一、電子陶瓷是絕緣體還是導體
一(yi)般認為(wei),陶瓷是良好的(de)絕緣(yuan)體(ti)(ti),它一(yi)般不(bu)導電(dian),因(yin)為(wei)原(yuan)子(zi)的(de)外層電(dian)子(zi)通常受到(dao)原(yuan)子(zi)核的(de)吸引力(li),被(bei)束縛在各(ge)自原(yuan)子(zi)的(de)周(zhou)圍,不(bu)能自由運動,不(bu)過電(dian)子(zi)陶瓷具(ju)有極為(wei)寬廣的(de)電(dian)氣特性,從一(yi)般的(de)絕緣(yuan)體(ti)(ti),到(dao)半導體(ti)(ti),導體(ti)(ti)、甚至超導體(ti)(ti),都(dou)有不(bu)同的(de)電(dian)子(zi)陶瓷產品(pin)。
電(dian)子(zi)陶(tao)(tao)瓷的(de)種類眾多,其中絕緣陶(tao)(tao)瓷裝置(zhi)瓷和介(jie)電(dian)陶(tao)(tao)瓷是絕緣體,半(ban)導體陶(tao)(tao)瓷是半(ban)導體,離子(zi)陶(tao)(tao)瓷是導體,還有一種超(chao)導陶(tao)(tao)瓷屬(shu)于超(chao)導體。
二、電子陶瓷導電原理是什么
電子陶瓷有的導電,有的不導電,導電的電子陶瓷一般(ban)是通過一定的工藝處理,使其(qi)具有導電功能(neng)的。
某些氧化物陶瓷加熱時(shi),處于原子(zi)外層(ceng)的電(dian)(dian)子(zi)可(ke)以(yi)獲得足夠的能量,以(yi)便克服(fu)原子(zi)核對它的吸(xi)引力,而成為可(ke)以(yi)自由運(yun)動的自由電(dian)(dian)子(zi),這種(zhong)陶瓷就變成導電(dian)(dian)陶瓷。
一(yi)般(ban)當(dang)電(dian)(dian)流通過(guo)材料時(shi),電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)可以有(you)兩種方式(shi)通過(guo)晶格運動(dong)(dong)來(lai)完成電(dian)(dian)荷輸運過(guo)程:①電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)脫離(li)原子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)成為自(zi)由電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi),在晶格中運動(dong)(dong),形成所(suo)謂(wei)的電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)導(dao)電(dian)(dian);②電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)與原子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)核一(yi)起(qi)移動(dong)(dong)產生所(suo)謂(wei)的離(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)。對金屬來(lai)說,電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)是其導(dao)電(dian)(dian)的主要(yao)方式(shi),相比之(zhi)下,離(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)幾乎(hu)可忽略不(bu)計;但對于(yu)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)陶瓷來(lai)說,由于(yu)離(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)電(dian)(dian)導(dao)活化能比較低(一(yi)般(ban)在0.5eV以下),離(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)已不(bu)容(rong)忽視,是電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)陶瓷的主要(yao)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)方式(shi)。
