故障1:在熱風檔電機不轉,電熱絲不熱也無冷風。
第一(yi)步:檢(jian)查(cha)供電保險絲是(shi)否(fou)熔斷,是(shi)則(ze)(ze)更換。否(fou)則(ze)(ze)繼續(xu)下(xia)面的。
第二步:查電源插(cha)頭(tou)、插(cha)座是否(fou)插(cha)好(hao),接觸(chu)不良。
第三(san)步:查電源(yuan)線是(shi)否內部(bu)有暗斷(duan),手柄(bing)內焊(han)(han)點是(shi)否脫焊(han)(han)。(修(xiu)復(fu)或更換電源(yuan)線;拆開(kai)手柄(bing),重焊(han)(han)焊(han)(han)點)
第四步:查選擇電吹風開關(guan)(guan)是否(fou)嚴重氧化,接觸不良或(huo)其中是否(fou)裂斷。(磨光擦拭處理或(huo)更(geng)換新開關(guan)(guan))
故障2:在熱風檔電熱絲發熱,但電機不轉,前筒過熱但無熱風吹出
第一步:查電(dian)動機(ji)引(yin)出(chu)線是否脫焊或折斷(duan)(換新線或補焊)
第二步:查(cha)選(xuan)擇開關(guan)是否發(fa)黑或嚴重(zhong)氧化(hua)(磨(mo)光或則換(huan)開關(guan))
第三步:查電(dian)動機架或風葉是否因碰(peng)撞偏斜,移位(wei)或變形
第四(si)步:檢查(cha)電(dian)動機錠子(zi)和轉子(zi)之間是否有雜物
第五(wu)步:查(cha)電動機錠子和轉子是否(fou)相碰
第六(liu)步:查電動機(ji)錠子繞組(zu)或電樞組(zu)間(jian)是否斷(duan)路(lu)或短路(lu)(更換(huan)新電機(ji)或修理)
第七步:查電刷或(huo)換(huan)向(xiang)器是否接觸不(bu)良或(huo)換(huan)向(xiang)起短路
故障3:在熱風檔電機運轉,電熱絲不熱,只有冷風吹出
第一(yi)步(bu):查(cha)電(dian)熱(re)絲引出線是否(fou)脫(tuo)焊或折(zhe)斷
第二(er)步:查選擇開關是否(fou)接觸不(bu)良
第(di)三步:查固定(ding)電熱絲的螺釘是否松動或者(zhe)氧化過多(duo)而接(jie)觸(chu)不良
第四步:查電(dian)熱(re)絲燒斷應(ying)更(geng)新電(dian)熱(re)絲或想辦法連上
故障4:電吹風有漏電現象
第一步:細觀察(cha)是否(fou)電機繞組受潮(烘干)
第二步:查電機繞組是否老化(hua),絕緣強度下降(jiang)(更換電機或繞組)
第三步:拆開電機,查繞(rao)組是否有破損(sun)或者(zhe)碰殼現象
第四步(bu):查引出線是否有破損(sun)碰殼(換線)
第五步:查電(dian)熱絲是否有碰觸外殼(ke)現象
故障5:吹出的熱風風量小過熱
第(di)一(yi)步(bu):查進(jin)風口是否被擋過(guo)多
第二步:查(cha)風(feng)葉是否有同外殼(ke)輕微摩(mo)擦現象使(shi)轉速減慢
第三步:查是(shi)(shi)否軸(zhou)承缺油(you)是(shi)(shi)否過緊(jin)
第四步:查錠子饒組(zu)或電樞繞組(zu)是(shi)否(fou)局部短路
第五步:查電刷是否壓力過大
電吹風是常(chang)用(yong)(yong)的(de)小家電(dian)(dian),由于電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)絲(si)發熱(re)(re)功率大(da),發熱(re)(re)集中,其連接(jie)部分(fen)很容易(yi)松動(dong)。常(chang)見的(de)連接(jie)方法是用(yong)(yong)黃(huang)銅鉚(liu)釘將電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)絲(si)等導線(xian)鉚(liu)緊在云(yun)母板上。黃(huang)銅、鎳鉻絲(si)、銅導線(xian)三者(zhe)(zhe)的(de)熱(re)(re)膨(peng)脹(zhang)系(xi)數(shu)不(bu)(bu)同,使(shi)用(yong)(yong)一(yi)(yi)段(duan)時(shi)間后鉚(liu)接(jie)點(dian)就會(hui)松動(dong),導致接(jie)觸不(bu)(bu)良(liang)甚(shen)至打火。找一(yi)(yi)根醫用(yong)(yong)10號以(yi)上的(de)不(bu)(bu)銹鋼注射針頭,切取5~10mm長的(de)一(yi)(yi)小段(duan),穿卡在原來的(de)黃(huang)銅鉚(liu)釘孔中作支點(dian)。因為紫銅的(de)熱(re)(re)脹(zhang)系(xi)數(shu)比不(bu)(bu)銹鋼大(da),當(dang)溫度升高后不(bu)(bu)但不(bu)(bu)會(hui)松動(dong),反而(er)會(hui)接(jie)觸得更緊,筆(bi)者(zhe)(zhe)用(yong)(yong)此法修(xiu)理過多種電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)器件(jian)都(dou)很成功,長時(shi)間使(shi)用(yong)(yong)導電(dian)(dian)都(dou)十(shi)分(fen)良(liang)好。
電吹風構成部件:
電吹風一般由殼體、電動機、風葉、電熱元件、手柄和開關等部件構成。電吹風的(de)(de)(de)殼體一(yi)般采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)薄鐵板(ban)(ban)或銅板(ban)(ban)沖制焊接,再鍍(du)上鎳鉻(ge),也有的(de)(de)(de)采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)工程塑料(liao)壓(ya)制而(er)成。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)吹(chui)(chui)(chui)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)的(de)(de)(de)核心部件,一(yi)般采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)串激式(shi)(shi)、罩極式(shi)(shi)和永(yong)磁(ci)式(shi)(shi)三種。采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)罩極式(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)吹(chui)(chui)(chui)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)速(su)低,但風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)溫(wen)高,故適應于(yu)吹(chui)(chui)(chui)干濕(shi)發和整理發型(xing);采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)串激式(shi)(shi)和永(yong)磁(ci)式(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)吹(chui)(chui)(chui)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)速(su)高而(er)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)溫(wen)低,更適應于(yu)吹(chui)(chui)(chui)塵及物品烘干等。永(yong)磁(ci)式(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)工作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)較低,且(qie)是(shi)直流,這需要增加降壓(ya)整流裝置。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)吹(chui)(chui)(chui)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)的(de)(de)(de)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)葉(xie)大(da)都安裝在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)軸端上,位(wei)于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)吹(chui)(chui)(chui)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)的(de)(de)(de)尾部,有金屬(shu)扇(shan)(shan)葉(xie)和塑料(liao)扇(shan)(shan)葉(xie)兩(liang)種。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)吹(chui)(chui)(chui)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)元件一(yi)般采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)絲(si)(si)繞制而(er)成,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)絲(si)(si)有扁(bian)形和圓線兩(liang)種,裝在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)吹(chui)(chui)(chui)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)的(de)(de)(de)出(chu)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)口(kou)附近。工作(zuo)時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)帶動(dong)(dong)扇(shan)(shan)葉(xie)旋轉,由吸風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)口(kou)吸入冷(leng)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng),然后由出(chu)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)口(kou)吹(chui)(chui)(chui)出(chu)。
電吹風的(de)開關的(de)撓板(ban)式(shi)、推桿(gan)式(shi)和按鈕(niu)式(shi)三(san)種,一(yi)般(ban)有(you)“熱(re)風(feng)”、“冷(leng)風(feng)”和“停”三(san)擋,用不同的(de)顏色(se)作標記(ji);白色(se)表示“停止”,紅色(se)表示送“熱(re)風(feng)”,藍色(se)表示送“冷(leng)風(feng)”。電(dian)動機旋轉時(shi),若(ruo)(ruo)開關置“冷(leng)風(feng)”位(wei)置,這時(shi)電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件是(shi)斷開的(de),出(chu)風(feng)口吹出(chu)的(de)是(shi)冷(leng)風(feng);若(ruo)(ruo)置“熱(re)風(feng)”位(wei)置,這時(shi)電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件是(shi)接通的(de),則吹出(chu)的(de)是(shi)熱(re)風(feng)。
