博(bo)白空心(xin)(xin)菜(cai)(cai)(博(bo)白蕹(weng)菜(cai)(cai)),又(you)叫空心(xin)(xin)菜(cai)(cai),或通心(xin)(xin)菜(cai)(cai),是(shi)一年生草本植物,莖空心(xin)(xin),蔓生,是(shi)博(bo)白縣的特(te)產鮮菜(cai)(cai)
博(bo)白(bai)(bai)空(kong)(kong)心(xin)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(博(bo)白(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai))歷史悠久(jiu),品種(zhong)優良,尤其(qi)以(yi)博(bo)白(bai)(bai)縣(xian)(xian)城郊南門(men)塘(tang)的(de)(de)(de)最有(you)名(ming)(ming)。古(gu)時的(de)(de)(de)廣西(xi)玉林(lin)曾有(you)過這(zhe)樣的(de)(de)(de)說法:“陸川豬,北流魚,博(bo)白(bai)(bai)靚蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)”。可(ke)見博(bo)白(bai)(bai)空(kong)(kong)心(xin)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(博(bo)白(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai))確實早已譽滿神(shen)州,名(ming)(ming)揚海(hai)外(wai)。博(bo)白(bai)(bai)縣(xian)(xian)第二(er)(er)本縣(xian)(xian)志(zhi),為(wei)清(qing)(qing)道光十二(er)(er)年(1832年)重鑄(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)乾(qian)隆時期的(de)(de)(de)《博(bo)白(bai)(bai)縣(xian)(xian)志(zhi)》(第一(yi)(yi)本縣(xian)(xian)志(zhi)是乾(qian)隆時期的(de)(de)(de)手抄本,已失(shi)傳),在該縣(xian)(xian)志(zhi)第三(san)冊,十二(er)(er)卷物產(chan)綱,蔬(shu)屬篇中,就(jiu)有(you)“蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)”的(de)(de)(de)記載,據(ju)《博(bo)白(bai)(bai)縣(xian)(xian)志(zhi)》(1988建(jian)國(guo)后(hou)第一(yi)(yi)冊)卷九第一(yi)(yi)章第一(yi)(yi)目(mu)記載:“博(bo)白(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai),又叫(jiao)空(kong)(kong)心(xin)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai),或(huo)通心(xin)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai),是一(yi)(yi)年生(sheng)草本植(zhi)物,莖(jing)空(kong)(kong)心(xin),蔓生(sheng),是博(bo)白(bai)(bai)縣(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)特產(chan)鮮(xian)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)。它栽植(zhi)于水田,特點是莖(jing)長葉疏、葉尾(wei)尖細(xi)、鮮(xian)綠脆嫩(nen);把莖(jing)蔓折斷成段,其(qi)斷口即裂開(kai)卷縮,狀似喇叭;煮熟后(hou),次日仍(reng)保持(chi)原來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)青(qing)綠色澤。博(bo)白(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)湯清(qing)(qing)淡可(ke)口被譽為(wei)“青(qing)龍(long)過海(hai)”,是人們喜愛的(de)(de)(de)素食湯菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)之(zhi)一(yi)(yi)。博(bo)白(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)具有(you)清(qing)(qing)暑(shu)解毒、消食去膩、生(sheng)津(jin)、消炎之(zhi)功(gong)能。便(bian)秘者(zhe),吃(chi)上(shang)能使大(da)便(bian)暢通;對高血壓病人亦有(you)療養。博(bo)白(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)歷史悠久(jiu),200多年前(qian),已名(ming)(ming)揚海(hai)外(wai)。博(bo)白(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)以(yi)鮮(xian)美脆嫩(nen)著(zhu)稱,遠銷區內外(wai)。一(yi)(yi)位(wei)詩人品嘗博(bo)白(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)后(hou),曾留下(xia)“席間一(yi)(yi)試青(qing)龍(long)味(wei),半夜醒來(lai)嘴猶香”的(de)(de)(de)詩句。游子(zi)歸來(lai)以(yi)吃(chi)上(shang)博(bo)白(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)最為(wei)稱心(xin),外(wai)來(lai)旅人也以(yi)品嘗博(bo)白(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)為(wei)快。博(bo)白(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)田,泥肉較深,土質肥(fei)(fei)沃,灌溉方便(bian),經常保持(chi)4到(dao)5寸水層;肥(fei)(fei)料(liao)全部施用腐熟的(de)(de)(de)農家水肥(fei)(fei),不施化肥(fei)(fei)。但在異國(guo)他鄉用博(bo)白(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)的(de)(de)(de)種(zhong)子(zi)培植(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)味(wei)道卻大(da)為(wei)遜色。”
