3、高速(su)鐵路網(wang)建設
在某意見(jian)征求稿中,提出了整個交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)運(yun)輸基(ji)礎設施(shi)的建(jian)設目標:在年(nian)末(mo),基(ji)本建(jian)成國家快速鐵路(lu)網和(he)國家高速公路(lu)網,完善環渤(bo)海、長(chang)江三(san)角洲、東南沿(yan)海、珠江三(san)角洲和(he)西南沿(yan)海港口群布局,加快內(nei)河航道網、民(min)用機(ji)場、油氣管道和(he)城市交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)設施(shi)建(jian)設,推進綜(zong)(zong)合交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)樞紐(niu)發展,形(xing)成以(yi)“五(wu)縱五(wu)橫”為主骨(gu)架的綜(zong)(zong)合交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)運(yun)輸網絡,總里(li)程達(da)489萬(wan)公里(li)。針對(dui)(dui)快速鐵路(lu)網,五(wu)年(nian)增長(chang)率達(da)438.4%,新線(xian)投(tou)產總規模控制在3萬(wan)公里(li)以(yi)內(nei),鐵路(lu)投(tou)資(zi)的加大勢必(bi)增強對(dui)(dui)機(ji)車(che)電(dian)纜、通(tong)信和(he)信號電(dian)纜的需求。
