剛性自動化焊接設備亦可稱為初級(ji)自動化焊(han)(han)(han)接設備,其大多數(shu)是按照開(kai)環控制的(de)(de)原理設計的(de)(de)。雖然整個焊(han)(han)(han)接過程由(you)焊(han)(han)(han)接設備自動完成,但對(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)接過程中焊(han)(han)(han)接參數(shu)的(de)(de)波(bo)動不能(neng)進(jin)行閉環的(de)(de)反饋系統,不能(neng)隨機糾(jiu)正可能(neng)出(chu)現的(de)(de)偏差(cha)。
自(zi)適應控制的(de)(de)焊(han)接設備是一(yi)種自(zi)動化(hua)程度較高的(de)(de)焊(han)接設備,它配用傳(chuan)感器和電子檢測線路,對焊(han)縫軌跡自(zi)動導(dao)向和跟蹤,并對主要的(de)(de)焊(han)接參數進行實行閉(bi)環的(de)(de)反饋控制。整個焊(han)接過程將按預(yu)先設定的(de)(de)程序和工(gong)藝(yi)參數自(zi)動完成
它利用(yong)各種高級的傳感(gan)元件,如視覺傳感(gan)器,觸(chu)覺傳感(gan)器,聽覺傳感(gan)器和(he)激光掃描器等,并(bing)借助(zhu)計算機軟件系(xi)統(tong),數據庫和(he)專家系(xi)統(tong)具(ju)有識(shi)別、判斷(duan)、實時(shi)檢測,運算、自(zi)動編程、焊接參數存儲和(he)自(zi)動生(sheng)成焊接記錄文件的功(gong)能(neng)。
1、直縫自(zi)動(dong)焊機(ji)
直縫自(zi)動焊(han)機又(you)叫縱縫自(zi)動焊(han)機,用于圓(yuan)筒的縱縫焊(han)接與平板(ban)的縱縫對接,是自(zi)動焊(han)機的一種,它可(ke)以大量代替人(ren)工,降低勞(lao)動成(cheng)本,改善(shan)焊(han)接工人(ren)的勞(lao)動環境。
2、環縫自動焊機

3、管道自(zi)動焊機

7、電渣自(zi)動焊(han)機(ji)

9、電子束焊機
電(dian)(dian)子(zi)束(shu)(shu)焊(han)機是(shi)利用高速運動(dong)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)子(zi)束(shu)(shu)流(liu)轟擊工件的(de)(de)原理進行焊(han)接加工的(de)(de)一(yi)種比較精密的(de)(de)焊(han)接設備,它(ta)基本(ben)上代表了目前(qian)最高性能(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)焊(han)接水(shui)平。真(zhen)空電(dian)(dian)子(zi)束(shu)(shu)焊(han)在焊(han)接過程中(zhong)利用定向高速運動(dong)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)子(zi)束(shu)(shu)流(liu)撞擊工件使動(dong)能(neng)(neng)轉化(hua)為熱(re)能(neng)(neng)而(er)使工件熔化(hua),形成焊(han)縫。電(dian)(dian)子(zi)束(shu)(shu)能(neng)(neng)量密度高達108瓦/厘(li)米(mi)2,能(neng)(neng)把焊(han)件金(jin)屬迅速加熱(re)到很高溫度,因而(er)能(neng)(neng)熔化(hua)任何難(nan)熔金(jin)屬與合金(jin)。它(ta)不需要填充材料,一(yi)般在真(zhen)空中(zhong)進行焊(han)接,焊(han)縫純(chun)凈、光潔、無氧化(hua)缺陷。
10、焊接機器人
焊接(jie)(jie)機(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)(ren)是(shi)從事焊接(jie)(jie)的(de)(de)工業(ye)機(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)(ren)。工業(ye)機(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)(ren)是(shi)一種多(duo)用途(tu)的(de)(de)、可(ke)(ke)重(zhong)復編(bian)程(cheng)的(de)(de)自動控制操作機(ji)(ji)(Manipulator),具有三(san)個或更多(duo)可(ke)(ke)編(bian)程(cheng)的(de)(de)軸,用于工業(ye)自動化領域(yu)。為了適應不同的(de)(de)用途(tu),機(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)(ren)最(zui)后一個軸的(de)(de)機(ji)(ji)械接(jie)(jie)口,通(tong)常是(shi)一個連接(jie)(jie)法蘭(lan),可(ke)(ke)接(jie)(jie)裝不同工具或稱(cheng)末端執行器(qi)。焊接(jie)(jie)機(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)(ren)就(jiu)是(shi)在工業(ye)機(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)末軸法蘭(lan)裝接(jie)(jie)焊鉗或焊(割(ge))槍的(de)(de),使之(zhi)能(neng)進行焊接(jie)(jie),切割(ge)或熱(re)噴涂。

用于提供焊(han)接所需的(de)能量(liang)。常用的(de)是各種弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,也稱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)焊(han)機(ji)。它的(de)空載電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為(wei)(wei)60~100伏,工作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為(wei)(wei)25~45伏特,輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流為(wei)(wei)50~1000安。手工電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)時,弧(hu)(hu)長常發(fa)生變化,引起焊(han)接電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)變化。為(wei)(wei)使焊(han)接電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流穩(wen)定,所用弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)外特性(xing)應是陡降的(de),即(ji)隨著輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)變化,輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流的(de)變化應很小(xiao)。
熔化(hua)極氣(qi)體(ti)保護電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)和埋弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)可采(cai)用平特(te)性電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,它的(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓在電(dian)(dian)(dian)流變(bian)化(hua)時(shi)變(bian)化(hua)很小。弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源一般有(you)弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)變(bian)壓器(qi)、直(zhi)流弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)和弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)整(zheng)流器(qi)。弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)變(bian)壓器(qi)提(ti)供的(de)是(shi)交流電(dian)(dian)(dian),應用較廣(guang)。直(zhi)流弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)提(ti)供直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian),制造較復雜,消耗(hao)材料較多(duo)且(qie)效率較低,有(you)漸被弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)整(zheng)流器(qi)取代(dai)的(de)趨勢。弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)整(zheng)流器(qi)是(shi)20世紀50年代(dai)發(fa)展起來的(de)直(zhi)流弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,采(cai)用硅(gui)二極管或可控(kong)硅(gui)作(zuo)整(zheng)流器(qi)。
60年代出現的(de)(de)(de)用大功率(lv)晶(jing)(jing)體(ti)管組(zu)成的(de)(de)(de)晶(jing)(jing)體(ti)管式弧焊(han)(han)(han)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,能(neng)獲得(de)較高的(de)(de)(de)控(kong)制精度和(he)優良的(de)(de)(de)性能(neng),但(dan)成本較高。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)焊(han)(han)(han)的(de)(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)接能(neng)源設備(bei)中較簡(jian)單的(de)(de)(de)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)焊(han)(han)(han)變壓(ya)器,空(kong)載電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)范圍為1~36伏,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)從(cong)幾千到幾萬安(an)。配用這種(zhong)焊(han)(han)(han)接能(neng)源設備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)機(ji)(ji)(ji)稱為交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)焊(han)(han)(han)機(ji)(ji)(ji)。其他還(huan)有低頻電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)焊(han)(han)(han)機(ji)(ji)(ji)、直(zhi)流(liu)脈沖電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)焊(han)(han)(han)機(ji)(ji)(ji)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容儲能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)焊(han)(han)(han)機(ji)(ji)(ji)和(he)次(ci)級整流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)焊(han)(han)(han)機(ji)(ji)(ji)
它(ta)的(de)作用是將焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)能源設備輸(shu)出的(de)能量轉換成焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)熱(re),并(bing)不(bu)斷送進焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)材料(liao),同時(shi)機(ji)頭自(zi)身(shen)向(xiang)前移動,實現焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)。手工電(dian)(dian)弧焊(han)(han)(han)用的(de)電(dian)(dian)焊(han)(han)(han)鉗(qian),隨電(dian)(dian)焊(han)(han)(han)條的(de)熔化,須不(bu)斷手動向(xiang)下送進電(dian)(dian)焊(han)(han)(han)條,并(bing)向(xiang)前移動形成焊(han)(han)(han)縫。自(zi)動焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)機(ji)有自(zi)動送進焊(han)(han)(han)絲機(ji)構,并(bing)有機(ji)頭行走機(ji)構使機(ji)頭向(xiang)前移動。
常用(yong)的有(you)小車式和(he)懸掛式機頭(tou)(tou)兩種。電阻點焊和(he)凸(tu)焊的焊接機頭(tou)(tou)是電極及(ji)其加壓(ya)機構(gou)(gou),用(yong)以對工件(jian)施加壓(ya)力和(he)通電。縫焊另有(you)傳動(dong)(dong)機構(gou)(gou),以帶動(dong)(dong)工件(jian)移動(dong)(dong)。對焊時需要有(you)靜(jing)、動(dong)(dong)夾具和(he)夾具夾緊機構(gou)(gou),以及(ji)移動(dong)(dong)夾具和(he)頂(ding)鍛機構(gou)(gou)。
它的(de)作用是(shi)控制整個焊接過程,包括控制焊接程序和焊接規范參數(shu)。一(yi)般的(de)交(jiao)流(liu)弧焊機(ji)沒有控制系(xi)統。高(gao)效或(huo)精密焊機(ji)用電(dian)(dian)子電(dian)(dian)路、數(shu)字電(dian)(dian)路和微處理機(ji)控制。

4、焊件移動(dong)(dong)或變位機構,如焊接(jie)滾輪(lun)架(jia),頭尾架(jia)翻轉(zhuan)機,回轉(zhuan)平(ping)臺和變位機等,精密(mi)型的移動(dong)(dong)變位機構應配伺(si)服電動(dong)(dong)機驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)
5、焊(han)件夾緊機構。
6、主控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器,亦(yi)稱系統控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器,主要用于各(ge)組成部分的(de)聯動(dong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi),焊接程序(xu)的(de)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi),主要焊接參(can)數的(de)設定,調整和(he)顯示。必要時(shi)可(ke)擴展故障診(zhen)斷(duan)和(he)人(ren)機對話等控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)功能。
