東營黃(huang)河(he)公路大橋位于勝利黃(huang)河(he)公路大橋下游4.6km處,是萬里黃(huang)河(he)最(zui)后一座橋梁(liang),南岸是東營市墾(ken)利縣(xian)左家莊,北岸是東營市利津縣(xian)中古店。
該橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)全長2743.1m,由北(bei)引橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)工(gong)程(cheng)、主橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)工(gong)程(cheng)、南引橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)工(gong)程(cheng)三部分組成,橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)面寬度26m。
該橋(qiao)全長(chang)2743.1m,由北引(yin)橋(qiao)工程(cheng)、主(zhu)橋(qiao)工程(cheng)、南引(yin)橋(qiao)工程(cheng)三部(bu)分組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)。主(zhu)橋(qiao)8個橋(qiao)墩(dun),最(zui)大跨度(du)為220m;南引(yin)橋(qiao)跨徑組(zu)合為2孔(kong)42m簡(jian)支箱(xiang)型組(zu)合梁+1聯5孔(kong)42m先簡(jian)支后連續箱(xiang)形(xing)組(zu)合梁;北引(yin)橋(qiao)為38孔(kong)42m箱(xiang)型組(zu)合梁,主(zhu)槽內橋(qiao)跨組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)為116m+200m+220m+200m+116m=852m,橋(qiao)面寬度(du)26m。
該橋采(cai)用(yong)平交方式與黃(huang)(huang)河(he)(he)堤防交叉,并修建(jian)繞(rao)行道(dao)路(lu)以保(bao)證黃(huang)(huang)河(he)(he)防汛搶(qiang)險的交通(tong)(tong)暢通(tong)(tong)。
為充分(fen)發揮東紅(hong)高(gao)(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)這(zhe)一交通大通道的(de)(de)作用,適(shi)應東營(ying)市的(de)(de)公(gong)路(lu)交通與經濟發需要,解(jie)決勝利(li)黃(huang)河(he)大橋的(de)(de)“瓶(ping)頸”狀況(kuang),促進環渤海(hai)高(gao)(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)的(de)(de)順利(li)實施(shi),東營(ying)市委、市政府決定新(xin)建東紅(hong)路(lu)東營(ying)黃(huang)河(he)公(gong)路(lu)大橋。
該大橋南接東(dong)(dong)(營)青(島(dao))高(gao)速公(gong)路墾利主(zhu)線,北與(yu)東(dong)(dong)(營)港(口)高(gao)速公(gong)路立體交叉,西(xi)與(yu)辛河路、永館路相連(lian),是環渤(bo)海(hai)高(gao)速公(gong)路及國家重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)干線公(gong)路的(de)(de)樞紐(niu)工程,也是膠東(dong)(dong)半島(dao)、黃河三角(jiao)洲(zhou)與(yu)京津唐地(di)區聯系的(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)通道。它的(de)(de)建成,加快了黃河三角(jiao)洲(zhou)融入山東(dong)(dong)環渤(bo)海(hai)經濟帶(dai)的(de)(de)步伐,對包(bao)括墾利縣在內的(de)(de)整個東(dong)(dong)營市(shi)的(de)(de)經濟發展和勝利油田的(de)(de)開(kai)發建設,將起到積極的(de)(de)推動作(zuo)用(yong)。
2000年7月11日(ri),山東省(sheng)(sheng)計(ji)委以魯計(ji)交(jiao)能字[2000]682號(hao)(hao)和魯計(ji)交(jiao)能字[2000]683號(hao)(hao)文(wen)件批準東營黃(huang)(huang)(huang)河(he)公(gong)(gong)路大(da)(da)橋項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目立項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)并報國家(jia)計(ji)委備案。2001年8月28日(ri),東營黃(huang)(huang)(huang)河(he)公(gong)(gong)路大(da)(da)橋工(gong)程(cheng)建設項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目辦(ban)公(gong)(gong)室正式掛牌成(cheng)(cheng)立。10月11日(ri)~13日(ri),東紅公(gong)(gong)路東營黃(huang)(huang)(huang)河(he)公(gong)(gong)路大(da)(da)橋及接線工(gong)程(cheng)有(you)限(xian)責任公(gong)(gong)司成(cheng)(cheng)立。12月10日(ri),確定(ding)施(shi)工(gong)組織方(fang)案。2002年6月18日(ri),召開東營黃(huang)(huang)(huang)河(he)公(gong)(gong)路大(da)(da)橋工(gong)程(cheng)開標(biao)會議,首次在(zai)山東省(sheng)(sheng)基建工(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)招(zhao)標(biao)中采(cai)用無標(biao)底投(tou)標(biao)法(fa)擇優選擇了施(shi)工(gong)、監理(li)單位。7月18日(ri),舉行工(gong)程(cheng)簽(qian)約儀式。該(gai)大(da)(da)橋設計(ji)行車(che)速度(du)100公(gong)(gong)里/小時,設計(ji)荷(he)載為汽(qi)—超20,掛—120。橋面最大(da)(da)縱(zong)坡4.0%,橋面橫(heng)坡2.0%;設計(ji)洪水頻率三百年一(yi)遇(yu)。
東(dong)營黃(huang)河公(gong)路大(da)(da)橋位于墾利(li)區左(zuo)家莊(zhuang)東(dong)側,在勝(sheng)利(li)黃(huang)河大(da)(da)橋下游約5公(gong)里處,南北跨越(yue)墾利(li)縣和利(li)津縣,是(shi)東(dong)營市境內(nei)唯一(yi)一(yi)座預應(ying)力混凝土剛構—連(lian)續(xu)組合梁橋。
由山(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)交(jiao)通(tong)廳公(gong)(gong)路局、科(ke)達(da)集(ji)團(tuan)股(gu)份有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司分(fen)別投資(zi)50%,按BOT模(mo)式(shi)建設(she);鐵道部第一勘察設(she)計院設(she)計,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵十四局集(ji)團(tuan)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司、山(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)交(jiao)通(tong)工(gong)程總公(gong)(gong)司和(he)山(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)公(gong)(gong)路工(gong)程總公(gong)(gong)司濟寧分(fen)公(gong)(gong)司承建;濰(wei)坊市交(jiao)通(tong)工(gong)程監理中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心監理,交(jiao)通(tong)部科(ke)研(yan)所、山(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)橋梁檢(jian)測中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國太平(ping)洋財產(chan)保(bao)險股(gu)份有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司濰(wei)坊中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心支公(gong)(gong)司、清華大(da)學(xue)(xue)、同濟大(da)學(xue)(xue)、哈爾濱(bin)工(gong)業大(da)學(xue)(xue)、長沙(sha)交(jiao)通(tong)學(xue)(xue)院等單(dan)位擔任技術(shu)服務;是山(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)首家(jia)采用(yong)BOT模(mo)式(shi)合(he)資(zi)建設(she)、經營(ying)的黃河特大(da)橋。
內河IV級航道,2個通航孔,最高通航水位11.42米(mi)(mi)(相應洪峰流量(liang)9000立(li)方米(mi)(mi)/秒),通航凈高8米(mi)(mi),航道凈寬為80米(mi)(mi),抗震烈度按VIII度設(she)防(fang)(fang)。橋梁總長2743.1米(mi)(mi),主橋長852.0米(mi)(mi),引橋長1890米(mi)(mi)。橋寬組合為0.5米(mi)(mi)(防(fang)(fang)撞護(hu)欄)+3.25米(mi)(mi)(緊(jin)急(ji)停車(che)(che)(che)帶(dai))+2×3.75米(mi)(mi)(行車(che)(che)(che)道)+0.75米(mi)(mi)(左側(ce)(ce)路緣(yuan)帶(dai))+2.0米(mi)(mi)(中央分隔帶(dai))+0.75米(mi)(mi)(右側(ce)(ce)路緣(yuan)帶(dai))+2×3.75米(mi)(mi)(行車(che)(che)(che)道)+3.25米(mi)(mi)(緊(jin)急(ji)停車(che)(che)(che)帶(dai))+0.5米(mi)(mi)(防(fang)(fang)撞護(hu)欄),橋面全寬26.0米(mi)(mi)。橋面鋪(pu)裝(zhuang)自(zi)上而下依次為4厘(li)米(mi)(mi)MAC(AK-13A)改性瀝青混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)面層(ceng)+5厘(li)米(mi)(mi)(AC-20I)中粒式瀝青混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)+YN-聚合物瀝青橋面防(fang)(fang)水涂層(ceng)+8厘(li)米(mi)(mi)30號防(fang)(fang)水混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)。防(fang)(fang)水混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)鋪(pu)裝(zhuang)層(ceng)內設(she)10×10厘(li)米(mi)(mi)I級鋼(gang)筋(jin)網(wang),鋼(gang)筋(jin)直徑為10毫(hao)米(mi)(mi)。
