洪(hong)(hong)雅(ya)(ya)(ya)自古就(jiu)有加工(gong)(gong)藤(teng)(teng)椒油的(de)(de)(de)歷史,數(shu)百年來,每到農歷七月藤(teng)(teng)椒成(cheng)熟飄香(xiang)之季,洪(hong)(hong)雅(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)家(jia)家(jia)戶(hu)戶(hu)都要閉制(zhi)藤(teng)(teng)椒油,用(yong)(yong)(yong)作不可缺少(shao)的(de)(de)(de)美(mei)食(shi)調料,又當作珍貴(gui)的(de)(de)(de)禮物送人。嘉慶版《洪(hong)(hong)雅(ya)(ya)(ya)縣志》載:“椒有藤(teng)(teng)椒、以燙油淋制(zhi)味(wei)(wei)美(mei),謂之洪(hong)(hong)雅(ya)(ya)(ya)藤(teng)(teng)椒油”。洪(hong)(hong)雅(ya)(ya)(ya)藤(teng)(teng)椒油采用(yong)(yong)(yong)傳(chuan)統(tong)工(gong)(gong)藝加工(gong)(gong),不添(tian)加任何(he)添(tian)加劑,色澤清(qing)亮,呈淺黃綠色,保持了藤(teng)(teng)椒果所具備的(de)(de)(de)純香(xiang),口(kou)味(wei)(wei)清(qing)爽、麻香(xiang)濃郁、麻味(wei)(wei)綿(mian)長。宋代大文豪蘇東坡(po)發明的(de)(de)(de)東坡(po)缽缽雞(ji)所用(yong)(yong)(yong)主要調料也是(shi)洪(hong)(hong)雅(ya)(ya)(ya)藤(teng)(teng)椒油,并贊(zan)日(ri):“香(xiang)味(wei)(wei)透骨(gu),麻味(wei)(wei)綿(mian)長,嘗后成(cheng)仙,清(qing)心脫俗”。

產(chan)品(pin)遠銷成都、重慶、北(bei)京、上(shang)海(hai)、廣東(dong)等全國(guo)(guo)大都市的(de)(de)超市和餐館。其銷售量(liang)(liang)占中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)藤(teng)椒(jiao)油(you)產(chan)品(pin)總量(liang)(liang)半(ban)壁江(jiang)山,占中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)全部藤(teng)椒(jiao)制品(pin)產(chan)品(pin)貿易量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)三分(fen)之一以上(shang)。產(chan)品(pin)價(jia)格(ge)多(duo)年來一直保持(chi)穩定上(shang)升的(de)(de)趨勢,銷售價(jia)格(ge)從(cong)2002的(de)(de)15元(yuan)/公(gong)斤上(shang)升為(wei)現在(zai)的(de)(de)價(jia)格(ge)為(wei)36元(yuan)/公(gong)斤。洪(hong)雅藤(teng)椒(jiao)油(you)已成為(wei)外地(di)游客到(dao)洪(hong)雅購買(mai)地(di)方特色產(chan)品(pin)的(de)(de)首選食(shi)品(pin)。藤(teng)椒(jiao)油(you)生產(chan)采用(yong)“公(gong)司(si)+農戶+基地(di)”產(chan)業化(hua)(hua)模式,為(wei)周邊廣大椒(jiao)農提供了(le)穩定的(de)(de)創收平(ping)臺,實現了(le)產(chan)業化(hua)(hua)和標準化(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)良性可持(chi)續發展(zhan)。

2002年(nian)(nian)10月(yue)在(zai)(zai)西部農博會(hui)上被評為(wei)名(ming)優農產品, 2003年(nian)(nian)在(zai)(zai)深圳農博會(hui)上喜(xi)獲(huo)金(jin)獎;2004年(nian)(nian)以洪雅藤椒(jiao)油(you)為(wei)調(diao)味料制(zhi)作而(er)成的缽(bo)(bo)缽(bo)(bo)雞(ji)獲(huo)大世(shi)界吉尼斯之最(最大的缽(bo)(bo)缽(bo)(bo)雞(ji)一“天(tian)下第一缽(bo)(bo)”);2006年(nian)(nian)9月(yue)21日,中國(guo)食品工業協會(hui)花(hua)卉食品專(zhuan)業委員授予我縣“中國(guo)藤椒(jiao)之鄉”;2010年(nian)(nian)8月(yue),洪雅藤椒(jiao)油(you)傳統制(zhi)作工藝(yi)被眉山市人民(min)政府批(pi)準(zhun)公(gong)布為(wei)眉山市市級非物質(zhi)文(wen)化(hua)遺產,洪雅縣藤椒(jiao)油(you)制(zhi)作方法獲(huo)得了國(guo)家專(zhuan)利局頒(ban)發的專(zhuan)利證書。
