油汀取暖器使用保養常識
一、正確使用溫控器

二、正確選擇使用功率開關
電熱油汀取暖(nuan)(nuan)器采(cai)用兩(liang)組(zu)密封電陰加熱管作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)(wei)發熱元(yuan)件,兩(liang)組(zu)加熱管對應(ying)有(you)兩(liang)個(ge)檔(dang)次的兩(liang)只選(xuan)擇(ze)開關。目前市(shi)場上常見的取暖(nuan)(nuan)器定為(wei)(wei)1500W和2000W兩(liang)種(zhong)。在待電線路(lu)允許條件下(xia),正確(que)選(xuan)用功(gong)率檔(dang)位(wei)可以節電,減(jian)輕(qing)線路(lu)負荷。開始打開取暖(nuan)(nuan)器或(huo)室內溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度較(jiao)低(di)時(shi),同時(shi)打開兩(liang)檔(dang)選(xuan)擇(ze)開關,取暖(nuan)(nuan)器快速(su)升溫(wen)(wen)(wen),殼體(ti)表(biao)面工作(zuo)(zuo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度到達調定溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度點后,溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控器自(zi)動切(qie)斷電源,此時(shi)應(ying)該選(xuan)用1檔(dang)或(huo)2檔(dang)的功(gong)率。當溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控器復位(wei)通電時(shi),就用較(jiao)低(di)的功(gong)率加熱,逐漸(jian)提高室內溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度。
三、注意保持居室的密封性
電熱油汀取暖器(qi)是以空氣對流的(de)形式升高(gao)室(shi)內溫(wen)度的(de),室(shi)內溫(wen)度的(de)高(gao)低又影響電(dian)源的(de)通(tong)斷。室(shi)內密封性(xing)好,室(shi)溫(wen)升高(gao)后,通(tong)電(dian)加熱時間(jian)短,散熱時間(jian)長,從而節電(dian)。
四、禁止覆蓋
取暖器正常工作,殼體表(biao)面溫(wen)度(du)(du)較高,一般都調定了90℃左(zuo)右。取暖器溫(wen)度(du)(du)控制是依靠面罩內的(de)溫(wen)控器金(jin)屬片(pian)感(gan)溫(wen)變形實現的(de)。若為了烘烤(kao)衣物,將散熱片(pian)周邊包裹覆蓋,被(bei)覆蓋的(de)熱片(pian)溫(wen)度(du)(du)將明(ming)顯高于面內雙金(jin)屬片(pian)感(gan)受到的(de)溫(wen)度(du)(du),這樣容易烤(kao)焦衣物,并有(you)可能導(dao)致取暖器殼體內部導(dao)熱元(yuan)件損(sun)壞。五、禁止上下倒置或放倒通(tong)電加熱
取(qu)暖器殼體內(nei)灌注(zhu)(zhu)專(zhuan)用導熱(re)油(you)(you),加(jia)熱(re)后內(nei)部有(you)一定壓(ya)力,為保(bao)證(zheng)正常使用時內(nei)部壓(ya)力低(di)于(yu)(yu)0.2Mpa,導熱(re)油(you)(you)灌注(zhu)(zhu)量(liang)占總容積的70%左(zuo)右(you),內(nei)部有(you)較(jiao)大空(kong)間。倒(dao)置(zhi)或放倒(dao),內(nei)部加(jia)熱(re)管露出油(you)(you)面,在這種(zhong)(zhong)情況下,通(tong)電加(jia)熱(re)有(you)可能產生過燒炸裂(lie),損壞加(jia)熱(re)管。對于(yu)(yu)此種(zhong)(zhong)情況下,使用時一定要注(zhu)(zhu)意。
