博白桂圓肉以(yi)色(se)(se)澤黃亮(liang)、肉厚(hou)、糖(tang)分(fen)較多著(zhu)稱,泡開果肉呈梅(mei)花形,湯色(se)(se)微黃透澈,氣味芳香(xiang)、清甜(tian)可口,營養豐富而飲(yin)譽(yu)全球。
歷史淵源和知名度
桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)為(wei)(wei)中(zhong)國(guo)南方水果(guo),多產(chan)(chan)于兩(liang)廣地區。與(yu)荔枝(zhi)、香(xiang)蕉、菠蘿同(tong)為(wei)(wei)華南四大珍果(guo)。其樹(shu)高(gao)一二丈(zhang),葉(xie)長(chang)而(er)略小(xiao),開(kai)白花,成實于初秋。其實累累而(er)墜,外形圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)滾,如彈丸卻略小(xiao)于荔枝(zhi),皮(pi)青褐色。去(qu)(qu)皮(pi)則(ze)剔透晶瑩偏漿白,隱約可(ke)見內(nei)里紅(hong)黑(hei)色果(guo)核(he),極似眼(yan)珠,故以(yi)“龍(long)眼(yan)”名(ming)(ming)之。桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)原產(chan)(chan)我(wo)國(guo)南方,栽培(pei)歷史可(ke)追溯到二千多年(nian)(nian)前(qian)(qian)的漢代(dai)。北(bei)魏(wei)(386—534年(nian)(nian))·賈思勰(xie)《齊民要(yao)術(shu)》云:“龍(long)眼(yan)一名(ming)(ming)益(yi)智,一名(ming)(ming)比目(mu)。”因(yin)其成熟于桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)樹(shu)飄香(xiang)時(shi)節,俗稱(cheng)桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)元。古時(shi)列為(wei)(wei)重要(yao)貢(gong)品(pin)(pin)。魏(wei)文帝(535—551年(nian)(nian))曾詔(zhao)群臣:“南方果(guo)之珍異者,有龍(long)眼(yan)、荔枝(zhi),令歲貢(gong)焉。桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou)(rou),既是將鮮龍(long)眼(yan)曬干(gan)(gan)(gan)或烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)后成為(wei)(wei)龍(long)眼(yan)干(gan)(gan)(gan),龍(long)眼(yan)干(gan)(gan)(gan)去(qu)(qu)殼去(qu)(qu)核(he)后,為(wei)(wei)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)。廣西(xi)稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)“桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)”,因(yin)此在(zai)(zai)這(zhe)些特產(chan)(chan)名(ming)(ming)稱(cheng)前(qian)(qian)冠以(yi)“桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)”字,龍(long)眼(yan)干(gan)(gan)(gan)稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)“桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)”,圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)“桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)”。廣西(xi)桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)產(chan)(chan)區分布較廣,主要(yao)分布在(zai)(zai)玉林、貴港、崇(chong)左、南寧、百色等(deng)地,各地均有較好品(pin)(pin)質(zhi)的桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)上(shang)市(shi)。 1988年(nian)(nian)出版(ban)的《廣西(xi)傳(chuan)統(tong)食(shi)品(pin)(pin)》一書記載,博(bo)白縣是廣西(xi)桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的主要(yao)產(chan)(chan)區,素有“中(zhong)國(guo)桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)之鄉”的美譽。早(zao)在(zai)(zai)唐代(dai)初期,博(bo)白民間就(jiu)盛(sheng)行(xing)曬烤桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou)(rou),博(bo)白桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)以(yi)色澤黃亮(liang)、肉(rou)(rou)(rou)厚、糖分較多著稱(cheng),泡開(kai)果(guo)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)呈梅花形,湯色微(wei)黃透澈,氣味芳香(xiang)、清甜可(ke)口。1991年(nian)(nian),博(bo)白縣被國(guo)家農業部定為(wei)(wei)國(guo)家優(you)質(zhi)龍(long)眼(yan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)基地,1992年(nian)(nian)被國(guo)家農業部命名(ming)(ming)為(wei)(wei)“桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)之鄉”。博(bo)白生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)的生(sheng)曬圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)以(yi)其顆粒(li)完整(zheng)、干(gan)(gan)(gan)散、色澤金(jin)黃、營養豐富而(er)飲(yin)譽全球,1993年(nian)(nian)在(zai)(zai)曼谷“93年(nian)(nian)中(zhong)國(guo)優(you)質(zhi)農產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)及科(ke)技成果(guo)設(she)備展(zhan)覽會”上(shang)被評為(wei)(wei)銀獎,1994年(nian)(nian)在(zai)(zai)“94年(nian)(nian)全國(guo)優(you)質(zhi)農產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)鄭州(zhou)展(zhan)銷會”上(shang)被評為(wei)(wei)金(jin)獎。
