一、混凝土攪拌車工作原理
水泥攪(jiao)拌(ban)車的動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)由(you)二類底(di)盤全(quan)功(gong)率取力(li)器輸出通過傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)軸把(ba)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)傳(chuan)給(gei)液(ye)壓泵,液(ye)壓泵產生(sheng)液(ye)壓能(neng)通過油管(guan)傳(chuan)到液(ye)壓馬(ma)達,液(ye)壓馬(ma)達把(ba)液(ye)壓能(neng)轉化(hua)為動(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)并(bing)通過減(jian)速(su)機減(jian)速(su)增扭傳(chuan)遞到攪(jiao)拌(ban)罐,通過調節(雙作(zuo)用變量)液(ye)壓泵的伺(si)服手柄角度從而實現攪(jiao)拌(ban)罐正反轉及轉速(su)的大小,以實現砼裝料、攪(jiao)拌(ban)、攪(jiao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)、出料等作(zuo)業。
1、攪拌車攪拌功能原理
取力(li)器將發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)的(de)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)通過小傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)軸帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)液壓泵液壓馬達轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),經過減(jian)速(su)機(ji)帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)攪拌桶轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。在運(yun)輸混凝(ning)土的(de)途中,需要保(bao)持攪拌罐每(mei)分鐘1-3轉(zhuan)(zhuan)的(de)低速(su)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),以保(bao)證混凝(ning)土的(de)勻質,同時防止混凝(ning)土的(de)離析,稱為攪動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。
2、攪拌車裝料功能原理
攪拌車在裝混凝土的時候攪(jiao)拌(ban)罐轉速較(jiao)快,速度為每分(fen)鐘6-10轉,混凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)通過裝料系統從筒口導管進(jin)入攪(jiao)拌(ban)筒,并(bing)在螺旋葉片引導下,流向(xiang)攪(jiao)拌(ban)筒的中(zhong)下部。注(zhu)意(yi):裝料時與運(yun)輸(shu)過程中(zhong)罐體的轉動方向(xiang)應保持一致,否則在運(yun)輸(shu)過程中(zhong)會將混凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)卸出。
3、攪拌車卸料功能原理
攪(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)車在(zai)卸料(liao)時(shi),發動(dong)(dong)機將動(dong)(dong)力(li)通(tong)過(guo)取力(li)器,液壓泵(beng),減速機等傳輸到(dao)攪(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)罐,帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)罐體轉動(dong)(dong),速度為3-14轉/分;混凝土在(zai)葉片螺旋運動(dong)(dong)的(de)頂推(tui)作用(yong)下向(xiang)筒口方向(xiang)移動(dong)(dong),經過(guo)攪(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)車的(de)卸料(liao)斗卸出。此時(shi)罐體的(de)轉動(dong)(dong)方向(xiang)與(yu)進料(liao)時(shi)的(de)方向(xiang)相反。
4、攪拌車清洗功能原理
通過制動(dong)系(xi)統(tong)的儲(chu)氣筒(tong)給水罐加壓,水流經過加壓清(qing)洗攪拌罐系(xi)統(tong),裝(zhuang)料口,卸料系(xi)統(tong)等。
二、攪拌車是怎么倒出混凝土的
在水(shui)(shui)泥(ni)(ni)罐(guan)(guan)內(nei)(nei)設置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)有旋轉(zhuan)的(de)葉片和(he)液壓系(xi)統,進料和(he)運輸的(de)過程當(dang)中(zhong),水(shui)(shui)泥(ni)(ni)罐(guan)(guan)內(nei)(nei)的(de)這些裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)將會正向旋轉(zhuan),這樣(yang)能夠合理地進料和(he)攪拌罐(guan)(guan)內(nei)(nei)的(de)混凝土。等到了工地,需要把水(shui)(shui)泥(ni)(ni)排出來時,旋轉(zhuan)葉片和(he)液壓裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)就會反向旋轉(zhuan),將水(shui)(shui)泥(ni)(ni)全部排放出來。
水泥攪拌車不(bu)但省(sheng)時(shi)省(sheng)力(li),能夠將混凝土攪拌得更加均勻,還可(ke)以消(xiao)耗更少的(de)材(cai)料(liao),提(ti)高施工效率,減少各種環境污染,是(shi)建(jian)筑工地里一個不(bu)可(ke)缺少的(de)角色(se)。
