秀(xiu)(xiu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)、全(quan)國(guo)優秀(xiu)(xiu)班主任、全(quan)國(guo)優秀(xiu)(xiu)科(ke)技(ji)輔導(dao)員、特級教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)等一(yi)(yi)批名(ming)師(shi)(shi)。
一、堅(jian)持向高校輸送英(ying)才(cai),為當地(di)培養新人兩(liang)條腿走路,服務經濟的辦(ban)學方向;

四、由“校、村、戶”三(san)聯網發展到輔導員社(she)(she)團、學生社(she)(she)團、農村農業合(he)作社(she)(she)“三(san)社(she)(she)合(he)作”教學科研生產相結合(he),服新農村建設的辦學道路。
中國(guo)陶(tao)行(xing)(xing)知(zhi)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)會(hui)實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)學(xue)校(xiao)是中國(guo)陶(tao)行(xing)(xing)知(zhi)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)會(hui)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)和實(shi)(shi)踐偉大(da)的(de)(de)(de)人民教育家(jia)陶(tao)行(xing)(xing)知(zhi)教育思想(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要基(ji)地。多年(nian)來,學(xue)校(xiao)志立于研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)并實(shi)(shi)踐陶(tao)行(xing)(xing)知(zhi)教育思想(xiang),以(yi)推動(dong)學(xue)校(xiao)教育改革,提高教育教學(xue)質(zhi)量和辦學(xue)水平為目(mu)標,并有較好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)陶(tao)研(yan)(yan)(yan)工作基(ji)礎,經學(xue)校(xiao)申(shen)請,市陶(tao)行(xing)(xing)知(zhi)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)會(hui)考察(cha)評(ping)估(gu),省(sheng)陶(tao)研(yan)(yan)(yan)會(hui)初(chu)審(shen),由中國(guo)陶(tao)行(xing)(xing)知(zhi)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)會(hui)審(shen)核(he),2012年(nian)元月確定學(xue)校(xiao)為中國(guo)陶(tao)行(xing)(xing)知(zhi)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)會(hui)實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)學(xue)校(xiao),是山西省(sheng)被(bei)確定的(de)(de)(de)17所實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)校(xiao)之一(yi)。2012年(nian)6月17日,山西省(sheng)陶(tao)行(xing)(xing)知(zhi)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)會(hui)常委副會(hui)長荊世華一(yi)行(xing)(xing)3人為學(xue)校(xiao)授牌“學(xue)陶(tao)師(shi)陶(tao)研(yan)(yan)(yan)陶(tao)實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)校(xiao)”。
辦小農場,培育作物新品種,風(feng)陵渡(du)中學教(jiao)學成果《在服務(wu)“三(san)農”綜合實(shi)踐活(huo)動(dong)中提高學生科學素養的長期(qi)探索與(yu)實(shi)踐》,歷專(zhuan)家委員會審議評選,獲首(shou)屆(jie)基礎教(jiao)育國(guo)家級教(jiao)學成果一等獎。
學(xue)校(xiao)先(xian)(xian)(xian)后被授予全(quan)國(guo)(guo)精(jing)神文(wen)明(ming)(ming)建設工作先(xian)(xian)(xian)進(jin)單位(wei)、全(quan)國(guo)(guo)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)生實踐活動(dong)先(xian)(xian)(xian)進(jin)單位(wei)、全(quan)國(guo)(guo)勞動(dong)技術教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)先(xian)(xian)(xian)進(jin)學(xue)校(xiao)、山西省教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)紅旗單位(wei)、模范(fan)單位(wei)、特色中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)、德育(yu)(yu)示范(fan)校(xiao)、綠色學(xue)校(xiao)等(deng)殊榮(rong),辦學(xue)經驗(yan)被《人民日報(bao)》、《光(guang)明(ming)(ming)日報(bao)》、《中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)報(bao)》等(deng)報(bao)道,并收錄入(ru)《中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)普通(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)》一書(shu),上(shang)報(bao)聯合國(guo)(guo)教(jiao)(jiao)科文(wen)組織,受到國(guo)(guo)務院(yuan)83(25)號文(wen)件和何東昌、朱開軒兩位(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)部長、中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)陶研會(hui)方明(ming)(ming)會(hui)長的(de)充分肯定。
