1、自動洗手器電路
自動洗手器的電(dian)路原理如圖一所示。
220V 交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)經變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)T 降壓(ya),變(bian)為(wei)(wei)(wei)低(di)壓(ya)交流(liu)電(dian)(dian),經整流(liu)濾波,成為(wei)(wei)(wei)低(di)壓(ya)直(zhi)流(liu),再經三端(duan)集成穩(wen)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)7806穩(wen)壓(ya),得到6V直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)供給控制電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)工作(zuo)。H1為(wei)(wei)(wei)紅(hong)色發光二極管(guan),作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)(wei)電(dian)(dian)源指(zhi)示。N2為(wei)(wei)(wei)紅(hong)外接(jie)收(shou)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)SFH506-38,N3為(wei)(wei)(wei)鎖相環(huan)音頻(pin)譯(yi)碼器(qi)(qi)(qi)LM567,N3與R3、C6組成振蕩器(qi)(qi)(qi),R3、R6決定N3內部壓(ya)控振蕩器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)中心(xin)頻(pin)率,LM567的(de)3腳為(wei)(wei)(wei)信號輸(shu)入端(duan),8腳為(wei)(wei)(wei)邏(luo)輯輸(shu)出端(duan),其輸(shu)出端(duan)為(wei)(wei)(wei)OC門(men)輸(shu)出,最大(da)灌(guan)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)100mA,LM567的(de)工作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為(wei)(wei)(wei)4.75V~9V,工作(zuo)頻(pin)率可從零點幾赫(he)茲(zi)到500千赫(he),靜態工作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)8mA。N4為(wei)(wei)(wei)NE555定時(shi)器(qi)(qi)(qi),它(ta)與外圍元件組成單穩(wen)態定時(shi)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu),其目的(de)是(shi)在(zai)人手偶(ou)爾偏離了紅(hong)外線(xian)的(de)探測范圍時(shi),能保(bao)證洗手器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)正常出水(shui)。
LM567芯片(pian)5腳(jiao)(jiao)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)的(de)振蕩信號經(jing)(jing)三(san)極(ji)管功率放(fang)大(da)后(hou)(hou),推(tui)動(dong)紅(hong)(hong)外(wai)(wai)發(fa)(fa)射二極(ji)管VD向(xiang)外(wai)(wai)發(fa)(fa)射紅(hong)(hong)外(wai)(wai)線(xian)。沒有人(ren)洗(xi)手(shou)(shou)時(shi)(shi),紅(hong)(hong)外(wai)(wai)接(jie)收電(dian)(dian)路N2接(jie)收不(bu)到(dao)VD向(xiang)外(wai)(wai)發(fa)(fa)射的(de)紅(hong)(hong)外(wai)(wai)線(xian),N3的(de)3腳(jiao)(jiao)無信號輸(shu)(shu)入(ru),8腳(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)高電(dian)(dian)平,N4 的(de)3 腳(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)低電(dian)(dian)平,三(san)極(ji)管截止,繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)K 斷電(dian)(dian)處(chu)于(yu)(yu)釋放(fang)狀態(tai),電(dian)(dian)磁閥Y 不(bu)動(dong)作(zuo),洗(xi)手(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)無自來水(shui)放(fang)出(chu)(chu)。當人(ren)手(shou)(shou)放(fang)到(dao)洗(xi)手(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)下時(shi)(shi),N2 接(jie)收到(dao)人(ren)手(shou)(shou)反射的(de)紅(hong)(hong)外(wai)(wai)線(xian)并經(jing)(jing)N2 放(fang)大(da)后(hou)(hou),輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)到(dao)N3的(de)3腳(jiao)(jiao),由N3內部處(chu)理后(hou)(hou)使(shi)N3的(de)8腳(jiao)(jiao)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)低電(dian)(dian)平,從(cong)而使(shi)N4的(de)低觸(chu)發(fa)(fa)端(duan)2腳(jiao)(jiao)變為(wei)低電(dian)(dian)位,導致N4 的(de)3 腳(jiao)(jiao)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)高電(dian)(dian)平,三(san)極(ji)管導通,繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)J1 吸(xi)合,使(shi)其常(chang)開觸(chu)點閉合,接(jie)通電(dian)(dian)磁閥Y 的(de)220V 交流電(dian)(dian)源,Y 開始動(dong)作(zuo),使(shi)洗(xi)手(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)放(fang)出(chu)(chu)自來水(shui),供人(ren)們洗(xi)滌之用,同(tong)時(shi)(shi)發(fa)(fa)光(guang)二極(ji)管LED2 發(fa)(fa)出(chu)(chu)綠光(guang),指示洗(xi)手(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)正(zheng)工作(zuo)于(yu)(yu)放(fang)水(shui)狀態(tai)。洗(xi)滌完畢,人(ren)手(shou)(shou)離開洗(xi)手(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)后(hou)(hou),N4 延時(shi)(shi)幾秒(miao)鐘后(hou)(hou)復(fu)位,使(shi)洗(xi)手(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)停止放(fang)水(shui)。

2、自動干手器電路
自動干手器(qi)電(dian)路(lu)圖(tu)如圖(tu)二所示,電(dian)路(lu)由紅外(wai)發射部分(fen)與紅外(wai)接收控制部分(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)。
紅外(wai)發(fa)(fa)射部分由555時基電路產生頻率為5kHz,占空比為50%的方波信(xin)號,驅動紅外(wai)發(fa)(fa)射管發(fa)(fa)射紅外(wai)線。
在手置于干手器下部時(shi)(shi),由(you)于手對紅外(wai)線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)反射作(zuo)用,接(jie)(jie)收電(dian)(dian)(dian)路中的(de)(de)(de)PH302將接(jie)(jie)收到的(de)(de)(de)紅外(wai)線(xian)(xian)變成電(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)號,經IC1、IC2、IC3 組成的(de)(de)(de)選頻放大器(qi)(qi),其輸出(chu)信(xin)號經放大、整(zheng)形、濾波變成直流信(xin)號進人比較器(qi)(qi)IC4。比較器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)門限電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為7V,設置(zhi)較高(gao)(gao),其目的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)提高(gao)(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路的(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)干擾能力。當(dang)IC4 的(de)(de)(de)輸人電(dian)(dian)(dian)平超(chao)過(guo)(guo)7V 時(shi)(shi),其輸出(chu)變為低電(dian)(dian)(dian)平,觸(chu)發IC5 定時(shi)(shi)器(qi)(qi)開始定時(shi)(shi),同時(shi)(shi)該定時(shi)(shi)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)3 腳(jiao)變為高(gao)(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)平,使3DG130 導通,繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)觸(chu)點吸合,接(jie)(jie)通電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻絲和(he)風機。在定時(shi)(shi)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)2 腳(jiao)設置(zhi)了手動開關S1,可(ke)(ke)進行手動操作(zuo),還可(ke)(ke)通過(guo)(guo)S2 選擇冷風或(huo)熱風。
