1、勘察工作

2、結構設計
確定(ding)房屋結構(gou)承受(shou)的荷載(zai),并合理選用(yong)結構(gou)材料;正確選用(yong)結構(gou)體系和結構(gou)形式;解決(jue)好結構(gou)承載(zai)力(li)、變(bian)形、穩(wen)定(ding)、抗傾(qing)覆等技術問(wen)題;解決(jue)好結構(gou)的連接構(gou)造和施工方(fang)法問(wen)題。
3、施工工作
施(shi)(shi)工(gong)組(zu)織(zhi)設(she)計和施(shi)(shi)工(gong)現場布置(zhi);確(que)定施(shi)(shi)工(gong)技術方案和選用(yong)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)設(she)備;建筑材料的(de)購置(zhi)、檢驗和使用(yong);熟練技工(gong)和勞(lao)動力的(de)組(zu)織(zhi);確(que)保工(gong)程質量(liang)和工(gong)期進度。
