福建(jian)(jian)片仔(zi)癀化(hua)妝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)品(pin)(pin)有限公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司成立于2002年(nian)5月(yue),是由漳州市化(hua)學品(pin)(pin)廠改制、并與上市公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司漳州片仔(zi)癀藥業(ye)(ye)(ye)股(gu)份有限公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(股(gu)票代(dai)碼:600436)共(gong)同(tong)投資組建(jian)(jian)而成,為漳州片仔(zi)癀藥業(ye)(ye)(ye)股(gu)份有限公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司的控(kong)股(gu)子公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(國有控(kong)股(gu)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye))。公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司于1980年(nian)開始從(cong)事(shi)(shi)化(hua)妝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)品(pin)(pin)的研發、生(sheng)產(chan)和銷售,是福建(jian)(jian)省較(jiao)早從(cong)事(shi)(shi)化(hua)妝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)品(pin)(pin)生(sheng)產(chan)的企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye),現為福建(jian)(jian)省保健品(pin)(pin)化(hua)妝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)品(pin)(pin)協(xie)會副(fu)會長單位、中國香料香精化(hua)妝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)品(pin)(pin)工業(ye)(ye)(ye)協(xie)會副(fu)理事(shi)(shi)長單位、中國美容博覽(lan)會商業(ye)(ye)(ye)聯盟(meng)全國巡演“戰略(lve)合作(zuo)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)”,成為業(ye)(ye)(ye)界具有一定(ding)知(zhi)名度和影響(xiang)力(li)的企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)。
