太原市成成中學(xue)是山西省首批示范(fan)高中,始建(jian)于1924年(nian)。截至2018年(nian),學(xue)校校園(yuan)占地(di)60余(yu)畝,建(jian)筑面積近3.5萬(wan)平方米。有70個教(jiao)學(xue)班,擁有專兼(jian)職教(jiao)師(shi)300人,學(xue)生4000余(yu)人。
先(xian)進的辦法理(li)念、科學(xue)的管理(li)方法帶來的是教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)質量的穩(wen)步提高和學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)工作(zuo)的全(quan)(quan)面發展。學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)還先(xian)后(hou)(hou)被(bei)評為“全(quan)(quan)國(guo)德育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)先(xian)進學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”、“山西省德育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)示范學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”、“山西省文明單位”、“太原市文明單位標兵(bing)”;被(bei)國(guo)家(jia)(jia)教(jiao)(jiao)委確定為“全(quan)(quan)國(guo)現代教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)實驗學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”。校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)男(nan)籃、女排不僅在省市比賽中連(lian)年奪(duo)冠,而且在華北(bei)地區女子排球(qiu)賽、全(quan)(quan)國(guo)中學(xue)生排球(qiu)賽中披荊斬棘(ji),榮(rong)獲第三名(ming)和第六名(ming)的驕(jiao)人佳績。學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)被(bei)國(guo)家(jia)(jia)體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)總(zong)局(ju)、國(guo)家(jia)(jia)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)部(bu)和國(guo)家(jia)(jia)體(ti)(ti)委命名(ming)為“全(quan)(quan)國(guo)群眾體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)先(xian)進學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”、“國(guo)家(jia)(jia)級體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)傳統(tong)項目學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”、“全(quan)(quan)國(guo)培養體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)后(hou)(hou)備人才(cai)先(xian)進學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”、“山西省特色學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”等(deng)。

2019年9月,獲得“全國教育系(xi)統先進集體”稱(cheng)號。

二十(shi)年(nian)代末,學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)誕生(sheng)(sheng)了(le)(le)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)第一(yi)(yi)(yi)個中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)共(gong)(gong)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)支(zhi)部,三(san)(san)十(shi)年(nian)代初,進(jin)(jin)步(bu)人(ren)(ren)士(shi)和我(wo)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員武新宇(武漢(han)三(san)(san))、劉(liu)墉(yong)(yong)如(ru)(劉(liu)子堂(tang))、張(zhang)衡宇等到(dao)這(zhe)所學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)任(ren)教(jiao)。共(gong)(gong)產黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員和進(jin)(jin)步(bu)教(jiao)師領導生(sheng)(sheng)進(jin)(jin)行斗爭逐(zhu)漸在(zai)(zai)這(zhe)個學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)掌權(quan)(quan),使(shi)它成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為三(san)(san)十(shi)年(nian)代我(wo)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)在(zai)(zai)太(tai)(tai)原(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)地(di)區地(di)下(xia)(xia)活動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)主要陣地(di)之一(yi)(yi)(yi),成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為閻(yan)錫山(shan)(shan)統治(zhi)下(xia)(xia)由中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)共(gong)(gong)產黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)人(ren)(ren)掌握(wo)領導權(quan)(quan)的(de)(de)(de)山(shan)(shan)西省(sheng)(sheng)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao);一(yi)(yi)(yi)九三(san)(san)四(si)年(nian)一(yi)(yi)(yi)月(yue),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)共(gong)(gong)山(shan)(shan)西省(sheng)(sheng)特委(wei)秘書(shu)處被敵破(po)壞,黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員教(jiao)師張(zhang)衡宇被捕,該校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)共(gong)(gong)產黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員和太(tai)(tai)原(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)(yi)些(xie)(xie)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員曾緊急地(di)分散轉移(yi)到(dao)各地(di)去,只(zhi)留下(xia)(xia)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長(chang)劉(liu)墉(yong)(yong)如(ru)一(yi)(yi)(yi)人(ren)(ren)在(zai)(zai)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)堅(jian)持(chi)。擔任(ren)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)教(jiao)務主任(ren)的(de)(de)(de)杜(du)心(xin)源(yuan)(yuan)(杜(du)春(chun)仁)轉移(yi)到(dao)北平后,得知(zhi)張(zhang)衡宇在(zai)(zai)獄中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)堅(jian)貞(zhen)不(bu)(bu)屈,未(wei)吐露絲毫(hao)實情,留在(zai)(zai)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長(chang)劉(liu)墉(yong)(yong)如(ru)安(an)然無事,有(you)些(xie)(xie)離開(kai)的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)師又(you)回到(dao)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)課(ke)。杜(du)心(xin)源(yuan)(yuan)通(tong)(tong)過張(zhang)柏(bo)園找到(dao)即將前去太(tai)(tai)原(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)隱蔽的(de)(de)(de)林(lin)(lin)(lin)楓,向林(lin)(lin)(lin)作(zuo)(zuo)了(le)(le)匯(hui)報。林(lin)(lin)(lin)楓和張(zhang)柏(bo)園一(yi)(yi)(yi)起(qi)前往太(tai)(tai)原(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)以(yi)教(jiao)員身(shen)份作(zuo)(zuo)掩護(hu),做(zuo)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)的(de)(de)(de)地(di)下(xia)(xia)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。林(lin)(lin)(lin)楓接(jie)替杜(du)心(xin)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)國(guo)文課(ke),張(zhang)柏(bo)園接(jie)替教(jiao)務主任(ren)。林(lin)(lin)(lin)楓來(lai)前已(yi)了(le)(le)解了(le)(le)山(shan)(shan)西的(de)(de)(de)政治(zhi)情況(kuang)及成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)的(de)(de)(de)情況(kuang),雖然沒有(you)同校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)組(zu)織發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)橫的(de)(de)(de)關(guan)系,但(dan)彼此互知(zhi)政治(zhi)面目(mu)。林(lin)(lin)(lin)楓利用在(zai)(zai)這(zhe)里的(de)(de)(de)短暫時(shi)間,幫助劉(liu)墉(yong)(yong)如(ru)分析校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)情況(kuang),總結“治(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)經(jing)驗”。他認為成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)有(you)一(yi)(yi)(yi)批很好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)革(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)師生(sheng)(sheng),要在(zai)(zai)白色恐怖(bu)嚴重的(de)(de)(de)太(tai)(tai)原(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),保住這(zhe)塊革(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)陣地(di)。教(jiao)員工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)和學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)分開(kai),教(jiao)員要教(jiao)好(hao)書(shu),把學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)辦成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)有(you)聲譽的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),教(jiao)職員不(bu)(bu)要在(zai)(zai)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)發(fa)展組(zu)織。學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),由外面來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)做(zuo)。一(yi)(yi)(yi)定要保住人(ren)(ren),把書(shu)教(jiao)好(hao)。在(zai)(zai)必要時(shi),指點(dian)一(yi)(yi)(yi)下(xia)(xia),學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)就起(qi)來(lai)了(le)(le)。林(lin)(lin)(lin)楓這(zhe)些(xie)(xie)正確(que)意見(jian),劉(liu)墉(yong)(yong)如(ru)、杜(du)心(xin)源(yuan)(yuan)、焦國(guo)鼐都很贊成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)組(zu)織領導下(xia)(xia)的(de)(de)(de)革(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)活動(dong)幾次出問題,已(yi)有(you)這(zhe)方面的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)訓(xun)。但(dan)是山(shan)(shan)西黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)組(zu)織受當時(shi)“左”傾思想影(ying)響(xiang),成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)“教(jiao)聯”和林(lin)(lin)(lin)楓的(de)(de)(de)正確(que)意見(jian),未(wei)被上級采納,致使(shi)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)革(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)組(zu)織連遭(zao)破(po)壞,革(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)師生(sheng)(sheng)屢(lv)遭(zao)逮捕。一(yi)(yi)(yi)九三(san)(san)四(si)年(nian)四(si)月(yue),杜(du)心(xin)源(yuan)(yuan)通(tong)(tong)過上層關(guan)系回到(dao)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)復職,林(lin)(lin)(lin)楓離開(kai)太(tai)(tai)原(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。
抗日戰爭初期,一(yi)度成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)中共(gong)北方局(ju)、八路軍駐晉辦(ban)事處、中共(gong)山(shan)西工委的(de)所(suo)在地,黨(dang)的(de)高級(ji)干(gan)部(bu)周恩來、朱(zhu)德、劉少奇等同志都曾在這(zhe)里(li)居住、工作過(guo),當時的(de)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中實(shi)際上(shang)(shang)已(yi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)中國共(gong)產黨(dang)在華北抗日前(qian)線的(de)指揮部(bu)。“七(qi)七(qi)”事變后(hou),廣大(da)師生(sheng)響應黨(dang)的(de)號召,舉校從戎,共(gong)赴國難,組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)六(liu)百人的(de)“師生(sheng)抗日游(you)擊隊”,轉戰晉西北,血(xue)沃大(da)青(qing)(qing)山(shan),用鮮(xian)血(xue)和生(sheng)命譜寫了成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中歷史上(shang)(shang)光輝的(de)篇章(zhang),被譽為(wei)(wei)(wei)是全國“青(qing)(qing)年運動的(de)一(yi)面旗幟”。抗日戰爭勝利后(hou),學(xue)校一(yi)度在文水復校,并增設(she)大(da)學(xue)部(bu)改名為(wei)(wei)(wei)“成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)學(xue)院”,為(wei)(wei)(wei)全國解(jie)放(fang)培養了一(yi)大(da)批(pi)優(you)秀干(gan)部(bu)。新中國成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)立(li)(li)后(hou),成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中在太原復校,定名為(wei)(wei)(wei)山(shan)西省立(li)(li)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中學(xue)。
1953年,學(xue)校與云山中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)合(he)并(bing)更名(ming)為“太原(yuan)第三中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)”。1992年,為了(le)繼承并(bing)發揚(yang)成(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)革命傳統,為了(le)永遠紀念成(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)師生抗日游擊隊的偉大壯舉,在原(yuan)成(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)老(lao)校友的倡議下,學(xue)校再次恢(hui)復“成(cheng)成(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)”校名(ming)。
1999年,根據(ju)市教委提出的(de)以強帶弱(ruo)、優(you)勢互補原(yuan)則,學(xue)校(xiao)又與原(yuan)17中(zhong)合并,形成高、初中(zhong)分(fen)設,共同發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)聯(lian)合辦學(xue)模式,為成中(zhong)向(xiang)全國重(zhong)點中(zhong)學(xue)邁進打(da)下堅實的(de)基礎。
