電(dian)(dian)熱(re)水壺用(yong)溫(wen)度傳感器(qi)是一(yi)(yi)種用(yong)雙金屬片制作的熱(re)敏器(qi)件,溫(wen)度低時它朝(chao)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)方向彎(wan)曲(qu),溫(wen)度達到規定(ding)值時就(jiu)向另(ling)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)方向彎(wan)曲(qu)將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)路斷(duan)開,停止加(jia)熱(re)。電(dian)(dian)熱(re)壺中就(jiu)巧(qiao)妙地使用(yong)了(le)這種傳感器(qi)。
1.電熱水壺加熱電路的工作過程
交(jiao)流(liu)220V電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)水壺供電(dian)(dian)(dian),交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)L(火線)端(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)經(jing)熱(re)(re)(re)熔斷器(qi)FU加(jia)到(dao)煮(zhu)水加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)EM和(he)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)EH2的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)端(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan),交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)N(零(ling)線)端(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)經(jing)溫(wen)(wen)控器(qi)ST加(jia)到(dao)煮(zhu)水加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)另一(yi)端(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan),同時交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)N(零(ling)線)端(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)經(jing)二極管VIE℃和(he)選擇開關SA加(jia)到(dao)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)EH2的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)另一(yi)端(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)。使(shi)煮(zhu)水加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)和(he)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)兩端(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)都有交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,而開始加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),如(ru)圖所示。
2.加熱控制電路的工作過程
電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)水(shui)壺剛(gang)開(kai)始煮(zhu)水(shui)時,溫(wen)控(kong)(kong)器(qi)ST處于低(di)溫(wen)狀態。此(ci)時,溫(wen)控(kong)(kong)器(qi)ST兩引線端之(zhi)間是導(dao)通(tong)的(de)(de),為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源供電(dian)(dian)(dian)提供通(tong)路,此(ci)時,綠(lv)指(zhi)示燈亮(liang)(liang),紅指(zhi)示燈兩端無電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,不亮(liang)(liang)。當水(shui)瓶中的(de)(de)溫(wen)度超(chao)過96℃時(水(shui)開(kai)了),溫(wen)度控(kong)(kong)制器(qi)ST自(zi)動(dong)斷(duan)開(kai),停止為(wei)煮(zhu)水(shui)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)。此(ci)時,保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)兩端仍有交流220V電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,但(dan)由于保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值較大所產生(sheng)的(de)(de)能(neng)量只有煮(zhu)水(shui)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)1/20,因此(ci)只起到保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)的(de)(de)作用。此(ci)時,交流220V經EM為(wei)紅指(zhi)示燈供電(dian)(dian)(dian)綠(lv)指(zhi)示燈滅(mie),紅指(zhi)示燈亮(liang)(liang)。
如果電(dian)熱水瓶中(zhong)(zhong)水的溫度降低了,溫度控(kong)制器(qi)ST又(you)會自動接通,煮水加熱器(qi)繼續加始終使(shi)水瓶中(zhong)(zhong)的開水保(bao)持在90℃以上。
