真空斷路器工作原理
當真空斷路器的動、靜觸頭(tou)在操(cao)作(zuo)機構的作(zuo)用下(xia)分(fen)閘(zha)時(shi),觸頭(tou)間產(chan)生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)弧,觸頭(tou)表面在高溫(wen)下(xia)揮發(fa)出蒸汽(qi),由于觸頭(tou)設計(ji)為特(te)殊(shu)形狀,在電(dian)(dian)流通過(guo)時(shi)產(chan)生(sheng)一磁場,電(dian)(dian)弧在此磁場作(zuo)用下(xia)沿觸頭(tou)表面切線方向(xiang)快速(su)(su)運動,在金屬(shu)圓筒(屏(ping)蔽罩(zhao))上凝結了(le)部分(fen)金屬(shu)蒸汽(qi),電(dian)(dian)弧在自然(ran)過(guo)零(ling)時(shi)就熄滅了(le),觸頭(tou)間的介質強(qiang)度又迅(xun)速(su)(su)恢(hui)復起來。
1、合閘過程:當操動(dong)機構的合(he)閘(zha)線圈通電,合(he)閘(zha)鐵(tie)芯(xin)被吸合(he),通過拐臂及連桿(gan)使真空(kong)滅弧室的動(dong)導電桿(gan)運動(dong),將(jiang)斷(duan)路器合(he)閘(zha)。
2、分閘過程:當操動機構的分(fen)閘(zha)線圈(quan)通電(dian),分(fen)閘(zha)鐵芯(xin)被(bei)吸合(he),使鎖口釋放(fang),斷(duan)路在分(fen)閘(zha)彈簧(huang)的作用下迅速分(fen)斷(duan)。
3、滅弧過程:真空(kong)斷(duan)路器的動靜觸頭上開有螺旋槽,使在電(dian)弧的軸向(xiang)(xiang)上外加一橫向(xiang)(xiang)磁(ci)場,當驅動電(dian)弧(對于大容量的真空(kong)斷(duan)路器為縱向(xiang)(xiang)磁(ci)場),使電(dian)弧高速旋轉,避面觸頭過熱。

1、儲能過程
當(dang)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)機(ji) 14接通(tong)電(dian)(dian)源時,電(dian)(dian)機(ji)帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)偏心(xin)輪(lun)轉動(dong)(dong)(dong),通(tong)過(guo)緊靠在偏心(xin)輪(lun)上的滾(gun)子10帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)拐臂(bei)9及連板7擺動(dong)(dong)(dong),推動(dong)(dong)(dong)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)棘爪6擺動(dong)(dong)(dong),使(shi)棘輪(lun)11轉動(dong)(dong)(dong),當(dang)棘輪(lun)11上的銷與(yu)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)軸套(tao)32的板靠住以后,二者一起運動(dong)(dong)(dong),使(shi)掛在儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)軸套(tao)上32上的合閘彈簧(huang)21拉(la)長。儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)軸套(tao)32由定(ding)位銷13固(gu)定(ding),維持(chi)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)狀態,同時,儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)軸套(tao)32上的拐臂(bei)推動(dong)(dong)(dong)行程開關5切斷儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)14的電(dian)(dian)源,并且儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)棘爪被抬(tai)起,與(yu)棘輪(lun)可靠脫離。
2、合閘操作過程
當機構(gou)(gou)(gou)接到(dao)合(he)閘信號后(開關處于斷開,已儲能(neng)狀態(tai)),合(he)閘電磁鐵 15的(de)(de)鐵心(xin)被吸(xi)向(xiang)(xiang)下運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),拉動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)定(ding)(ding)位(wei)件13向(xiang)(xiang)逆(ni)時(shi)(shi)針方向(xiang)(xiang)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),解除儲能(neng)維持(chi),合(he)閘彈簧21帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)儲能(neng)軸套32逆(ni)時(shi)(shi)針方向(xiang)(xiang)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),其凸(tu)輪壓動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)軸套 30,帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)連板(ban)29及(ji)搖臂27運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),使搖臂27扣(kou)住半軸25,使機構(gou)(gou)(gou)處于合(he)閘狀態(tai)。此時(shi)(shi),連鎖裝置(zhi)28鎖住定(ding)(ding)位(wei)件,使定(ding)(ding)位(wei)牛不能(neng)逆(ni)時(shi)(shi)針方向(xiang)(xiang)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),達(da)到(dao)機構(gou)(gou)(gou)聯銷的(de)(de)目的(de)(de),保證了機構(gou)(gou)(gou)在(zai)合(he)閘位(wei)置(zhi)不能(neng)合(he)閘操作。
3、分閘操作過程
斷路器合閘(zha)(zha)后,分(fen)閘(zha)(zha)電(dian)磁鐵(tie)接到信(xin)號,鐵(tie)芯吸合,分(fen)閘(zha)(zha)脫扣器 19中的頂桿向上運動(dong),使脫扣軸(zhou)16轉動(dong),帶(dai)動(dong)頂桿18向上運動(dong),頂動(dong)彎板26并帶(dai)動(dong)半(ban)軸(zhou)25向反時針方向轉動(dong)。半(ban)軸(zhou)25與(yu)搖(yao)臂27解扣,在(zai)分(fen)閘(zha)(zha)彈(dan)簧(huang)的作用下(xia),斷路器完成(cheng)分(fen)閘(zha)(zha)操作。
真空斷路器特點
1、觸頭開距小,10KV真空斷路器的觸頭開距只有10mm左右,操(cao)作機構(gou)的操(cao)作功就小,機械部(bu)分行程小,其機械壽命(ming)就長。
2、燃弧時間(jian)短,且(qie)與(yu)開關(guan)電流大小無關(guan),一般只有半周(zhou)波。
3、熄弧后觸頭(tou)間(jian)隙介(jie)質恢(hui)復速度快,對開斷近區故障性能較好。
4、由(you)于疏通在開斷電流(liu)時磨(mo)損量(liang)較小(xiao),所以(yi)觸頭的電氣壽命(ming)長,滿容(rong)量(liang)開斷達30-50次,額(e)定電流(liu)開斷達5000次以(yi)上,噪音小(xiao)適(shi)于頻繁操作。
5、體積(ji)小、重量輕。
6、適用(yong)于開斷容(rong)性負荷電(dian)流。
由(you)于其優點(dian)很(hen)多,所以廣泛應(ying)用(yong)于變(bian)電站(zhan)中,目前型(xing)(xing)(xing)號(hao)主要有:ZN12-10型(xing)(xing)(xing)、ZN28A-10型(xing)(xing)(xing)、ZN65A-12型(xing)(xing)(xing)、ZN12A-12型(xing)(xing)(xing)、VS1型(xing)(xing)(xing)、ZN30型(xing)(xing)(xing)等。
