湖北(bei)宜昌(chang)船舶(bo)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)園(yuan)由宜昌(chang)市(shi)國防科工(gong)(gong)辦、枝(zhi)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)市(shi)經信(xin)局、枝(zhi)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)市(shi)船舶(bo)協會組(zu)織在(zai)枝(zhi)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)口船舶(bo)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)園(yuan)和七星(xing)臺船舶(bo)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)園(yuan)的基礎上合并申報成立(li),項(xiang)目位(wei)(wei)于(yu)枝(zhi)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)市(shi)長江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)堤外灘,占地(di)2400畝(mu),于(yu)2018年4月24日正(zheng)式設(she)立(li),是長江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)內河重(zhong)要的船舶(bo)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)基地(di),枝(zhi)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)市(shi)“一區五園(yuan)”重(zhong)要組(zu)成部分,目前已聚集9家船舶(bo)修(xiu)造企業(ye)。依托(tuo)枝(zhi)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)市(shi)區位(wei)(wei)資源優(you)勢,園(yuan)區研(yan)發(fa)、設(she)計技術實力雄厚,枝(zhi)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)鴻巨(ju)船舶(bo)制(zhi)造、宜昌(chang)鑫匯(hui)船舶(bo)制(zhi)造、宜昌(chang)興達船務3家企業(ye)已經成功(gong)在(zai)武漢股權托(tuo)管交易中心(新四板)掛牌,為(wei)船舶(bo)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)園(yuan)后續發(fa)展注入了新動(dong)力。
園(yuan)區(qu)內實現(xian)了(le)廠(chang)(chang)區(qu)道路硬化(hua),船(chuan)(chuan)臺(tai)硬化(hua),港口加(jia)固,車(che)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)、倉庫建設(she)和(he)大型(xing)龍門吊安(an)裝等基礎建設(she),已擁有(you)標(biao)準廠(chang)(chang)12棟,數控(kong)下料(liao)車(che)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)6間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),精加(jia)工車(che)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)1間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),預(yu)處理車(che)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)2間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),船(chuan)(chuan)體(ti)(ti)設(she)備(bei)(bei)加(jia)工車(che)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)2間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),設(she)備(bei)(bei)材(cai)料(liao)堆放車(che)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)1間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),小型(xing)車(che)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)數10間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)。為長江內河船(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)制造(zao)(zao)業(ye)(ye)的發展發揮了(le)重要(yao)作(zuo)用,其中具有(you)湖北省國(guo)防科工辦頒發的船(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)修造(zao)(zao)一級(ji)(ji)Ⅲ類(lei)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)2家,二(er)級(ji)(ji)Ⅰ類(lei)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)1家、二(er)級(ji)(ji)Ⅱ類(lei)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)4家,三級(ji)(ji)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)2家。按船(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)工業(ye)(ye)園(yuan)建設(she)規劃要(yao)求,各船(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)充分發揮綜合優勢和(he)資源整(zheng)合,以船(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)工業(ye)(ye)園(yuan)為載(zai)體(ti)(ti)、以船(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)行業(ye)(ye)協會(hui)為基礎,積(ji)極推進了(le)轉型(xing)升級(ji)(ji),從傳統造(zao)(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)模式轉變,使整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)造(zao)(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)向(xiang)分段(duan)建造(zao)(zao)、立體(ti)(ti)建造(zao)(zao)轉變,縮短造(zao)(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)工期、提高了(le)造(zao)(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)質(zhi)量。
在國家推(tui)行“中(zhong)國制(zhi)造業(ye)2025”的(de)大(da)格局和政策形(xing)勢(shi)下,工業(ye)園(yuan)將進一步加快產業(ye)結構(gou)轉形(xing),提高(gao)高(gao)新(xin)科學技術制(zhi)造的(de)全(quan)覆蓋,加強自主創新(xin)和自主知識(shi)產權的(de)保(bao)護,積極推(tui)廣環(huan)保(bao)型船型和江(jiang)海直達船舶(bo)(bo),積極響應“軍(jun)民融合發展”的(de)重大(da)戰略。努力將園(yuan)區打造成為宜昌船舶(bo)(bo)經濟增長點、湖(hu)北省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)最(zui)大(da)的(de)民用(yong)船舶(bo)(bo)修(xiu)造生產基(ji)地(di)、湖(hu)北省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)船舶(bo)(bo)設計(ji)研(yan)發展示中(zhong)心、湖(hu)北省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)船舶(bo)(bo)軍(jun)民融合產業(ye)基(ji)地(di)、長江(jiang)流域最(zui)大(da)的(de)內河特種工程船舶(bo)(bo)生產基(ji)地(di)。
