歪(wai)(wai)(wai)把紅(hong)(hong)山楂(zha)因(yin)果(guo)梗部歪(wai)(wai)(wai)斜呈(cheng)肉(rou)瘤狀而得名(ming),歪(wai)(wai)(wai)把紅(hong)(hong)山楂(zha)單(dan)果(guo)比正常山楂(zha)大(da)(da)。由于(yu)果(guo)大(da)(da),著色艷麗,耐貯,品質優良(liang),歪(wai)(wai)(wai)把紅(hong)(hong)山楂(zha)很受市(shi)場歡(huan)迎。歪(wai)(wai)(wai)把紅(hong)(hong)山楂(zha)樹冠(guan)緊湊(cou),萌芽率(lv)和成枝力均(jun)極強,花序平均(jun)座果(guo)率(lv)8.9個,適應性強,是加工(gong)兼鮮食(shi)的優良(liang)品種,在市(shi)場上的冰(bing)糖葫蘆主要用它作為原(yuan)料。
歪把(ba)紅山(shan)楂的母(mu)樹(shu)在山(shan)東省(sheng)臨沂市平邑縣(xian)天寶山(shan)新華村,為(wei)當地主栽品種(zhong)之一(yi)。
歪把紅(hong)山(shan)楂的果(guo)實倒卵(luan)形,單(dan)重15克左右,肩(jian)部較瘦(shou),頂端較肥大,果(guo)梗(geng)基部一(yi)側著生(sheng)較肥大的紅(hong)色(se)(se)肉(rou)瘤是其(qi)典型特征,果(guo)皮鮮紅(hong)色(se)(se),有(you)光澤,蠟質較厚,果(guo)稀且較大,萼(e)片開張反卷,果(guo)面有(you)殘存苞(bao)片,萼(e)筒陡深,果(guo)肉(rou)乳白色(se)(se),肉(rou)質細密(mi)軟(ruan)綿(mian),味酸爽口,總糖7.52%,總酸2.18%,可溶性(xing)固形物(wu)14.5%,每100克含(han)鈣24.6mg,磷1.3mg,鐵2mg,維生(sheng)素C60.8mg。
歪把紅山楂果(guo)實10月上中旬(xun)成(cheng)熟,耐貯性好。
