炒杜仲的制作方法
杜仲藥(yao)用價值高,用途廣,被(bei)譽(yu)為(wei)“植(zhi)物黃金”。杜仲的(de)(de)特征是表(biao)皮(pi)草質,內有韌(ren)性(xing)較強的(de)(de)狀(zhuang)白(bai)絲相連,剝皮(pi)后又生。杜仲藥(yao)材(cai)呈板(ban)片狀(zhuang)或兩邊稍向內卷,大小(xiao)不(bu)一。外表(biao)面(mian)淡棕色(se)(se)或灰褐色(se)(se),有明顯(xian)的(de)(de)皺紋或縱裂(lie)槽紋;有的(de)(de)樹皮(pi)較薄,未(wei)去粗(cu)皮(pi),可見明顯(xian)的(de)(de)皮(pi)孔;內表(biao)面(mian)暗紫色(se)(se),光滑。質脆,易折斷(duan),斷(duan)面(mian)有細密、銀白(bai)色(se)(se),富彈性(xing)的(de)(de)橡膠絲相連。氣微,味微苦。以(yi)皮(pi)厚而大,粗(cu)皮(pi)刮凈,內表(biao)面(mian)暗紫色(se)(se),斷(duan)面(mian)銀白(bai)橡膠絲多而長者為(wei)佳。
生杜仲(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)除(chu)去粗皮,洗凈,潤透,切成(cheng)方塊(kuai)或絲(si)條,曬干(gan)。制作鹽(yan)(yan)杜仲(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)先用(yong)食鹽(yan)(yan)加適量開水溶(rong)化,取杜仲(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)塊(kuai)或絲(si)條,使與鹽(yan)(yan)水充分拌(ban)透吸收,然后(hou)置(zhi)鍋(guo)內,用(yong)文火炒至微(wei)有焦(jiao)斑(ban)為度,取出晾干(gan)。杜仲(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)經炒制后(hou),則杜仲(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)膠被(bei)破(po)壞,有效成(cheng)分易(yi)于煎出。
杜仲炮制方法
一、古代炮制方法
1、杜仲《雷公炮炙論》:“凡使(shi),先須削去(qu)粗(cu)皮(pi)……細銼用。”《新修本(ben)草》:“用之薄(bo)削去(qu)上甲皮(pi),橫理切令絲斷也。”現行,取原藥材,刮去(qu)殘留粗(cu)皮(pi),洗凈,切成(cheng)絲或塊,干燥。
2、鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)杜(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)仲(zhong)《萬氏女科》:“青鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)炒去絲。”《瘡瘍全書》:“鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)炒去絲,為末(mo)。”《幼幼集成(cheng)》:“切(qie)(qie)片,鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)拌(ban)炒以斷(duan)(duan)絲為度。”《增廣驗方新編》:“切(qie)(qie)片,用(yong)(yong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)浸七日(ri),其水(shui)(shui)(shui)每日(ri)一(yi)換,銅鍋緩火炒斷(duan)(duan)絲。”現行,取(qu)杜(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)仲(zhong)絲或(huo)塊(kuai),用(yong)(yong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)拌(ban)勻(yun),悶透,置(zhi)鍋內,用(yong)(yong)文火加(jia)熱,炒至斷(duan)(duan)絲,表面焦(jiao)黑色(se),取(qu)出(chu)放涼(liang)。杜(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)仲(zhong)絲或(huo)塊(kuai)每100kg,用(yong)(yong)食鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)2kg。或(huo)取(qu)杜(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)仲(zhong)絲或(huo)塊(kuai),用(yong)(yong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)拌(ban)勻(yun),潤透,置(zhi)鍋內,用(yong)(yong)中火加(jia)熱,炒或(huo)砂燙至絲易(yi)斷(duan)(duan),取(qu)出(chu)放涼(liang)。杜(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)仲(zhong)絲或(huo)塊(kuai)每100kg,用(yong)(yong)食鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)2kg。或(huo)取(qu)杜(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)仲(zhong)絲或(huo)塊(kuai),用(yong)(yong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)潤透,放置(zhi)l夜,蒸1h,取(qu)出(chu),干(gan)燥。杜(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)仲(zhong)絲或(huo)塊(kuai)每100kg,用(yong)(yong)食鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)0.9kg。
二、現代杜仲炮制方法
1、杜仲:取原藥材,除(chu)去雜(za)質,刮去粗皮,洗凈,潤(run)透,切成方(fang)塊(kuai)或絲條,曬干(gan)。
2、鹽(yan)杜(du)(du)仲:先用食鹽(yan)加適量開(kai)水溶(rong)化,取杜(du)(du)仲塊或絲(si)條,使與(yu)鹽(yan)水充(chong)分拌透吸收,悶(men)潤,然后(hou)置(zhi)鍋內,用文火炒至(zhi)微有焦斑為(wei)度至(zhi)斷絲(si),取出晾干。杜(du)(du)仲經炒制后(hou),則(ze)杜(du)(du)仲膠被破壞,有效成分易于煎出。
3、制炭:取杜仲塊,置(zhi)鍋(guo)內用(yong)武(wu)火(huo)炒至黑色并(bing)斷(duan)(duan)絲(si),但須(xu)存(cun)(cun)性(xing),用(yong)鹽(yan)水(shui)(shui)噴灑,取出,防止(zhi)復燃,晾干即得(de)。或取杜仲塊,先(xian)用(yong)鹽(yan)水(shui)(shui)拌勻吸盡后(hou)置(zhi)鍋(guo)中(zhong),用(yong)武(wu)火(huo)炒至黑色并(bing)斷(duan)(duan)絲(si)存(cun)(cun)性(xing),用(yong)水(shui)(shui)噴滅火(huo)星(xing),取出晾干。
先將杜(du)仲刷(shua)洗(xi)干凈,泡(pao)上半天浸潤透后(hou),用(yong)鋼(gang)絲刷(shua)洗(xi)杜(du)仲,直至粗皮(pi)脫落即(ji)可。后(hou)將去皮(pi)后(hou)的杜(du)仲厚薄分開,切(qie)成4~6mm的寬條,晾(liang)(liang)干備用(yong)。先把切(qie)好的杜(du)仲皮(pi),用(yong)含(han)鹽量為2%的鹽水噴勻,悶潤1小時(shi)、撈(lao)出來(lai)晾(liang)(liang)干,然后(hou)開始炮(pao)制(zhi)。
江沙燙杜仲:將干凈沙(sha)子加熱(re)到200℃,把準(zhun)備好(hao)的杜仲條放進鍋內熱(re)沙(sha)子中炒燜(men)并關閉火(huo)源(yuan),大約5分鐘(zhong)即可倒(dao)出來,晾涼挑揀(jian)出來;此時沙(sha)燙過的杜仲表(biao)面呈黑褐色,內焦黃。補腎安胎平緩痛經。
海鹽燙杜仲:將(jiang)大粒鹽放炒(chao)鍋中加熱翻炒(chao),至(zhi)高溫(wen)200度左右,把準備好的杜(du)仲條倒入熱鹽中放炒(chao)鍋里猛(meng)火(huo)燒熱,翻炒(chao)10分鐘至(zhi)輕松(song)斷絲(si),倒出來晾涼。可增強降(jiang)壓作用。
蒸杜仲:把鹽(yan)浸(jin)好的杜(du)(du)仲(zhong)干條(tiao)放(fang)在蒸(zheng)鍋(guo)里蒸(zheng)2小(xiao)時后取出曬干即可,增強補肝腎(shen)的作用。鹽(yan)浸(jin)杜(du)(du)仲(zhong)放(fang)蒸(zheng)鍋(guo)里蒸(zheng)2個(ge)小(xiao)時。
杜(du)仲(zhong)含(han)杜(du)仲(zhong)膠(jiao)(jiao)、樹脂、鞣質等成(cheng)分(fen),而杜(du)仲(zhong)膠(jiao)(jiao)為一種硬性橡膠(jiao)(jiao)類成(cheng)分(fen),經高溫(wen)加(jia)熱(re)(re)后,有(you)利(li)于(yu)有(you)效(xiao)成(cheng)分(fen)的溶出(chu)。大粒(li)鹽(yan)和江沙是傳熱(re)(re)媒介,能增加(jia)杜(du)仲(zhong)片的受熱(re)(re)面(mian)積,且對溫(wen)度易掌握(wo)控制。采用大粒(li)鹽(yan)或者江沙炒杜(du)仲(zhong)法(fa),斷絲率高,斷絲快,成(cheng)品顏色好(hao),降低炭化(hua)率。
目前,鹽制杜仲是杜仲藥材的主要炮制品,應用較廣。
