1.電瓶安裝要牢固
電(dian)(dian)瓶在(zai)電(dian)(dian)動自行車上安(an)裝要牢固,以防騎行時(shi)電(dian)(dian)瓶受振動損害。 電(dian)(dian)池在(zai)搬運中,禁止摔擲、滾翻、重(zhong)壓。
2.注意保持電瓶干燥、清潔
保(bao)持電池的干燥、清潔,防止電瓶(ping)自行放(fang)電。
3.注意保持電瓶電量充足
絕對不能讓電瓶長期處于電量不足的狀態,并且要養成每天晚上為電瓶充電的良好習慣。長期不用,應該充滿電,放置陰涼干燥處,并定期充電;放電后的蓄電池應及時補充電。
4.注意不能讓電瓶過放電
電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)自行(xing)車剛起(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)時(shi)(shi),要(yao)用腳踏(ta)(無腳踏(ta)的可(ke)以(yi)(yi)用腳推地面的方(fang)式)幫(bang)助起(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong),上坡時(shi)(shi)候,用腳踏(ta)幫(bang)助電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)車上坡,以(yi)(yi)免放(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流過(guo)(guo)大(da)而(er)損壞電(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)(ping)。騎行(xing)時(shi)(shi),要(yao)注(zhu)意不能讓電(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)(ping)過(guo)(guo)放(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian),蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)放(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)到(dao)終止(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓后,繼(ji)續放(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)稱(cheng)為過(guo)(guo)放(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。過(guo)(guo)放(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容易引起(qi)(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)(ping)嚴重虧電(dian)(dian)(dian),從而(er)大(da)大(da)地縮短其使(shi)用壽命。所以(yi)(yi)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)使(shi)用時(shi)(shi)應(ying)盡量避免深度(du)放(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian),做(zuo)到(dao)淺放(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)勤充。
5.避免過充電
當充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)器顯示(shi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)滿就停止(zhi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian),不(bu)能一(yi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)就一(yi)夜甚至(zhi)幾天。過充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)會促使極板(ban)活性物質硬化(hua)脫落(luo),并(bing)產(chan)生失水(shui)和蓄電(dian)(dian)池變形。蓄電(dian)(dian)池在(zai)高溫季(ji)節運(yun)行,主要存在(zai)過充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)的(de)問題。因此,保(bao)證良好的(de)散熱,并(bing)應遠離(li)熱源。
6.避免長期虧電
在低溫情況(kuang)下(xia),充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)主要存在充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)接(jie)受能力差、充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)不足造成電(dian)(dian)池(chi)虧電(dian)(dian)的(de)問題,長期虧電(dian)(dian)會使極板(ban)硫化。低溫時應采取(qu)保(bao)溫防凍措施(shi),特別是充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)時應放在溫暖的(de)環境中,有(you)利于保(bao)證充(chong)(chong)足電(dian)(dian),防止不可(ke)逆硫酸鹽(yan)化的(de)產生,延長蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)使用(yong)壽(shou)命。
7.防止電池安裝短路
在(zai)安裝或使(shi)用時應(ying)(ying)特別小心,所用工具應(ying)(ying)采(cai)取絕(jue)緣(yuan)措施,連(lian)線時應(ying)(ying)先將電池以(yi)外的電器連(lian)好,經檢查無短路,最(zui)后連(lian)上(shang)蓄(xu)電池,布線規范應(ying)(ying)良(liang)好絕(jue)緣(yuan),防(fang)止重疊受壓產生破裂(lie)。禁止用電池短路的方法來檢測蓄(xu)電池的帶(dai)電情況,以(yi)防(fang)止發生爆炸(zha)造成人員傷亡。
8.避免蓄電池長時間大電流放電
將(jiang)極大地損傷電池內(nei)部結構。建議車(che)主每次啟(qi)動(dong)時間不能超過(guo)5秒。需要兩次連續(xu)啟(qi)動(dong),中間要間隔(ge)10-15秒的(de)時間。
9.防止在陽光下暴曬
陽光(guang)下暴(bao)曬會使(shi)蓄電池(chi)溫度(du)(du)增高,蓄電池(chi)各活性(xing)物質的活度(du)(du)增加,影響蓄電池(chi)使(shi)用壽命。
