220V 交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)經變壓(ya)(ya)器T 降壓(ya)(ya),變為(wei)低壓(ya)(ya)交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),經整流(liu)(liu)濾(lv)波,成(cheng)為(wei)低壓(ya)(ya)直流(liu)(liu),再經三(san)端集成(cheng)穩(wen)(wen)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)7806穩(wen)(wen)壓(ya)(ya),得到6V直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)供(gong)給控制電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)工作。H1為(wei)紅色發(fa)光二極管,作為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源指示。N2為(wei)紅外接收電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)SFH506-38,N3為(wei)鎖相環音頻譯(yi)碼器LM567,N3與(yu)R3、C6組成(cheng)振蕩器,R3、R6決(jue)定N3內部壓(ya)(ya)控振蕩器的中心頻率,LM567的3腳為(wei)信號輸(shu)入端,8腳為(wei)邏輯(ji)輸(shu)出(chu)端,其(qi)(qi)輸(shu)出(chu)端為(wei)OC門輸(shu)出(chu),最(zui)大灌電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)100mA,LM567的工作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)為(wei)4.75V~9V,工作頻率可從零點(dian)幾赫茲到500千赫,靜態工作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)8mA。N4為(wei)NE555定時器,它與(yu)外圍(wei)元件組成(cheng)單穩(wen)(wen)態定時電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu),其(qi)(qi)目的是在(zai)人手偶爾(er)偏離了紅外線的探(tan)測(ce)范(fan)圍(wei)時,能保證洗手器的正常(chang)出(chu)水。

LM567芯片5腳(jiao)輸出(chu)(chu)的(de)振蕩信號(hao)經(jing)三極(ji)管(guan)(guan)功率放(fang)(fang)大后(hou)(hou),推動(dong)(dong)紅外(wai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)射二極(ji)管(guan)(guan)VD向外(wai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)射紅外(wai)線(xian)。沒有人(ren)(ren)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)時,紅外(wai)接收(shou)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)N2接收(shou)不到(dao)(dao)VD向外(wai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)射的(de)紅外(wai)線(xian),N3的(de)3腳(jiao)無(wu)信號(hao)輸入,8腳(jiao)為(wei)高電(dian)(dian)平(ping)(ping)(ping),N4 的(de)3 腳(jiao)為(wei)低(di)(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)平(ping)(ping)(ping),三極(ji)管(guan)(guan)截(jie)止,繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)K 斷電(dian)(dian)處(chu)于(yu)釋放(fang)(fang)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai),電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥Y 不動(dong)(dong)作(zuo),洗(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)無(wu)自來水放(fang)(fang)出(chu)(chu)。當人(ren)(ren)手(shou)(shou)放(fang)(fang)到(dao)(dao)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)下時,N2 接收(shou)到(dao)(dao)人(ren)(ren)手(shou)(shou)反射的(de)紅外(wai)線(xian)并經(jing)N2 放(fang)(fang)大后(hou)(hou),輸入到(dao)(dao)N3的(de)3腳(jiao),由N3內部(bu)處(chu)理后(hou)(hou)使(shi)N3的(de)8腳(jiao)輸出(chu)(chu)低(di)(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)平(ping)(ping)(ping),從而(er)使(shi)N4的(de)低(di)(di)(di)觸(chu)發(fa)(fa)(fa)端2腳(jiao)變(bian)為(wei)低(di)(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)位,導(dao)致N4 的(de)3 腳(jiao)輸出(chu)(chu)高電(dian)(dian)平(ping)(ping)(ping),三極(ji)管(guan)(guan)導(dao)通(tong),繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)J1 吸合,使(shi)其(qi)常(chang)開(kai)(kai)觸(chu)點閉合,接通(tong)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥Y 的(de)220V 交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)源,Y 開(kai)(kai)始動(dong)(dong)作(zuo),使(shi)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)放(fang)(fang)出(chu)(chu)自來水,供人(ren)(ren)們洗(xi)(xi)(xi)滌之用,同(tong)時發(fa)(fa)(fa)光二極(ji)管(guan)(guan)LED2 發(fa)(fa)(fa)出(chu)(chu)綠光,指示(shi)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)正工作(zuo)于(yu)放(fang)(fang)水狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai)。洗(xi)(xi)(xi)滌完畢,人(ren)(ren)手(shou)(shou)離開(kai)(kai)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)后(hou)(hou),N4 延時幾(ji)秒鐘(zhong)后(hou)(hou)復位,使(shi)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)停止放(fang)(fang)水。

2、自動干手器電路

自動干手器電路圖(tu)如圖(tu)二所示,電路由紅(hong)外發射部(bu)分與(yu)紅(hong)外接(jie)收控制部(bu)分組成。

紅外(wai)(wai)發射部分由555時基電路產生(sheng)頻率為(wei)5kHz,占空比(bi)為(wei)50%的方波信號,驅動紅外(wai)(wai)發射管發射紅外(wai)(wai)線。

在手置于干手器下部時,由于手對紅(hong)外線的(de)(de)反射作用,接(jie)收電(dian)(dian)路(lu)中(zhong)的(de)(de)PH302將接(jie)收到的(de)(de)紅(hong)外線變(bian)(bian)成電(dian)(dian)信(xin)號,經IC1、IC2、IC3 組成的(de)(de)選(xuan)頻放(fang)大(da)器(qi)(qi),其輸(shu)出信(xin)號經放(fang)大(da)、整(zheng)形、濾(lv)波變(bian)(bian)成直流信(xin)號進人比(bi)較(jiao)器(qi)(qi)IC4。比(bi)較(jiao)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)門限(xian)電(dian)(dian)壓為(wei)7V,設置(zhi)較(jiao)高(gao),其目的(de)(de)是提(ti)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)的(de)(de)抗干擾(rao)能(neng)力(li)。當IC4 的(de)(de)輸(shu)人電(dian)(dian)平(ping)超過7V 時,其輸(shu)出變(bian)(bian)為(wei)低電(dian)(dian)平(ping),觸發IC5 定(ding)時器(qi)(qi)開始定(ding)時,同時該定(ding)時器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)3 腳(jiao)變(bian)(bian)為(wei)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)平(ping),使3DG130 導通,繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)觸點吸合,接(jie)通電(dian)(dian)阻絲和風(feng)機。在定(ding)時器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)2 腳(jiao)設置(zhi)了手動(dong)開關S1,可進行手動(dong)操作,還可通過S2 選(xuan)擇(ze)冷風(feng)或熱風(feng)。
