1680年,前門大(da)街源升號酒(jiu)坊的三位(wei)匠人(ren)發明了二(er)鍋(guo)(guo)頭酒(jiu)傳統釀造技藝:蒸(zheng)酒(jiu)時(shi)舍棄頭鍋(guo)(guo)尾鍋(guo)(guo),只(zhi)取清(qing)香(xiang)純正的第二(er)鍋(guo)(guo),因此被稱(cheng)之為“二(er)鍋(guo)(guo)頭”。從此,一壇(tan)美酒(jiu)走(zou)進(jin)了京城(cheng)街頭巷尾。
1949年(nian)(nian),紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)星傳(chuan)承而生(sheng)。1965年(nian)(nian),紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)星向北京(jing)19家(jia)郊縣酒廠傳(chuan)授北京(jing)二鍋頭(tou)酒傳(chuan)統(tong)釀造技藝,扶持幫助其發展生(sheng)產(chan)(chan);1981年(nian)(nian),紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)星放棄了“二鍋頭(tou)”的(de)(de)(de)全(quan)名(ming)稱商標(biao)注冊,只用“紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)星”的(de)(de)(de)注冊商標(biao),與其它所有(you)(you)的(de)(de)(de)二鍋頭(tou)酒類(lei)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)企(qi)業共享“二鍋頭(tou)”;2016年(nian)(nian)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)星發布“每(mei)個人心中都有(you)(you)一(yi)顆紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)星”勵(li)志大片;紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)星二鍋頭(tou)作為中國清香型白酒的(de)(de)(de)代表(biao),以獨特的(de)(de)(de)優勢成功與世界接軌。可以說,紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)星濃縮了整個二鍋頭(tou)的(de)(de)(de)發展史,烙印著一(yi)個品牌的(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)奇!
