集(ji)團公司(si)投資(zi)(zi)1.5億元,建成(cheng)(cheng)了占地50畝、建筑總面積2萬(wan)(wan)平方米(mi)的(de)(de)大型蔬(shu)菜加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠,新建了生(sheng)(sheng)鮮蔬(shu)菜加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、脫(tuo)水蔬(shu)菜加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、蜜餞(jian)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)三(san)(san)條生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)線,于2012年(nian)(nian)8月正式投產(chan)(chan),具(ju)備了自動化分揀(jian)、清洗、加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、包裝(zhuang)流(liu)水作業的(de)(de)現(xian)代(dai)化生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)能力。生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)步(bu)入(ru)(ru)正軌(gui)后,三(san)(san)條生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)線每年(nian)(nian)可(ke)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)優質無公害蔬(shu)菜10萬(wan)(wan)噸,實現(xian)銷(xiao)售(shou)收入(ru)(ru)1.5億元。同時,公司(si)還建成(cheng)(cheng)了8000平方米(mi)的(de)(de)冷(leng)庫(ku)(ku)和低溫加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)車間,購置了冷(leng)藏(zang)(zang)車,形成(cheng)(cheng)了一(yi)套完整(zheng)的(de)(de)冷(leng)鏈物流(liu)體系。公司(si)對火燒坪(ping)鄉的(de)(de)37家冷(leng)庫(ku)(ku)進行了資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)整(zheng)合,蔬(shu)菜冷(leng)庫(ku)(ku)已具(ju)有47000立方米(mi)的(de)(de)庫(ku)(ku)容量,可(ke)年(nian)(nian)冷(leng)藏(zang)(zang)30萬(wan)(wan)噸高(gao)山蔬(shu)菜。公司(si)今(jin)年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)目前主要是以鮮菜加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、銷(xiao)售(shou)為主,脫(tuo)水蔬(shu)菜加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)已經拿到了訂單,正在組(zu)織采購原(yuan)材料,馬上就要投入(ru)(ru)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)。
