一、三相多功能電力儀表校驗方法
多功(gong)能電力儀表應(ying)定期進(jin)行校(xiao)(xiao)驗,保證測量的準(zhun)確性(xing),具(ju)體的校(xiao)(xiao)驗方法步(bu)驟如下:
1、校驗前
(1)查看多功能電力儀表是否接入(ru)儀表電源(yuan),有(you)無示(shi)數。若無示(shi)數顯示(shi),則檢查電源(yuan)線,控制電源(yuan)回路。
(2)外觀檢(jian)查(cha),檢(jian)查(cha)是(shi)(shi)否有(you)缺角,看(kan)是(shi)(shi)否有(you)零(ling)件(jian)脫落或損壞之(zhi)處,緊固件(jian)是(shi)(shi)否松(song)動,電(dian)路連接(jie)線(xian)是(shi)(shi)否開焊等顯(xian)示不正常情況。
(3)記錄下該多功能(neng)電力儀(yi)表(biao)的銘牌,包括生產日(ri)期(qi)、廠家(jia)、精度(du)、出(chu)廠日(ri)期(qi)、編號(hao)、變比、型號(hao)、天(tian)氣情況、環(huan)境(jing)(jing)溫度(du)、環(huan)境(jing)(jing)濕度(du)等(deng)。二次(ci)回(hui)路清掃(sao)(sao)檢(jian)查(cha),電流表(biao)CT,電壓表(biao)PT,功率表(biao)PT/CT二次(ci)側回(hui)路清掃(sao)(sao),檢(jian)查(cha)。
2、主要參數校驗過程
(1)原理
次(ci)級線(xian)圈的(de)額(e)(e)定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)一(yi)般設(she)計為100V,與(yu)其配套使用(yong)的(de)交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表量(liang)程也應為100V,通過變比(bi)換算(suan)出(chu)一(yi)次(ci)側線(xian)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)標準值。次(ci)級線(xian)圈的(de)額(e)(e)定電(dian)流(liu)(liu)一(yi)般設(she)計為5A,與(yu)其配套使用(yong)的(de)交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)表量(liang)程也應為5A,通過變比(bi)換算(suan)出(chu)一(yi)次(ci)側相電(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)標準值,然后根據(ju)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),換算(suan)出(chu)有功(gong)功(gong)率(lv)(lv),無功(gong)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)等。
(2)電壓校驗
按照多(duo)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)儀(yi)表(biao)說明書正確設置儀(yi)表(biao)參數(shu)(shu),在校(xiao)驗裝置上(shang)輸(shu)入”11.547U”然后按“Enter”鍵,則此時裝置對多(duo)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)儀(yi)表(biao)ABC三相輸(shu)入11.547V相電(dian)(dian)壓,二次線電(dian)(dian)壓為(wei)20V。操作多(duo)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)儀(yi)表(biao)到電(dian)(dian)壓顯示界面,記錄(lu)下多(duo)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)儀(yi)表(biao)線電(dian)(dian)壓顯示數(shu)(shu)據(ju)。然后按照上(shang)述方(fang)法分別,在檢測裝置輸(shu)入23.094U,34.642U,46.189U,57.737U,記錄(lu)多(duo)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)儀(yi)表(biao)線電(dian)(dian)壓顯示數(shu)(shu)據(ju)。
(3)電流校驗
檢測(ce)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)上先(xian)按Menu鍵進(jin)入主菜單,然后按“1交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸(shu)(shu)出“進(jin)入交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸(shu)(shu)出界(jie)面(mian),按V/Y鍵,用于Y型或(huo)V型接線方式選擇(ze),一般(ban)多數(shu)為(wei)Y型接法(fa),按IRange量程鍵選擇(ze)合適量程,一般(ban)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)互感器二(er)次(ci)側(ce)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)為(wei)5A。輸(shu)(shu)入”1I”然后按Enter鍵,則(ze)此時裝(zhuang)置(zhi)對儀表(biao)ABC三相(xiang)輸(shu)(shu)入1安培電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu),調節多功能電(dian)(dian)力(li)儀表(biao)到電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)顯示(shi)(shi)界(jie)面(mian),記錄下多功能電(dian)(dian)力(li)儀表(biao)顯示(shi)(shi)數(shu)據。然后按照上述方法(fa),分別(bie)輸(shu)(shu)入2I,3I,4I,5I,記錄下多功能電(dian)(dian)力(li)儀表(biao)顯示(shi)(shi)數(shu)據。
(4)有功功率,無功功率,功率因素校驗
A、有功(gong)功(gong)率(lv)(lv):在檢測裝(zhuang)置上選擇好電(dian)(dian)壓電(dian)(dian)流(liu)相對(dui)應的量程(cheng)和接線方式,輸(shu)入(ru)57.737U然(ran)后(hou)按(an)Enter鍵(jian)。按(an)快捷鍵(jian)區“Φ試驗點1.0”,調整儀(yi)表功(gong)率(lv)(lv)為有功(gong)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)模式,輸(shu)入(ru)”1I”然(ran)后(hou)按(an)Enter鍵(jian),則(ze)此時裝(zhuang)置對(dui)多功(gong)能電(dian)(dian)力儀(yi)表ABC三相輸(shu)入(ru)1安(an)培電(dian)(dian)流(liu),線電(dian)(dian)壓100V。調節(jie)多功(gong)能電(dian)(dian)力儀(yi)表到有功(gong)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)顯示界面,記錄下數(shu)據。然(ran)后(hou)按(an)照上述(shu)方法,分別輸(shu)入(ru)2I,3I,4I,5I,記錄下數(shu)據。
B、無功(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv):在(zai)檢(jian)測裝(zhuang)置上(shang)按(an)快捷(jie)鍵區“Φ試驗點(dian)0.0L”或“Φ試驗點(dian)0.0C”調(diao)整(zheng)多功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)電力(li)儀(yi)表功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)為無功(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)模(mo)式,然后在(zai)分(fen)別輸入1I、2I、3I、4I、5I,調(diao)節(jie)多功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)電力(li)儀(yi)表到無功(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)顯示界面,記錄下(xia)數據。
C、功(gong)率因(yin)素(su):在檢測裝置(zhi)上分別按(an)快捷鍵(jian)區“Φ試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)點0.0L”、“Φ試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)點0.5L”、“試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)點1.0”、“Φ試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)點0.8C”、“Φ試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)點0.5C”、“Φ試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)點0.0C”,調節多功(gong)能電力儀表(biao)到功(gong)率因(yin)素(su)顯示界(jie)面,記錄下數(shu)據。
3、校驗后
(1)對電(dian)源控(kong)制回路經行檢(jian)查,由于實驗所(suo)斷開的控(kong)制開關,拔掉的熔絲,都要經行復歸。
(2)對于直接(jie)加線(xian)(xian)(xian)到多功能(neng)電力儀(yi)表(biao)上(shang)的實驗(yan),實驗(yan)后要注意(yi)復歸過(guo)功能(neng)電力儀(yi)表(biao)上(shang)的原來所脫開的導線(xian)(xian)(xian),保證(zheng)接(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)正確。
(3)對(dui)于端子排上電壓,電流回路進行檢查,由于實驗(yan)所拆的(de)滑片(pian),導線都要經(jing)行復歸。
二、多功能電力儀表校驗常見問題及處理方法
多功(gong)能電力儀表(biao)校驗過程(cheng)中,可能會遇到(dao)一些問題,下面為大家介(jie)紹一下這些問題的處(chu)理方法(fa):
1、為了檢測儀表(biao)回(hui)路(lu)(lu),一般情況下先從(cong)端子排上(shang)進行實驗。因(yin)此要注意(yi)通過變壓器(qi)(qi)二(er)(er)次(ci)側(ce)向一次(ci)側(ce)反向送電,必須先把(ba)相對應的電壓二(er)(er)次(ci)側(ce)回(hui)路(lu)(lu)斷開。一般也要在端子排上(shang)把(ba)電流互感器(qi)(qi)二(er)(er)次(ci)測的回(hui)路(lu)(lu)滑片(pian)脫開。
2、進行電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)校驗(yan)時,注意電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)回路是否有(you)電(dian)(dian)器元件導(dao)致(zhi)所(suo)加(jia)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)分壓(ya)(ya),造成數據的(de)誤差。
3、若端子(zi)排線(xian)路復雜,無法進行試(shi)驗,則可(ke)以直接把電壓,電流加(jia)在儀表上(shang),應注意要脫開外電路,所加(jia)電壓線(xian)的觸頭應該保(bao)持一定(ding)間(jian)隙,防(fang)止短路。
4、若發現(xian)所測電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),電(dian)(dian)流數據(ju)有微小波動時(shi),因先檢查是否所加頻率是50Hz,然(ran)后先把電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),電(dian)(dian)流加到滿量程,一般情(qing)況下可以消除波動。
5、若發現所測的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),電(dian)(dian)流(liu),有功(gong),無(wu)功(gong)的值與標(biao)準值有明顯差(cha)異時(shi),因先檢(jian)查是(shi)(shi)(shi)否是(shi)(shi)(shi)回(hui)路問題,加錯(cuo)線或者相序弄等,然(ran)后(hou)在(zai)檢(jian)查是(shi)(shi)(shi)否是(shi)(shi)(shi)該表(biao)變(bian)比問題,與之前(qian)所記錄的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)互感(gan)器、電(dian)(dian)流(liu)互感(gan)器變(bian)比,進行(xing)比較(jiao)。若設置(zhi)(zhi)錯(cuo)誤,則對多功(gong)能(neng)電(dian)(dian)力儀表(biao)進行(xing)設置(zhi)(zhi),設置(zhi)(zhi)正確后(hou),在(zai)進行(xing)校驗。
6、若(ruo)發現所測(ce)電(dian)流表,功率表是(shi)顯示負數,則要檢查(cha)是(shi)否是(shi)所加(jia)電(dian)流極性錯誤。
