變頻電機與普通電機的區別
1、散熱系統不一樣
普通電機內散熱風扇跟風機(ji)機(ji)芯(xin)用同一條(tiao)線(xian),而(er)變頻(pin)(pin)電機(ji)中這兩個是分(fen)開的。所以普通風機(ji)變頻(pin)(pin)過低(di)時,可能(neng)會(hui)因過熱而(er)燒掉。
2、絕緣等級不一樣

3、電磁負荷不一樣
普(pu)通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)工作(zuo)點基本在磁飽(bao)和拐(guai)點,如果用做變頻(pin),易飽(bao)和,產生較高(gao)的激磁電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,而變頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)在設計時增大了電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁負荷,使(shi)磁路不易飽(bao)和。另外就是(shi)變頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)一般分為恒轉矩專用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji),用于有反饋矢量控制的帶(dai)測速裝置的專用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)以及中頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)等。
4、機械強度不一樣
變頻電(dian)機(ji)可在其調速范(fan)圍內可任(ren)意調速,而電(dian)機(ji)不會損壞,一般國(guo)產的(de)普通電(dian)機(ji)大部(bu)分只能(neng)在AC380V/50HZ的(de)條件下運(yun)行,普通電(dian)機(ji)能(neng)降頻或(huo)升頻使(shi)用,但范(fan)圍不能(neng)太大,否則(ze)電(dian)機(ji)會發熱甚至(zhi)燒壞。
變頻電機的優缺點
優點:
相對于普(pu)通(tong)電機(ji)(ji)(ji),變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻電機(ji)(ji)(ji)價格不會貴很多(duo),但(dan)是優勢很明(ming)顯。變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻電機(ji)(ji)(ji)采用(yong)“專用(yong)變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻感應電動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)+變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻器”的交流調(diao)速(su)方式,使機(ji)(ji)(ji)械自動(dong)(dong)化程度和生(sheng)產效率大為(wei)提高設備小型化、增加(jia)舒適性(xing)。

2、采(cai)用電磁設計,減少了(le)定(ding)子和轉子的阻值;
3、適應不同工況條件下的(de)頻繁變(bian)速;
4、在一定程(cheng)度上(shang)節能;
缺點:
在變(bian)頻電源向工頻電源切(qie)換時,一般有(you)400%~500%的沖(chong)擊電流(liu)產生,電網(wang)電壓瞬時下降,電動機受到機械沖(chong)擊。
