繼工信部發布的《電動汽車傳導充電用連接裝置》3項系列國家標準通過了全國汽車標準化技術委員會電動車輛分技術委員會的專家審查后,中電聯標準化管理中心日前表示,《電動車輛傳導充電系統一般要求》和《電動汽車非車載傳導式充電機與電池管理系統之間的通信協議》通過了中國電力企業聯合會組織的專家技術審查。值得注意的是,上述5項標準是充電樁接口新國標(biao)的主要修訂內容(rong)。
業內認為,隨著各項標準出爐,電動車充電樁新國標發布進入倒計時階段,同時,這將有利于充電樁設施在國內各試點城市大面積建設,從而使新能源車市場繼續保(bao)持井噴態勢。
據了解,《電(dian)(dian)(dian)動車輛傳導(dao)(dao)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統一般(ban)要(yao)求》和(he)《電(dian)(dian)(dian)動汽車非車載傳導(dao)(dao)式(shi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)池管理系統之間的通信協議》主要(yao)是針對于充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)溫度監控、機(ji)械(xie)鎖與電(dian)(dian)(dian)子鎖聯動、過(guo)載和(he)短路保護(hu)等。
資料顯示,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁國(guo)(guo)標的(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)接(jie)(jie)口(kou)及通信(xin)(xin)協議主要包括交(jiao)直流充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)接(jie)(jie)口(kou)《電(dian)(dian)(dian)動汽(qi)車傳導充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)用連接(jie)(jie)裝置》3項系(xi)列標準、充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)通用要求《電(dian)(dian)(dian)動車輛傳導充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)一般要求》標準以及直流充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)通信(xin)(xin)協議《電(dian)(dian)(dian)動汽(qi)車非(fei)車載傳導式充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機與電(dian)(dian)(dian)池管理系(xi)統(tong)(tong)之間的(de)通信(xin)(xin)協議》標準等5項。后兩(liang)項標準日前通過了中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)企業聯合會(hui)組(zu)織的(de)專家技術審查,意味(wei)著充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁接(jie)(jie)口(kou)新(xin)國(guo)(guo)標的(de)各項標準已基本完(wan)成。
對于充(chong)電樁(zhuang)接(jie)口新國標(biao)(biao)全部出爐,比亞(ya)迪(di)(di)相(xiang)關負責(ze)人認為,這對于整個(ge)新能源(yuan)車市場來(lai)說是(shi)利(li)好,對于比亞(ya)迪(di)(di)而言,會(hui)將此前電動車的充(chong)電樁(zhuang)接(jie)口標(biao)(biao)準按照新修訂標(biao)(biao)準做出相(xiang)應改(gai)變。
汽車專家張志(zhi)勇認為,充電(dian)樁接口的(de)5項新(xin)(xin)國標(biao)出爐,勢必讓新(xin)(xin)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)車市場繼續保持現在的(de)火(huo)爆態勢。“充電(dian)樁不兼容、充電(dian)難一(yi)直制約新(xin)(xin)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)車發展,統一(yi)標(biao)準(zhun)可以讓消費者更加放心(xin)購(gou)買新(xin)(xin)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)車。”張志(zhi)勇說。
