一、電纜剝線機由什么組成
電纜(lan)剝(bo)線機(ji)就(jiu)是將電線電纜(lan)等外(wai)包裹的(de)塑料包皮(pi)與(yu)金屬芯剝(bo)離的(de)機(ji)器設備,它一般由以下(xia)幾個(ge)部分組成:
1、進線輪
輸送線材及剝出線頭,剝線機在(zai)剝(bo)短線(xian)(xian)時既剝(bo)線(xian)(xian)頭(tou)又剝(bo)線(xian)(xian)尾(線(xian)(xian)長小于50mm),在(zai)剝(bo)線(xian)(xian)機剝(bo)中剝(bo)的(de)時候除剝(bo)線(xian)(xian)頭(tou)外,還具備剝(bo)開中間幾處的(de)功(gong)能。

3、進線輪間隙調節旋鈕
調節(jie)剝線(xian)(xian)機(ji)的進線(xian)(xian)輪(lun)間隙,往上旋動間隙增大,往下旋動間隙減小(根據線(xian)(xian)材的粗(cu)細來調整)。
4、剝線機進線輪壓力調節旋鈕
調節剝線(xian)機的進線(xian)輪壓力,拉(la)出后順時針(zhen)旋(xuan)(xuan)轉,進線(xian)輪壓力增(zeng)大,拉(la)出后逆時針(zhen)旋(xuan)(xuan)轉,進線(xian)輪壓力減小(xiao)。(根據線(xian)材(cai)的線(xian)皮強度(du)來確定,即剝線(xian)皮的難(nan)易,難(nan)則(ze)壓力增(zeng)大,易則(ze)壓力減小(xiao))
5、進線輪抬起旋鈕
剝線(xian)(xian)(xian)機(ji)穿(chuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)時抬(tai)(tai)起進(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)輪(lun)(lun),順時針(zhen)轉動旋(xuan)鈕(niu)為抬(tai)(tai)起進(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)輪(lun)(lun),以便能夠順利穿(chuan)過(guo)線(xian)(xian)(xian)材(cai)(cai);工作時放(fang)下(xia)進(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)輪(lun)(lun)逆時針(zhen)轉動旋(xuan)鈕(niu)為放(fang)下(xia)進(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)輪(lun)(lun),壓(ya)住線(xian)(xian)(xian)材(cai)(cai)。
6、出線輪間隙調節旋鈕
為(wei)剝線機調節出線輪間隙(xi)(xi),往(wang)上旋(xuan)動間隙(xi)(xi)增大,往(wang)下旋(xuan)動間隙(xi)(xi)減小(根(gen)據線材的粗細來調整(zheng))。
7、出線輪壓力調節旋鈕
為剝線(xian)機(ji)調節出線(xian)輪壓(ya)力,拉(la)出后逆時(shi)針(zhen)(zhen)旋(xuan)轉,出線(xian)輪壓(ya)力增大,拉(la)出后順(shun)時(shi)針(zhen)(zhen)旋(xuan)轉,進線(xian)輪壓(ya)力減小(xiao)(xiao)。(根據線(xian)材的(de)線(xian)皮強度(du)來確定,即剝線(xian)機(ji)剝線(xian)皮的(de)難易,難則壓(ya)力增加(jia),易則壓(ya)力減小(xiao)(xiao))
8、出線輪抬起旋鈕
取(qu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)線(xian)(xian)材時抬(tai)起(qi)出(chu)(chu)(chu)線(xian)(xian)輪(lun)(lun),逆時針轉(zhuan)動旋鈕為抬(tai)起(qi)出(chu)(chu)(chu)線(xian)(xian)輪(lun)(lun),以便能夠順利取(qu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)線(xian)(xian)材;工作時放(fang)下出(chu)(chu)(chu)線(xian)(xian)輪(lun)(lun),順時針轉(zhuan)動旋鈕為放(fang)下出(chu)(chu)(chu)線(xian)(xian)輪(lun)(lun)。(當用短剝程序時,應使(shi)出(chu)(chu)(chu)線(xian)(xian)輪(lun)(lun)抬(tai)起(qi))
9、刀架總成
在剝(bo)線機(ji)中負責線材(cai)的切斷,剝(bo)頭和剝(bo)尾(wei),停(ting)機(ji)狀態下(xia),上、下(xia)兩刀(dao)片需打開到最大,以便線材(cai)順利通過刀(dao)具。
二、剝線機的工作原理是什么
剝線(xian)(xian)機(ji)是一種(zhong)用于切割和(he)剝離電(dian)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)纜(lan)的機(ji)械設(she)備,它利用機(ji)械傳動系統、刀(dao)具和(he)夾具,能夠快(kuai)速(su)、高效地將電(dian)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)纜(lan)的外皮剝離。剝線(xian)(xian)機(ji)的基本原理是通過夾具將電(dian)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)纜(lan)固(gu)定(ding)在設(she)備上,然后通過高速(su)旋(xuan)轉的刀(dao)具將電(dian)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)纜(lan)的外皮削掉。
剝線機的夾(jia)(jia)(jia)具通(tong)常(chang)由兩個部分(fen)組成,一個固定住電線(xian)電纜(lan)的夾(jia)(jia)(jia)持(chi)部分(fen)和(he)一個穩定夾(jia)(jia)(jia)持(chi)部分(fen)和(he)刀具運動的夾(jia)(jia)(jia)緊(jin)部分(fen)。當電線(xian)電纜(lan)夾(jia)(jia)(jia)持(chi)在(zai)夾(jia)(jia)(jia)持(chi)部分(fen)時,刀具開(kai)始(shi)旋轉,通(tong)過(guo)與外皮的摩擦(ca)力,將其逐步削(xue)去(qu)。
