1、星形接線方式
在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力系統中(zhong),星形接線可分為帶(dai)(dai)中(zhong)性(xing)線和(he)不(bu)帶(dai)(dai)中(zhong)性(xing)線兩種情況(kuang)。其中(zhong)帶(dai)(dai)中(zhong)性(xing)線方式的(de)(de)(de)優(you)勢在于可以(yi)進行分相(xiang)投切(qie),從而補償電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網負(fu)荷的(de)(de)(de)三相(xiang)不(bu)平衡。對于不(bu)帶(dai)(dai)中(zhong)性(xing)線方式來說,其需要(yao)兩相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容才能(neng)形成回路(lu)(lu)。和(he)星形帶(dai)(dai)中(zhong)性(xing)線方式相(xiang)同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)是,它(ta)們的(de)(de)(de)三相(xiang)基(ji)波(bo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)對稱,所以(yi)三相(xiang)基(ji)波(bo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流合成值為零(ling);而3次(ci)(ci)諧(xie)波(bo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流則由(you)線電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)決(jue)定,三相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)3次(ci)(ci)諧(xie)波(bo)大小相(xiang)等,方向相(xiang)同(tong)(tong),在線電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)中(zhong)相(xiang)互抵消,因此(ci)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容支路(lu)(lu)中(zhong)沒有(you)3次(ci)(ci)諧(xie)波(bo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流。

在(zai)電力(li)系統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong),三(san)(san)(san)角(jiao)形(xing)(xing)接法按照星形(xing)(xing)三(san)(san)(san)角(jiao)形(xing)(xing)變(bian)換原理(li),可(ke)(ke)以轉(zhuan)化為(wei)星形(xing)(xing)接線。當電力(li)系統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)存在(zai)三(san)(san)(san)相不平衡的負(fu)載時(shi),可(ke)(ke)令(ling)各(ge)相電容值不等,根據各(ge)相負(fu)荷進行分相補(bu)償(chang)。在(zai)電力(li)補(bu)償(chang)電容器總無功容量(liang)相等的情況(kuang)下,三(san)(san)(san)角(jiao)形(xing)(xing)接線和星形(xing)(xing)無中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)線方式度外電路表示的特性(xing)相同。在(zai)實際進行無功補(bu)償(chang)時(shi),企業采(cai)用三(san)(san)(san)角(jiao)形(xing)(xing)接線方式更多。
星(xing)形接(jie)線和三角形接(jie)線,是電力(li)補償(chang)電容(rong)器(qi)常見的(de)接(jie)線方式。目前企業常用的(de)接(jie)線方式是三角形接(jie)線,因(yin)為它可(ke)以(yi)實現(xian)分相補償(chang),解決三相不(bu)平衡的(de)問題。
二、電力電容器接線柱怎么接
電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)容器(qi)接(jie)線(xian)柱一般有三個,分別(bie)標注為U、V、W,分別(bie)對應電(dian)(dian)容器(qi)內部的(de)(de)(de)三個電(dian)(dian)極(ji)。正(zheng)確的(de)(de)(de)接(jie)法是U接(jie)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)容器(qi)內部的(de)(de)(de)U極(ji),V接(jie)在(zai)內部的(de)(de)(de)V極(ji),W接(jie)在(zai)內部的(de)(de)(de)W極(ji)上。同(tong)時,還(huan)需要接(jie)地線(xian)連接(jie)電(dian)(dian)容器(qi)本(ben)體和(he)接(jie)線(xian)盒之(zhi)間的(de)(de)(de)金(jin)屬橋。
三、電力電容器組的接線原則
1、必須確保電容能充分放電
電力電容器組停運檢修時必須保證各個電容器完全放電,才可以最大程度的避免觸電事故的發生。而保證電(dian)容(rong)充分放(fang)(fang)電(dian)除了需(xu)要電(dian)容(rong)本身設(she)計有一定的放(fang)(fang)電(dian)裝(zhuang)置,使退出(chu)運行后的電(dian)力電(dian)容(rong)殘余電(dian)壓不(bu)超過65V,還需(xu)要工作(zuo)人員(yuan)檢修前用接地線再次放(fang)(fang)電(dian)。此外,當電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)容器組超(chao)過1000V時可(ke)以搭配(pei)電(dian)(dian)壓互感器使用(yong),通過一次繞組進行再次放電(dian)(dian)。
2、可與放電裝置直接相連
電力電容器組可以與放電設備設置直接自動接通的接點,中間不用加裝任何開關或熔斷器設備。因(yin)為(wei)若電容放電回路(lu)安裝有(you)熔斷(duan)器等(deng)器件(jian),當熔斷(duan)器出現熔斷(duan)故(gu)障需要斷(duan)開時會對(dui)相關操(cao)作人員造成(cheng)安全危害。
3、電力電容需接地
當電(dian)(dian)(dian)容組接(jie)入(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網時(shi),每臺電(dian)(dian)(dian)容都應(ying)對地絕緣(yuan)且絕緣(yuan)水平要高于系統(tong)額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓;當電(dian)(dian)(dian)容額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓與電(dian)(dian)(dian)網標稱(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓相同時(shi)則(ze)需(xu)將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容外殼接(jie)地,若額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓低于供電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網標準電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓則(ze)需(xu)加(jia)裝絕緣(yuan)支(zhi)架。
4、電容器組可設單獨的保護裝置
如果想單獨提高某一用電設備的功率因數可以為相關電力電容器組設(she)置(zhi)單獨的控制(zhi)及保護裝(zhuang)置(zhi)。
