郭(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)(1820~1900),直隸深(shen)縣馬莊(zhuang)人(ren),家不(bu)富足(zu),力食四方,兼(jian)訪名(ming)師,聞(wen)劉(liu)曉蘭先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)名(ming)氣(qi)(qi),便(bian)訪至易(yi)州西陵,也拜(bai)孫亭立先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)為師練(lian)八極拳(quan)(quan)(quan),住在劉(liu)曉蘭先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)處,這樣劉(liu)曉蘭先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)與郭(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)成了八極拳(quan)(quan)(quan)門(men)中的(de)(de)(de)“譜兄弟(di)”。孫亭立先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)見郭(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)學拳(quan)(quan)(quan)已成,便(bian)讓他也去山西李(li)老(lao)能(neng)(neng)那(nei)里學形意(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)。郭(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)到山西太谷以(yi)同鄉之關系拜(bai)見李(li)老(lao)能(neng)(neng)先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng),說(shuo)明來(lai)意(yi),并將八極拳(quan)(quan)(quan)中的(de)(de)(de)剛(gang)猛(meng)猴(hou)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)和梨花(hua)大槍(qiang)演(yan)示(shi)給李(li)老(lao)能(neng)(neng)先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)看。李(li)先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)見郭(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)所(suo)練(lian)手(shou)法靈速、氣(qi)(qi)勢嚴整而神氣(qi)(qi)活妙,遂收為弟(di)子。當(dang)時李(li)老(lao)能(neng)(neng)以(yi)租(zu)種菜園為生(sheng)(sheng)計,郭(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)幫助灌田、耕耘,一應事情非常(chang)勤快(kuai),深(shen)得老(lao)能(neng)(neng)先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)喜愛,便(bian)傾囊相(xiang)授,郭(guo)十(shi)二年(nian)后藝成。后來(lai)因鏟(chan)除(chu)惡霸(ba),犯了人(ren)命官司,被關進監(jian)牢(lao),仍苦練(lian)功夫,由于(yu)項上有枷,腳上鐵銬的(de)(de)(de)緣(yuan)故,練(lian)就了只(zhi)能(neng)(neng)邁出半步的(de)(de)(de)絕技(ji)——半步崩拳(quan)(quan)(quan),所(suo)以(yi),后來(lai)郭(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)名(ming)揚大江南北,以(yi)“半步崩拳(quan)(quan)(quan)打遍天下”而著稱。
郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)在當時(shi)武術界很有(you)聲望。他的練拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan),靜如泰山,動如飛鳥(niao)。如遇不(bu)測之事,只要耳(er)聞目見,不(bu)管(guan)對方(fang)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)棒有(you)多快(kuai),皆能(neng)避之。有(you)一(yi)(yi)次(ci)郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)想試試自己的功夫,讓五(wu)個壯士各持一(yi)(yi)木棍,其一(yi)(yi)端頂住郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)的腹部(bu),郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)一(yi)(yi)轉腰,將五(wu)人打出(chu)一(yi)(yi)丈(zhang)開(kai)外。對形(xing)意拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)理論,進行過系統的研究(jiu)和(he)總結,遺著有(you)《能(neng)說(shuo)形(xing)意拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)經》一(yi)(yi)書。郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)在北方(fang)數省教授學生多人,晚(wan)年隱居(ju)鄉間,七十余歲而終。
郭(guo)(guo)(guo)云(yun)深(shen)的名聲甚囂(xiao)塵上(shang),當然有人不服,河北正安縣有個(ge)(ge)綽號叫“鬼八(ba)卦”的焦蘿(luo)夫(fu)曾用(yong)桿子戰勝大槍(qiang)劉德(de)寬而聞名遐爾,就(jiu)(jiu)對(dui)郭(guo)(guo)(guo)云(yun)深(shen)很(hen)不服氣。并(bing)前(qian)來(lai)與郭(guo)(guo)(guo)云(yun)深(shen)較(jiao)量。交手僅(jin)一個(ge)(ge)回合,焦洛夫(fu)就(jiu)(jiu)被打倒在地。他遂閉門不出(chu),終日(ri)琢磨破解(jie)崩拳之(zhi)法(fa)。一天,他從(cong)庖丁(ding)刀(dao)切蘿(luo)卜中悟出(chu)砍法(fa)可破崩拳,于是苦練(lian)多(duo)年,直到掌力將(jiang)碗(wan)口粗的白蠟桿一格即斷后,這才又邀郭(guo)(guo)(guo)云(yun)深(shen)較(jiao)量。
對(dui)于(yu)三年之后的(de)(de)(de)重會,郭(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)知道(dao)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)功夫(fu)必然大(da)進。只(zhi)見他(ta)嘿嘿冷笑一(yi)聲,喝道(dao):“鬼子焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),看拳(quan)。”人(ren)還(huan)是那個(ge)人(ren),拳(quan)還(huan)是那個(ge)拳(quan),可憐焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)洛(luo)夫(fu)三年的(de)(de)(de)臥薪嘗膽,仍然難以阻擋這疾愈迅雷的(de)(de)(de)攻勢(shi)。他(ta)雖(sui)然如庖丁(ding)解牛般揮動雙臂施展爛(lan)熟于(yu)胸的(de)(de)(de)砍(kan)法破解崩拳(quan),但他(ta)砍(kan)向郭(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)的(de)(de)(de)手(shou)刀,一(yi)與攻來的(de)(de)(de)崩拳(quan)相交(jiao),就如同波濤(tao)洶涌的(de)(de)(de)巨(ju)浪撲(pu)向銅墻鐵壁(bi),“嘭”的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)聲悶(men)響,猶如山墻倒塌,焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)洛(luo)夫(fu)再次坐在(zai)地上。焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)洛(luo)夫(fu)屢與高手(shou)較技,可說未有(you)敗績(ji),此番兩次栽(zai)在(zai)郭(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)手(shou)上,仍是心有(you)不甘,總覺得自(zi)己苦練的(de)(de)(de)“砍(kan)法”似乎缺少點東西,便絞盡腦(nao)汁,冥思苦想,想出一(yi)招,于(yu)是,他(ta)又邀郭(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)比試。
二人搭手進招,郭云深再(zai)以崩(beng)(beng)拳進擊;只(zhi)見焦(jiao)(jiao)洛(luo)夫(fu)這次(ci)施展砍(kan)法不(bu)是(shi)(shi)向下,而是(shi)(shi)小臂上(shang)(shang)挑。郭云深隱(yin)然(ran)(ran)一驚(jing),急(ji)變(bian)崩(beng)(beng)拳為化勁卸掉了對方(fang)的(de)上(shang)(shang)挑之力(li);焦(jiao)(jiao)洛(luo)夫(fu)只(zhi)微(wei)微(wei)一楞神(shen),就(jiu)覺一股(gu)驚(jing)濤拍岸般的(de)崩(beng)(beng)拳又一次(ci)打在胸上(shang)(shang),他第三次(ci)撲翻在地。焦(jiao)(jiao)洛(luo)夫(fu)不(bu)僅喟(kui)然(ran)(ran)長嘆:‘好崩(beng)(beng)拳。”他挽起胳膊(bo)上(shang)(shang)的(de)衣袖,露(lu)出(chu)綁著的(de)利刃,欲在對方(fang)崩(beng)(beng)拳打來,挑斷其臂,可是(shi)(shi)郭云深的(de)半(ban)步崩(beng)(beng)拳實在出(chu)神(shen)入化,方(fang)使(shi)其謀算落空(kong)。從(cong)此(ci),郭云深以半(ban)步崩(beng)(beng)拳三勝“鬼八(ba)卦”焦(jiao)(jiao)洛(luo)夫(fu)的(de)事(shi)跡不(bu)脛而走。
形(xing)意拳三(san)體式(shi)(shi),兩足(zu)(zu)要并重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),不(bu)可單(dan)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。單(dan)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)者(zhe)(zhe),非一(yi)足(zu)(zu)著地(di),一(yi)足(zu)(zu)懸起,不(bu)過前足(zu)(zu)可虛可實(shi),著重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)于(yu)后足(zu)(zu)耳(er)。以后練各形(xing)各式(shi)(shi),亦(yi)有雙重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)式(shi)(shi),雖然是(shi)雙重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)式(shi)(shi),亦(yi)不(bu)離(li)單(dan)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心,以至極高(gao)、極俯、極矮、極仰之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)形(xing)式(shi)(shi),亦(yi)總不(bu)離(li)三(san)體式(shi)(shi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心。故三(san)體式(shi)(shi)為萬形(xing)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)基(ji)礎(chu)也。三(san)體式(shi)(shi)單(dan)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)者(zhe)(zhe),得其(qi)中和之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)起點,動作(zuo)靈活(huo),形(xing)勢(shi)一(yi)氣,無有間斷耳(er)。雙重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)三(san)體式(shi)(shi)者(zhe)(zhe),形(xing)式(shi)(shi)沉(chen)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),力氣極大,唯是(shi)陰陽(yang)不(bu)分,乾坤不(bu)辨(bian),奇偶不(bu)顯,剛柔不(bu)判(pan),虛實(shi)不(bu)明(ming),內開外合不(bu)清,進退起落動作(zuo)不(bu)靈活(huo)。
所以形意拳(quan)三(san)體(ti)(ti)式(shi),不(bu)(bu)得其(qi)單(dan)重(zhong)之(zhi)中和,先后天亦不(bu)(bu)交,剛(gang)多柔少,失卻中和,道(dao)理亦不(bu)(bu)明,變化亦不(bu)(bu)通,自被血氣(qi)所拘,拙勁(jing)所捆。此(ci)皆是被三(san)體(ti)(ti)式(shi)雙(shuang)重(zhong)之(zhi)所拘也(ye)。若得著(zhu)單(dan)重(zhong)三(san)體(ti)(ti)式(shi)中和之(zhi)道(dao)理,以后行(xing)之(zhi),無(wu)(wu)論單(dan)重(zhong)雙(shuang)重(zhong)各(ge)形之(zhi)式(shi),無(wu)(wu)可無(wu)(wu)不(bu)(bu)可也(ye)。
練(lian)(lian)形(xing)意拳(quan)術(shu)(shu)有(you)(you)(you)三層(ceng)(ceng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼吸(xi)。第(di)一(yi)層(ceng)(ceng)練(lian)(lian)拳(quan)術(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼吸(xi),將舌(she)卷回,頂(ding)住上腭(e)(e),口似(si)開(kai)(kai)非開(kai)(kai),似(si)合(he)(he)非合(he)(he),呼吸(xi)任其自然,不(bu)(bu)(bu)可著(zhu)意于(yu)呼吸(xi),因手足動作合(he)(he)于(yu)規(gui)矩,是(shi)(shi)為調息(xi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法則(ze),亦即練(lian)(lian)精化(hua)氣之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功夫也(ye)(ye)。第(di)二層(ceng)(ceng)練(lian)(lian)拳(quan)術(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼吸(xi),口之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)開(kai)(kai)合(he)(he),舌(she)頂(ding)上腭(e)(e)等規(gui)則(ze)照前(qian),唯(wei)呼吸(xi)與前(qian)一(yi)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)(bu)(bu)同,前(qian)者手足動作,是(shi)(shi)調息(xi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法則(ze),此是(shi)(shi)息(xi)調也(ye)(ye),前(qian)者口鼻之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼吸(xi),不(bu)(bu)(bu)過借此以通(tong)乎內外也(ye)(ye)。此二層(ceng)(ceng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼吸(xi),著(zhu)意于(yu)丹田(tian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)內呼吸(xi)也(ye)(ye),又名胎息(xi),是(shi)(shi)謂練(lian)(lian)氣化(hua)神(shen)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理(li)也(ye)(ye)。第(di)三層(ceng)(ceng)練(lian)(lian)拳(quan)術(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼吸(xi),與上兩層(ceng)(ceng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)意又不(bu)(bu)(bu)同,前(qian)一(yi)層(ceng)(ceng)是(shi)(shi)明勁,有(you)(you)(you)形(xing)于(yu)外,二層(ceng)(ceng)是(shi)(shi)暗勁,有(you)(you)(you)形(xing)于(yu)內。此呼吸(xi)雖有(you)(you)(you),而(er)若無,勿(wu)忘勿(wu)助之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)意思,即是(shi)(shi)神(shen)化(hua)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)妙用也(ye)(ye),心中空空洞洞,不(bu)(bu)(bu)有(you)(you)(you)不(bu)(bu)(bu)無,非有(you)(you)(you)非無,是(shi)(shi)為無聲無臭,還虛之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道也(ye)(ye),此三種呼吸(xi),為練(lian)(lian)拳(quan)術(shu)(shu)始終本末(mo)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)次序,即一(yi)氣貫(guan)通(tong)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理(li),自有(you)(you)(you)而(er)化(hua)無之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道也(ye)(ye)。
形(xing)意(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao),練之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)極(ji)易(yi),亦極(ji)難。易(yi)者(zhe),是拳(quan)(quan)(quan)術之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)形(xing)式,至(zhi)易(yi)至(zhi)簡而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)不(bu)(bu)(bu)繁(fan)亂(luan)。其(qi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)術之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)始終,動(dong)作(zuo)運用(yong),皆人之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)所(suo)(suo)不(bu)(bu)(bu)慮(lv)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)知,不(bu)(bu)(bu)學而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)能(neng)(neng)者(zhe)也(ye)。周(zhou)身動(dong)作(zuo)運用(yong),亦皆平常之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理,唯人之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)未學時,手(shou)足動(dong)作(zuo)運用(yong),無有(you)規矩而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)不(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)整齊(qi),所(suo)(suo)教(jiao)授者(zhe),不(bu)(bu)(bu)過將(jiang)人之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)慮(lv)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)知,不(bu)(bu)(bu)學而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)能(neng)(neng),平常所(suo)(suo)運用(yong)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)形(xing)式,入于規矩之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中,四肢動(dong)作(zuo)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)不(bu)(bu)(bu)散亂(luan)也(ye)。果(guo)練之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)有(you)恒(heng)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)不(bu)(bu)(bu)間斷,可以至(zhi)于至(zhi)善(shan)也(ye)。若到至(zhi)善(shan)處,諸形(xing)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)運用(yong),無不(bu)(bu)(bu)合道(dao)矣(yi)。以他(ta)人觀(guan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),有(you)一(yi)動(dong)一(yi)靜,一(yi)言一(yi)默之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)運用(yong),奧妙不(bu)(bu)(bu)測之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)神氣(qi)。然而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er),自己(ji)并不(bu)(bu)(bu)知其(qi)善(shan)于拳(quan)(quan)(quan)術也(ye),因動(dong)作(zuo)運用(yong),皆是平常之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)理,無強人之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)所(suo)(suo)難,所(suo)(suo)以拳(quan)(quan)(quan)術練之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)極(ji)易(yi)也(ye)。
《中庸》云:“人莫不(bu)飲(yin)食也(ye),鮮能知味也(ye)。”難者(zhe),是(shi)練者(zhe)厭其(qi)拳之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)簡單,而(er)不(bu)良于觀,以(yi)致半途而(er)廢(fei)者(zhe)有之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),或是(shi)練者(zhe)惡(e)其(qi)道(dao)(dao)理(li)平常,而(er)無有奇妙之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法則,自己專好剛勁之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣,身(shen)外又務(wu)奇異之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)形(xing),故鄉身(shen)練之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)而(er)不(bu)能得著形(xing)意拳術中和之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)也(ye)。因此,好高騖遠(yuan),看理(li)偏僻,所以(yi)拳術之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)理(li)得之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)甚難。中庸云:“道(dao)(dao)不(bu)遠(yuan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),人為之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)而(er)遠(yuan)人。”即此意義也(ye)。郭云深論神氣
形(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)無(wu)它,神(shen)氣二(er)者(zhe)而(er)已(yi)。丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)始終(zhong)全(quan)仗呼吸,超初(chu)大小周天(tian)(tian),以及(ji)還(huan)虛(xu)(xu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)者(zhe),皆(jie)是呼吸之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)變化耳,拳(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)亦(yi)(yi)然,唯有鍛煉形(xing)(xing)體與筋骨(gu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)。丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)是“精中(zhong)(zhong)求動(dong),動(dong)極而(er)復(fu)靜(jing)也(ye)。”拳(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)是“動(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)求靜(jing),靜(jing)極而(er)復(fu)動(dong)也(ye)。”其初(chu)練之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)似異,以至(zhi)(zhi)還(huan)虛(xu)(xu)則同。《形(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)經》云:“固靈(ling)根(gen)而(er)動(dong)心者(zhe),敵將也(ye),養靈(ling)根(gen)而(er)靜(jing)心者(zhe),修道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)也(ye)。”所以形(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao),即(ji)丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)學也(ye),丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)有三(san)(san)易,即(ji)練精化氣;煉氣化神(shen),煉神(shen)還(huan)虛(xu)(xu)。拳(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)亦(yi)(yi)有三(san)(san)易,即(ji)易骨(gu),易筋,易髓,此三(san)(san)易即(ji)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)中(zhong)(zhong)明(ming)勁、暗勁、化勁也(ye)。練至(zhi)(zhi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)無(wu)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)意(yi)(yi)(yi)無(wu)意(yi)(yi)(yi),無(wu)意(yi)(yi)(yi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)是真意(yi)(yi)(yi),亦(yi)(yi)與丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)煉虛(xu)(xu)合(he)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)相合(he)也(ye)。丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)有最初(chu)還(huan)虛(xu)(xu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong),以至(zhi)(zhi)虛(xu)(xu)極靜(jing)駕之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時(shi),下元真陽(yang)發動(dong),即(ji)速回光返照,凝神(shen)入(ru)氣穴(xue),息(xi)(xi)(xi)息(xi)(xi)(xi)歸根(gen),神(shen)氣未交(jiao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時(shi),存神(shen)用(yong)意(yi)(yi)(yi),綿(mian)(mian)綿(mian)(mian)若存,念(nian)茲在(zai)茲,此武(wu)火(huo)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)謂也(ye),至(zhi)(zhi)神(shen)氣已(yi)交(jiao),又當忘息(xi)(xi)(xi),以致采取歸爐(lu)、封固、停(ting)息(xi)(xi)(xi)、沐浴、起火(huo)、進(jin)退、升降歸根(gen),俟動(dong)而(er)復(fu)煉,煉至(zhi)(zhi)不(bu)動(dong),為限數(shu)足滿,止火(huo),謂之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)坎離交(jiao)妒,此為小周天(tian)(tian),以至(zhi)(zhi)大周天(tian)(tian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)夫(fu),無(wu)非(fei)自無(wu)而(er)生(sheng)有,由微而(er)至(zhi)(zhi)著,由小而(er)至(zhi)(zhi)大,由虛(xu)(xu)而(er)積累,皆(jie)呼吸火(huo)侯(hou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)變化,文武(wu)剛柔,隨(sui)時(shi)消息(xi)(xi)(xi),此皆(jie)是順(shun)中(zhong)(zhong)用(yong)逆,逆中(zhong)(zhong)行(xing)順(shun),用(yong)其無(wu)過不(bu)及(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)和之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)也(ye),也(ye)不(bu)過略言丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)概(gai)耳。丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)與拳(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)并行(xing)不(bu)悖,故形(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)非(fei)粗率之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)武(wu)藝。余恐后來練形(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)人,只用(yong)其后天(tian)(tian)血(xue)氣之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong),不(bu)知(zhi)有先天(tian)(tian)真陽(yang)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣,故發明(ming)形(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao),只此神(shen)氣二(er)者(zhe)而(er)已(yi)。故此先言丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)大概(gai),后在(zai)論(lun)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)詳情。形(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)有三(san)(san)層道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)理(li),有三(san)(san)步功(gong)夫(fu),有三(san)(san)種(zhong)練法。
三層道理
練精化(hua)氣;練氣化(hua)神(shen);練神(shen)還虛(練之以(yi)變化(hua)人之氣質,復(fu)其(qi)本然(ran)之真也(ye))。
三步功夫
易(yi)骨:練之(zhi)以筑其(qi)基,以壯其(qi)體,骨體堅如鐵石(shi),而(er)形式氣質,威嚴狀似泰山。
易筋:練(lian)之(zhi)以騰(teng)其(qi)膜,以長其(qi)筋(俗(su)云(yun):筋長力大(da)),其(qi)勁(jing)縱橫聯(lian)絡,生長而無(wu)窮也。
洗髓(sui):練之(zhi)以清虛(xu)其內,以輕松其體(ti),內中(zhong)清虛(xu)之(zhi)象:神(shen)氣運用,圓(yuan)活(huo)無滯身體(ti)動轉,其輕如羽(拳(quan)經云:三回九轉是一式,即此意義也(ye))。
三種練法
明勁:練之總(zong)以規矩不(bu)可(ke)易,身體動轉要(yao)和順(shun)而(er)(er)不(bu)可(ke)乖戾,手(shou)足起(qi)落要(yao)整齊而(er)(er)不(bu)可(ke)散亂。拳(quan)經(jing)云:“方者(zhe)以正(zheng)其(qi)中(zhong)”即此(ci)意也。
暗勁:練之神氣要(yao)(yao)舒(shu)展而不(bu)可(ke)拘,運用(yong)要(yao)(yao)圓通活潑而不(bu)可(ke)滯。拳經云:“圓者以應其外”即此意(yi)也。
化勁:練之周身四肢動轉,起落、進退皆(jie)不(bu)(bu)可著力(li)(li),專以神(shen)意運(yun)(yun)用之。雖是神(shen)意運(yun)(yun)用,惟(wei)形式(shi)規矩仍(reng)如前二(er)種不(bu)(bu)可改移(yi)。雖然周身動轉不(bu)(bu)著力(li)(li),亦(yi)不(bu)(bu)能全不(bu)(bu)著力(li)(li),總在神(shen)意之貫通(tong)耳。拳(quan)經云:“三(san)回九轉是一式(shi)”即此意義也。
