交流充電樁原理
交流充電樁,本質就是一個帶控制的插座,輸出的是交流電,需要車載充電機自己進行變壓整流,受限于車載充電機功率,一般功率小,3.3和7kw的居(ju)多(duo)。
交流充電樁功能特點
(1)人機交(jiao)互界面采(cai)用大屏幕(mu)LCD彩色(se)觸(chu)摸屏,充電(dian)可選擇定電(dian)量、定時間、定金(jin)額、自動(充滿(man)為止)4種模式(shi)(shi);顯(xian)示當前(qian)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)模式(shi)(shi)、時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(已(yi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)、剩余(yu)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)時(shi)(shi)間(jian))、電(dian)量(liang)(liang)(已(yi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)電(dian)量(liang)(liang)、待(dai)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)電(dian)量(liang)(liang))及(ji)當前(qian)計費(fei)信息。
(2)讀卡器用(yong)于身份識別(bie)、記錄電量消(xiao)(xiao)費信息。打印機用(yong)于消(xiao)(xiao)費票據打印。
(3)完備的安全防護措施(shi)。
1)緊(jin)急停止充(chong)電(dian)按鈕。
2)輸(shu)出過電流保護功能(neng)。
3)輸出漏電保護功能。
4)自動判斷充(chong)電(dian)連接器、充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)纜是(shi)否正確連接。當(dang)交(jiao)流充(chong)電(dian)樁(zhuang)與電(dian)動汽車正確連接后,充(chong)電(dian)樁(zhuang)才能允許啟(qi)動充(chong)電(dian)過程;當(dang)交(jiao)流充(chong)電(dian)樁(zhuang)檢測到(dao)與電(dian)動汽車連接不正常(chang)時,立即停止充(chong)電(dian)。
5)具有阻燃功能(neng)。
直流充電樁和交流充電樁的區別
直流充電樁:直流電動汽車充電站,俗稱就是“快充”,它是固定安裝在電動汽車外,與交流電網連接,可以為非車載電動汽車動力電池提供直流電源的供電裝置。直流充電樁的輸入電壓采用三相四線AC380V±15%,頻(pin)率(lv)50Hz,輸出為可(ke)(ke)調直流電(dian)(dian),直接為電(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽車(che)的動(dong)力電(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)。由于直流充(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)采用三相四線制供(gong)電(dian)(dian),可(ke)(ke)以(yi)提(ti)供(gong)足夠的功率(lv),輸出的電(dian)(dian)壓和電(dian)(dian)流調整范圍大,可(ke)(ke)以(yi)實現(xian)快充(chong)的要求。
交流(liu)充電樁:交流(liu)電動汽車充電樁,俗稱就是“慢充”,固定安裝在電動汽車外、與交流電網連接,為電動汽車車載充電機(即固定安裝在電(dian)動(dong)汽車上的充電(dian)機)提供交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)裝置。交流(liu)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)樁只提供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力輸出(chu),沒(mei)有(you)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)功(gong)能(neng),需連接車載充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動汽車充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。相當于只是起了(le)一個控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)作(zuo)用的(de)。
兩(liang)者的區別(bie):簡單來(lai)說,交流充(chong)電樁需要借(jie)助車載充(chong)電機(ji)來(lai)充(chong)電,直流快速(su)充(chong)電樁不需要這個設備(bei)。二(er)者在充(chong)電速(su)度(du)上差別(bie)較(jiao)大,一輛(liang)純(chun)電動(dong)汽車(普通電池容量(liang))完(wan)全(quan)放電后通過(guo)交流充電樁充滿需要8個小時(shi),而通過直流快速充電(dian)樁僅需要(yao)2到3個小時。交(jiao)流充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)樁(zhuang)給電(dian)動汽車(che)的充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)機提供電(dian)力輸入,由于車(che)載充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)機的功率并不大,所(suo)以(yi)不能(neng)實現快速充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)。
