山(shan)(shan)海關船舶重工(gong)有限責任(ren)公(gong)司(si)(si)前(qian)身為山(shan)(shan)海關船廠(chang),是中(zhong)國船舶重工(gong)集(ji)團(tuan)公(gong)司(si)(si)所屬的國有大型一類企(qi)業。1972年開始興建,1986年正式(shi)投產(chan),2007年轉股(gu)改(gai)制(zhi)為山(shan)(shan)海關船舶重工(gong)有限責任(ren)公(gong)司(si)(si)。
公司(si)主要(yao)經(jing)營船(chuan)舶修(xiu)理(li)、制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)、改裝、拆解(jie),海洋工程建(jian)造(zao)、維修(xiu),港(gang)口機械及鋼結(jie)構制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao),船(chuan)舶備件供應,熱(re)浸鍍(du)鋅(xin),工程項(xiang)目建(jian)筑(zhu)施工,碼(ma)頭裝卸(xie)及倉儲等(deng)。公司(si)通過了ISO9001-2000質量體系認證,1995年(nian)獲得對外貿易(yi)進出口經(jing)營權(quan),2001年(nian)獲得獨立(li)的港(gang)埠經(jing)營權(quan)和指泊權(quan)。
公(gong)司廠(chang)區面積311.6萬平方(fang)米,其中陸地面積208.8萬平方(fang)米,港池水域面積102.8萬平方(fang)米。造船塢(wu)2座,主(zhu)尺(chi)度分(fen)別(bie)為240m*28m*9.8m和440m*100m*12m;修船塢(wu)4座,主(zhu)尺(chi)度分(fen)別(bie)為240m*39m*11.4m、340m*64m*12.8m、320m*56m*13.3m和260m*50m*13m。碼頭(tou)19個,總長5641.6米。公(gong)司現有(you)鋼(gang)材綜合加工(gong)(gong)廠(chang)房、管(guan)系鐵(tie)舾(xi)加工(gong)(gong)廠(chang)房、船體(ti)聯(lian)合工(gong)(gong)場、分(fen)段裝(zhuang)焊(han)工(gong)(gong)場、四噴九(jiu)涂廠(chang)房等(deng)主(zhu)要生產(chan)設(she)(she)施;600噸龍門吊、拖輪、1250噸油壓機(ji)、大型剪板機(ji)、大型刨邊機(ji)、鋼(gang)材預處理(li)線、板料校平機(ji)、彎(wan)管(guan)機(ji)、10米車床、埋弧自動焊(han)接機(ji)、CO2氣體(ti)保護焊(han)機(ji)、數控(kong)切割機(ji)、等(deng)離(li)子切割機(ji)等(deng)各類設(she)(she)備6000多(duo)臺套(tao)。公(gong)司正式(shi)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)2700余(yu)人(ren)(ren),其中高級(ji)技術工(gong)(gong)人(ren)(ren)、專業管(guan)理(li)人(ren)(ren)才、工(gong)(gong)程技術人(ren)(ren)員1000余(yu)人(ren)(ren);派(pai)遣工(gong)(gong)1400余(yu)人(ren)(ren);外協工(gong)(gong)12000余(yu)人(ren)(ren)。
