2015中國(guo)(guo)書畫年會舉辦地的(de)中國(guo)(guo)中晨(青(qing)州)國(guo)(guo)際文化(hua)藝(yi)(yi)術(shu)小鎮,近(jin)年來以(yi)國(guo)(guo)際藝(yi)(yi)術(shu)小鎮為(wei)主(zhu)題,以(yi)文化(hua)藝(yi)(yi)術(shu)元素為(wei)主(zhu)線(xian),著力(li)打造涵(han)蓋(gai)文化(hua)教育,學術(shu)交(jiao)(jiao)流,文化(hua)藝(yi)(yi)術(shu)品創作、交(jiao)(jiao)易(yi)、展(zhan)覽、鑒定(ding)、拍賣,文化(hua)藝(yi)(yi)術(shu)人才(cai)培訓,文化(hua)經營(ying)企業孵化(hua),文化(hua)金(jin)融(rong)服務,文化(hua)旅游(you)和(he)休(xiu)閑度假等(deng)功能于(yu)一體的(de)大型綜(zong)合文化(hua)藝(yi)(yi)術(shu)服務平臺,力(li)求成(cheng)為(wei)經營(ying)規模最大,經營(ying)范圍(wei)最廣,功能最為(wei)齊全的(de)具有濃郁文化(hua)氛圍(wei)和(he)藝(yi)(yi)術(shu)特(te)色的(de)國(guo)(guo)際藝(yi)(yi)術(shu)小鎮。
整(zheng)個(ge)(ge)小鎮(zhen)從功能(neng)上劃(hua)分為(wei)(wei)(wei)三大(da)區域,由西向東依次為(wei)(wei)(wei)文(wen)(wen)化教(jiao)育(yu)區、文(wen)(wen)化經(jing)營(ying)綜合(he)區和(he)文(wen)(wen)化名人養(yang)生養(yang)老(lao)度(du)假區。整(zheng)體布局為(wei)(wei)(wei)“一體兩翼”格局,“一體”是(shi)指小鎮(zhen)建設的(de)(de)功能(neng)主(zhu)體和(he)建筑(zhu)主(zhu)體——文(wen)(wen)化綜合(he)經(jing)營(ying)區,在地(di)理位置上處(chu)于項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間地(di)帶,是(shi)整(zheng)個(ge)(ge)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)的(de)(de)核(he)心(xin)區域和(he)核(he)心(xin)建筑(zhu)群,包(bao)含一個(ge)(ge)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國書(shu)畫創(chuang)作基地(di),大(da)眾創(chuang)業和(he)萬眾創(chuang)新兩個(ge)(ge)創(chuang)業園區,同時還建有學術交(jiao)流中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)、展示展覽中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)、交(jiao)易(yi)交(jiao)流中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)、文(wen)(wen)化藝術培訓中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)、文(wen)(wen)化產業孵化中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)、金(jin)融(rong)服務中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)六個(ge)(ge)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin),在文(wen)(wen)化經(jing)營(ying)綜合(he)區內就可以實現創(chuang)作、展覽、交(jiao)易(yi)、鑒定、拍賣、培訓、金(jin)融(rong)和(he)商務八大(da)服務。兩翼”則分別是(shi)以北京(jing)外(wai)國語(yu)大(da)學附屬青州外(wai)國語(yu)學校為(wei)(wei)(wei)主(zhu)體的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化教(jiao)育(yu)區和(he)以文(wen)(wen)化休閑、旅(lv)游度(du)假、養(yang)老(lao)養(yang)生為(wei)(wei)(wei)主(zhu)要(yao)內容的(de)(de)大(da)型配套居(ju)住區。
據中晨集團總裁孟(meng)凡龍介(jie)紹(shao),項(xiang)目建成后(hou)年市場交易額可(ke)突破100億(yi)元,增(zeng)加(jia)就業崗位10000個(ge)以(yi)上,年實現稅金(jin)10億(yi)元以(yi)上。通過文化藝術產品的經營(ying)和文化藝術小(xiao)鎮(zhen)品牌的打造,推(tui)動地方旅游(you)、經貿和其他(ta)社會事(shi)業的發展(zhan)和繁榮。
