選擇合適的電烙鐵將有助于大大提高我們烙鐵頭在電子無鉛焊接的效率,但是通常情況下,選擇應根據被焊物體的實際情況而定,一般重點考慮電烙鐵種類和電烙鐵功率等。
(一)電烙鐵種類選擇
1.內熱式電烙(luo)(luo)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)。內熱式電烙(luo)(luo)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)結構簡單,熱效率高,輕巧靈活(huo),當為首選。由(you)連接(jie)桿、手(shou)柄、彈簧夾、烙(luo)(luo)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)芯、烙(luo)(luo)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)頭(也(ye)稱銅(tong)頭)組成(cheng)。烙(luo)(luo)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)芯安(an)裝在烙(luo)(luo)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)頭的里面。烙(luo)(luo)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)芯采用鎳鉻電阻絲(si)繞在瓷管上制成(cheng),一般20W電烙(luo)(luo)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)其(qi)電阻為2.4kΩ左右,35W電烙(luo)(luo)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)其(qi)電阻為1.4kΩ左右。
2.外熱(re)式電烙(luo)鐵。這種電烙(luo)鐵制造工藝復雜(za)、效率低、價格高,一般由烙(luo)鐵頭(tou)、烙(luo)鐵芯、外殼、手柄、插頭(tou)等部分組成。烙(luo)鐵頭(tou)安裝在烙(luo)鐵芯內(nei),用以(yi)熱(re)傳導性好(hao)的(de)銅為基(ji)體的(de)銅合金材料制成。
烙鐵(tie)頭的長短可以(yi)調整(zheng)(烙鐵(tie)頭越短,烙鐵(tie)頭的溫(wen)度就越高)。實(shi)踐中常用(yong)的有(you)鑿式、尖錐形、圓面形、圓、尖錐形和半圓溝(gou)形等不(bu)同(tong)的形狀,以(yi)適應不(bu)同(tong)焊接面的需(xu)要(yao)。
3.恒(heng)(heng)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)電(dian)(dian)烙鐵(tie)。在烙鐵(tie)頭(tou)內裝進磁鐵(tie)式(shi)的(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)控(kong)制(zhi)器,來控(kong)制(zhi)通(tong)電(dian)(dian)時間,就是恒(heng)(heng)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)電(dian)(dian)烙鐵(tie)。在焊(han)(han)接(jie)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)不(bu)(bu)宜過(guo)高(gao)、焊(han)(han)接(jie)時間不(bu)(bu)宜過(guo)長的(de)元器件(jian)時,應選用(yong)(yong)恒(heng)(heng)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)電(dian)(dian)烙鐵(tie),但它(ta)價格高(gao)。自(zi)動(dong)(dong)恒(heng)(heng)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)電(dian)(dian)烙鐵(tie)盡管零件(jian)多,維修難,價格高(gao),但它(ta)能保(bao)證焊(han)(han)點(dian)質量,特別是做電(dian)(dian)路實驗和修理大(da)量印制(zhi)板時,用(yong)(yong)起來效果很好。生產線(xian)上使(shi)用(yong)(yong)的(de)電(dian)(dian)烙鐵(tie),采取自(zi)動(dong)(dong)調壓(ya)的(de)方(fang)法恒(heng)(heng)溫(wen)(wen)(wen),費用(yong)(yong)可能會低(di)些。有的(de)地區市電(dian)(dian)不(bu)(bu)穩,烙鐵(tie)經常燒(shao)得不(bu)(bu)蘸錫(xi),或(huo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)不(bu)(bu)夠、焊(han)(han)不(bu)(bu)動(dong)(dong),為保(bao)證釬焊(han)(han)質量,就只有使(shi)用(yong)(yong)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)恒(heng)(heng)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)系(xi)列烙鐵(tie),或(huo)配(pei)置調壓(ya)系(xi)統(tong)。僅是溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)偏高(gao),串降(jiang)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)阻也(ye)行。
4.吸(xi)錫(xi)電烙(luo)(luo)鐵(tie)。吸(xi)錫(xi)電烙(luo)(luo)鐵(tie)是將(jiang)活(huo)塞(sai)式吸(xi)錫(xi)器與電烙(luo)(luo)鐵(tie)溶于一體的拆(chai)焊(han)工(gong)具,它具有使用方便、靈(ling)活(huo)、適用范圍寬等特點(dian)。不足之處是每次(ci)只能對一個焊(han)點(dian)進行拆(chai)焊(han)。
5.汽焊烙(luo)鐵(tie)(tie)。是(shi)一種用液化(hua)氣、甲烷(wan)等可燃氣體燃燒加(jia)熱烙(luo)鐵(tie)(tie)頭的烙(luo)鐵(tie)(tie)。
在供電(dian)不便或無法供給交流電(dian)的場合(he),可以選擇使用。
(二)電烙鐵功率選擇
使用的烙(luo)鐵功率過(guo)大(da),容易(yi)燙壞元(yuan)器件(jian)(一(yi)般二、三(san)極管(guan)(guan)結點溫度超過(guo)200℃時就會(hui)燒壞)和使印制(zhi)導(dao)線(xian)從基板上脫(tuo)落;使用的烙(luo)鐵功率太小,焊(han)錫不能(neng)充分熔化,焊(han)劑不能(neng)揮發出(chu)來,焊(han)點不光滑(hua)、不牢固,易(yi)產生虛(xu)焊(han)。一(yi)般地,用作焊(han)接(jie)集成(cheng)電(dian)路、印制(zhi)線(xian)路板、CMOS電(dian)路、裝修(xiu)晶體管(guan)(guan)、IC類收錄音(yin)機、電(dian)視機,作普通電(dian)路實驗(yan),一(yi)般以20W為(wei)宜,修(xiu)理真(zhen)空管(guan)(guan)類機器,如膽機、舊(jiu)式(shi)(shi)儀器,以35W為(wei)宜,外(wai)熱式(shi)(shi)的則(ze)為(wei)45W,焊(han)大(da)變壓(ya)器的接(jie)線(xian)、金屬底板上的接(jie)地干線(xian),則(ze)采(cai)用內熱式(shi)(shi)50W、外(wai)熱式(shi)(shi)75W,還有一(yi)些功率更大(da)的場(chang)合。
烙鐵頭(tou)的(de)(de)形狀有多(duo)種(zhong)多(duo)樣,選擇(ze)的(de)(de)要點(dian)是,能(neng)經常(chang)保(bao)持一定的(de)(de)焊錫(xi),能(neng)快速有效地熔化接(jie)頭(tou)上的(de)(de)焊錫(xi),不產生虛焊、搭(da)錫(xi)、掛錫(xi),焊點(dian)無毛刺(ci),不燙壞板子(zi)和元件。機器上的(de)(de)焊點(dian)嶄新口亮,則烙鐵頭(tou)的(de)(de)蘸(zhan)錫(xi)截面可大(da)些,用(yong)扁平或(huo)橢圓頭(tou),傳熱(re)快自(zi)然操作利索。錫(xi)面氧(yang)化層較(jiao)厚,烙鐵頭(tou)相對要尖些,便于突破(po)。
元器件(jian)密(mi)度大,需要(yao)選用對應尖細的鐵(tie)合金頭(tou),避免(mian)燙傷和(he)搭(da)錫。裝拆(chai)IC塊,常(chang)使用特殊形狀(zhuang)的烙(luo)(luo)鐵(tie)頭(tou)。有時因為焊(han)不到,和(he)避免(mian)燙壞(huai)塑料(liao)件(jian),選用彎烙(luo)(luo)鐵(tie)頭(tou)。當然(ran),也要(yao)看(kan)各人的操作習(xi)慣和(he)嗜好。
(三)電烙鐵如何選擇
1.按電烙鐵加熱形式的選擇
(1)內熱式和外(wai)熱式的(de)(de)(de)(de)選擇:相同(tong)瓦(wa)數情況下(xia),內熱式電(dian)(dian)(dian)烙(luo)鐵的(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)比外(wai)熱式電(dian)(dian)(dian)烙(luo)鐵的(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)高(gao)。(2)當需要(yao)低(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)焊(han)接時,應(ying)用(yong)調壓器控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)烙(luo)鐵的(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du),電(dian)(dian)(dian)烙(luo)鐵的(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓有(you)密(mi)切的(de)(de)(de)(de)關系,實際使(shi)用(yong)中(zhong)往往通過調低(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓來降低(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)烙(luo)鐵的(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)。(3)通過調整烙(luo)鐵頭的(de)(de)(de)(de)伸(shen)出長(chang)度(du)(du)(du)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)。(4)穩定電(dian)(dian)(dian)烙(luo)鐵溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)方法主要(yao)有(you)以下(xia)幾種:加裝(zhuang)穩壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,防止供電(dian)(dian)(dian)網的(de)(de)(de)(de)變化;烙(luo)鐵頭保持一定體(ti)積、長(chang)度(du)(du)(du)和形狀;采用(yong)恒溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)烙(luo)鐵;室內溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)保持恒定;避免自然風或電(dian)(dian)(dian)扇風等。
2.按電烙鐵功率的選擇
(1)焊接(jie)小瓦(wa)數(shu)的(de)阻容元件、晶(jing)體管、集成電路、印制(zhi)電路板的(de)焊盤或塑料導線時,宜采用30~45W的外熱(re)式或(huo)20W的內(nei)熱(re)式電(dian)(dian)(dian)烙(luo)鐵(tie)(tie)。應用中選用20W內(nei)熱(re)式電(dian)(dian)(dian)烙(luo)鐵(tie)(tie)最好。(2)焊接一般結(jie)構(gou)產品的焊接點,如(ru)線環(huan)、線爪、散熱(re)片(pian)、接地焊片(pian)等時,宜(yi)采用75~100W電(dian)(dian)(dian)烙(luo)鐵(tie)(tie)。(3)對于大型焊點,如(ru)焊金(jin)屬機架接片(pian)、焊片(pian)等,宜(yi)采用100~200W的電(dian)(dian)(dian)烙(luo)鐵(tie)(tie)。
