一、壓力變送器是幾線制
壓力變送器是將壓力信號轉換為模擬量信號或者數字量信號的轉換設備,一般除無線壓力變送器外,其(qi)他的都是接線(xian)使用(yong)的,壓力(li)變送器的接線(xian)一般有三種:兩線(xian)制、三線(xian)制、四線(xian)制,壓力(li)變送器需要連(lian)接的連(lian)線(xian)有幾(ji)根連(lian)線(xian),就是幾(ji)線(xian)制的接法:
1、兩線制
兩線制(zhi)(zhi)壓(ya)力(li)變送(song)器(qi)是(shi)最常用(yong)的(de),兩根線組(zu)成一條(tiao)回路(lu),這(zhe)條(tiao)回路(lu)既是(shi)為壓(ya)力(li)變送(song)器(qi)提供電(dian)(dian)(dian)源支持的(de)回路(lu),也(ye)是(shi)傳(chuan)輸(shu)(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流信號(hao)的(de)回路(lu)。也(ye)就是(shi)說在兩線制(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)線中,壓(ya)力(li)變送(song)器(qi)的(de)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)的(de)負載和電(dian)(dian)(dian)源是(shi)被(bei)串(chuan)(chuan)聯在一起的(de)。使用(yong)這(zhe)種連接(jie)方式的(de)通常都是(shi)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流信號(hao)的(de)壓(ya)力(li)變送(song)器(qi),如4~20mA的(de)標準電(dian)(dian)(dian)控信號(hao),當二線制(zhi)(zhi)需(xu)要輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)值時,可以通過串(chuan)(chuan)聯電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻的(de)方式取壓(ya)測得(de),如4-20mA電(dian)(dian)(dian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)中串(chuan)(chuan)聯250Ω電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻。
2、三線制
三線制壓(ya)(ya)力(li)變(bian)(bian)送器將電(dian)(dian)源正(zheng)端(duan)和信(xin)號輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)正(zheng)端(duan)分離,但它們另(ling)一(yi)個接線端(duan)子卻(que)是(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)同一(yi)根線連接的(de)(de)(de)。在這種情況(kuang)下(xia),電(dian)(dian)流(liu)實際的(de)(de)(de)通路還是(shi)(shi)由電(dian)(dian)源正(zheng)負極的(de)(de)(de)連線所組成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)回,信(xin)號正(zheng)端(duan)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)接近(jin)為(wei)0,只能傳(chuan)遞電(dian)(dian)位(wei)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),可(ke)以理解為(wei)萬用(yong)(yong)表的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)檔,負載無限大(da)近(jin)似(si)斷路。使用(yong)(yong)這種連接方式的(de)(de)(de)都是(shi)(shi)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)信(xin)號的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)變(bian)(bian)送器1~10V,1~5V,0~5V等標準控制信(xin)號。
3、四線制
四線制(zhi)不同于二線制(zhi)與(yu)三線制(zhi),它由兩個(ge)獨立(li)的回(hui)路組成,彼此互不干擾。因為(wei)輸出電路的獨立(li),使得它無論式輸出電壓信(xin)號還是電流(liu)信(xin)號都(dou)可以做到。
二、壓力變送器接線怎么接
壓(ya)力變送(song)器接線(xian)制不同,接線(xian)方法(fa)也有(you)所不同:
1、二線制的(de)(de)壓力變送器,+極出來(lai)接(jie)PLC AI 模塊的(de)(de)-;-極出來(lai)接(jie)PLC AI 模塊的(de)(de)+。
2、三線制的壓力(li)變送器,信號+出(chu)來接PLC AI 模塊的+;公(gong)用(yong)-出(chu)來接PLC AI 模塊的-;剩下的24dc+接24v電源+。
3、四線制的(de)壓力變(bian)送器,信號+出來接(jie)PLC AI 模塊(kuai)的(de)+;信號-出來接(jie)PLC AI 模塊(kuai)的(de)-;剩(sheng)下的(de)24dc+接(jie)24v電源(yuan)+;24dc-接(jie)24v電源(yuan)-。
三、壓力變送器接線注意事項
壓力變送器電(dian)(dian)(dian)源有(you)交流和(he)直(zhi)流之分(fen),交流分(fen)為220V和(he)110V兩種(zhong),直(zhi)流分(fen)為固定(ding)(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和(he)寬電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)之分(fen),固定(ding)(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)比如(ru)5V、10V、12V、24V等固定(ding)(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)這樣的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)選擇電(dian)(dian)(dian)源時,一定(ding)(ding)要按(an)照標(biao)稱電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)來選電(dian)(dian)(dian)源。寬電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)比如(ru)3-36V、5-24V等這樣的標(biao)稱,電(dian)(dian)(dian)源選擇在這個(ge)(ge)范圍內的就可以了,接(jie)線時注(zhu)意(yi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)等級,直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)源的正負(fu)極(ji)不要接(jie)錯。系統(tong)中如(ru)果(guo)有(you)兩塊不同電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源注(zhu)意(yi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源共問題(ti),就是兩個(ge)(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源負(fu)極(ji)要接(jie)在一起。
