公司(si)主營(ying)沿海及(ji)沿江航運(yun)(yun)業務,兼(jian)營(ying)國際遠洋運(yun)(yun)輸業務。自有(you)船(chuan)(chuan)隊規(gui)模(mo)為61艘,330萬(wan)載重噸(dun)(dun),包括59艘海運(yun)(yun)船(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)和2艘江運(yun)(yun)船(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo),年運(yun)(yun)能約(yue)8000萬(wan)噸(dun)(dun),船(chuan)(chuan)型(xing)涵蓋3-5萬(wan)噸(dun)(dun)級靈(ling)便型(xing)內貿(mao)船(chuan)(chuan)和7萬(wan)噸(dun)(dun)級巴拿馬(ma)型(xing)內外貿(mao)兼(jian)營(ying)船(chuan)(chuan),可(ke)滿足國內沿海、澳洲東南亞各航線(xian)散貨運(yun)(yun)輸需要。公司(si)船(chuan)(chuan)隊規(gui)模(mo)、資產(chan)總額、經營(ying)效益、管理能力等在全國航運(yun)(yun)企(qi)業中位(wei)于前列。

2021年,公(gong)司(si)年貨運(yun)(yun)量(liang)首次突(tu)破2億噸,海運(yun)(yun)量(liang)約占國(guo)(guo)內(nei)北方五(wu)港下水(shui)(shui)煤運(yun)(yun)量(liang)的(de)(de)22.5%,穩居(ju)國(guo)(guo)內(nei)沿海散貨運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)量(liang)前列。公(gong)司(si)安全(quan)(quan)(quan)形勢穩中向(xiang)(xiang)好,實現(xian)人(ren)身“零(ling)死亡”和環保“零(ling)違規”的(de)(de)安全(quan)(quan)(quan)目(mu)標,36艘(sou)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)獲交通部(bu)海事局“安全(quan)(quan)(quan)誠信船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)”稱號(hao),占總(zong)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)數的(de)(de)61%,遠高于(yu)國(guo)(guo)內(nei)主(zhu)(zhu)要航運(yun)(yun)企業(ye)和全(quan)(quan)(quan)國(guo)(guo)誠信船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)12.7%和6.6%的(de)(de)平(ping)均水(shui)(shui)平(ping)。自主(zhu)(zhu)科技創新(xin)能力不斷增強,“面(mian)向(xiang)(xiang)航運(yun)(yun)的(de)(de)自主(zhu)(zhu)海事高通量(liang)寬帶衛星通信系統研發與應用(yong)(yong)(yong)”科研項(xiang)目(mu)獲中國(guo)(guo)航海學會(hui)科技進(jin)(jin)步二等獎。船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)岸電(dian)(dian)(dian)、燃(ran)油(you)供油(you)單元電(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)工作持續(xu)推廣,全(quan)(quan)(quan)年連接岸電(dian)(dian)(dian)835艘(sou)次,使用(yong)(yong)(yong)岸電(dian)(dian)(dian)3.1萬小時,使用(yong)(yong)(yong)燃(ran)油(you)供油(you)單元電(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)23.6萬小時,減少船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)燃(ran)油(you)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)7076噸,減少大氣排(pai)放物約2.2萬噸。進(jin)(jin)江航線(xian)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)壓載(zai)淡水(shui)(shui)優勢不斷凸(tu)顯(xian),全(quan)(quan)(quan)年黃驊港、天津碼(ma)頭合計回收壓載(zai)水(shui)(shui)134艘(sou)次、118.8萬噸,分別占黃驊港、天津碼(ma)頭全(quan)(quan)(quan)年預計生產(chan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)總(zong)量(liang)的(de)(de)28%、15%, 助力港口生產(chan)節約用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui),促進(jin)(jin)綠色(se)發展(zhan)。截至2022年9月末,公(gong)司(si)總(zong)資產(chan)109.24億元,總(zong)負債(zhai)14.62億元,資產(chan)負債(zhai)率(lv)13.38%。
