浙(zhe)江省(sheng)自行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)(che)行(xing)(xing)(xing)業協會(hui)、浙(zhe)江省(sheng)自行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)(che)行(xing)(xing)(xing)業協會(hui)充換電(dian)(dian)(dian)分會(hui)在(zai)杭州(zhou)組織召開(kai)GB/T 42236.1—2022《電(dian)(dian)(dian)動自行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)集(ji)中充電(dian)(dian)(dian)設施 第1部分:技術規范》、T/ZJBE 002—2023《電(dian)(dian)(dian)動自行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)充換電(dian)(dian)(dian)消防安(an)全技術要(yao)求》標(biao)準宣貫會(hui)。人民出行(xing)(xing)(xing)作為(wei)T/ZJBE 002—2023《電(dian)(dian)(dian)動自行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)充換電(dian)(dian)(dian)消防安(an)全技術要(yao)求》起草(cao)成員單(dan)位,受(shou)邀參(can)加此次宣貫會(hui)。
浙(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)江(jiang)(jiang)省市場(chang)監管局產品(pin)監管處處長(chang)田軍,浙(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)江(jiang)(jiang)省消防救(jiu)援(yuan)總隊防火監督處徐懌(yi),浙(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)江(jiang)(jiang)省公安廳車管所(suo)副(fu)所(suo)長(chang)黃(huang)大(da)勇、浙(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)江(jiang)(jiang)省自(zi)行車電動車行業協會(hui)(hui)理(li)事(shi)長(chang)陳建(jian)龍,以及來自(zi)省內(nei)外共(gong)(gong)享出(chu)行企(qi)業、充換電企(qi)業、快(kuai)遞(di)外賣(mai)企(qi)業等近50家單位共(gong)(gong)80余人參加了會(hui)(hui)議。
據悉,GB/T 42236.1—2022《電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)自(zi)行車集中(zhong)(zhong)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)設施(shi) 第1部分:技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)規(gui)(gui)范》于2022年(nian)12月(yue)(yue)30日發布,將于今年(nian)7月(yue)(yue)1日實施(shi)。T/ZJBE 002—2023《電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)自(zi)行車充(chong)(chong)換電(dian)(dian)消防(fang)安全技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)要(yao)求》已于今年(nian)5月(yue)(yue)27日實施(shi)。該標(biao)準(zhun)提出(chu)了(le)(le)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)自(zi)行車集中(zhong)(zhong)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)設施(shi)的技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)要(yao)求,明(ming)確了(le)(le)對交流充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)控制器、換電(dian)(dian)柜和充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)柜的適用范圍,并對電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)自(zi)行車集中(zhong)(zhong)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)設施(shi)試驗(yan)方法做出(chu)了(le)(le)詳(xiang)細規(gui)(gui)定。
會上,杭州海康消(xiao)防科技(ji)有限(xian)公司標(biao)準化工程師《電動自行(xing)車充換(huan)電消(xiao)防安全(quan)技(ji)術要(yao)求(qiu)》主要(yao)起草人崔(cui)國(guo)慶,分析了各行(xing)業(ye)的特點(dian)及企業(ye)面(mian)對(dui)的困(kun)難(nan),并從(cong)整(zheng)體情況及對(dui)應國(guo)標(biao)的創新(xin)點(dian)、主要(yao)技(ji)術內(nei)容、要(yao)求(qiu)等方面(mian)對(dui)標(biao)準做了解析。
當前,電(dian)(dian)動自(zi)行車(che)因(yin)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)、自(zi)燃等(deng)原因(yin)導致(zhi)的火災事故頻發(fa)(fa),“集中(zhong)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)”“以(yi)換(huan)代充(chong)”“車(che)電(dian)(dian)分離”的供電(dian)(dian)模(mo)式可(ke)從(cong)源頭上解決充(chong)電(dian)(dian)安(an)全問題。業內專家(jia)徐懌(yi)介紹了近年(nian)來電(dian)(dian)動自(zi)行車(che)消防安(an)全事故的情(qing)況,從(cong)安(an)全層面,集中(zhong)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)可(ke)24小時(shi)對電(dian)(dian)池充(chong)放電(dian)(dian)全過程進(jin)行監控與管理,若鋰電(dian)(dian)池在充(chong)電(dian)(dian)過程中(zhong)發(fa)(fa)生燃爆等(deng)異(yi)常事故,集中(zhong)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)將第(di)一時(shi)間啟動故障預警,及時(shi)發(fa)(fa)現并解決充(chong)電(dian)(dian)柜的異(yi)常情(qing)況,保障充(chong)電(dian)(dian)過程的安(an)全性。
