南(nan)國置業(ye)股份(fen)有限(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(簡稱:南(nan)國置業(ye)或公(gong)(gong)司(si))成立(li)于(yu)1998年(nian),2009年(nian)在(zai)深圳證券交(jiao)易所上市(shi)(股票代碼:002305),成為地產(chan)(chan)(chan)行業(ye)IPO重(zhong)啟后上市(shi)的商業(ye)地產(chan)(chan)(chan)公(gong)(gong)司(si)。2014年(nian),中(zhong)國電建地產(chan)(chan)(chan)集(ji)團有限(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)成為南(nan)國置業(ye)控股股東(dong)。中(zhong)國電建地產(chan)(chan)(chan)集(ji)團是(shi)國務院(yuan)國資委(wei)核定的較早一批16家主(zhu)營(ying)房地產(chan)(chan)(chan)開發與經營(ying)業(ye)務的中(zhong)央企業(ye)之一。
