一、陶瓷電容是什么
陶瓷電容是指用(yong)(yong)高介(jie)電(dian)(dian)常(chang)數(shu)的(de)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)器陶瓷鈦酸鋇一氧(yang)化鈦擠壓成圓(yuan)管、圓(yuan)片(pian)或圓(yuan)盤作(zuo)為(wei)介(jie)質(zhi),并用(yong)(yong)燒滲法將銀鍍(du)在(zai)陶瓷上(shang)作(zuo)為(wei)電(dian)(dian)極制成。它又分高頻(pin)瓷介(jie)和低(di)頻(pin)瓷介(jie)兩(liang)種(zhong)。具有小的(de)正電(dian)(dian)容(rong)溫度系數(shu)的(de)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)器,用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)高穩定振蕩回路(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),作(zuo)為(wei)回路(lu)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)器及墊整電(dian)(dian)容(rong)器。低(di)頻(pin)瓷介(jie)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)器限于(yu)(yu)在(zai)工(gong)作(zuo)頻(pin)率較低(di)的(de)回路(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)作(zuo)旁路(lu)或隔直流用(yong)(yong),或對(dui)穩定性(xing)和損耗要(yao)求不(bu)高的(de)場合(he)(包(bao)括高頻(pin)在(zai)內)。這種(zhong)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)器不(bu)宜使用(yong)(yong)在(zai)脈(mo)沖(chong)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),因為(wei)它們易(yi)于(yu)(yu)被脈(mo)沖(chong)電(dian)(dian)壓擊穿。
二、瓷片電容怎么分類
1、按介(jie)質(zhi)材料可分為:高介(jie)電(dian)常(chang)數(shu)電(dian)容(rong)器和低介(jie)電(dian)常(chang)數(shu)電(dian)容(rong)器。
2、按(an)工作頻率可(ke)分為:高頻瓷介電(dian)容器(qi)和低頻瓷介電(dian)容器(qi)。
3、按工作電壓可分為:高(gao)壓瓷(ci)介(jie)電(dian)容器(1KVDC以上)和低壓瓷(ci)介(jie)電(dian)容器(500VDC以下)。
4、按外形(xing)(xing)結構可分為:圓片(pian)(pian)形(xing)(xing)、管(guan)形(xing)(xing)、穿(chuan)心式、筒形(xing)(xing)以(yi)及疊片(pian)(pian)式等。
5、按(an)瓷(ci)介(jie)電容電介(jie)質又(you)分:I類瓷(ci)介(jie)電容、II類瓷(ci)介(jie)電容、III類瓷(ci)介(jie)電容。
I類(lei)瓷(ci)介電(dian)(dian)容:NP0,SL0,C0G。I類(lei)瓷(ci)介電(dian)(dian)容容量(liang)穩(wen)定性(xing)很(hen)好,基本不隨溫(wen)度,電(dian)(dian)壓,時間(jian)等變(bian)化而變(bian)化,但(dan)是一般容量(liang)都很(hen)小。
II類瓷介電(dian)容(rong):X7R,X5R,Y5U,Y5V,2X1。II類瓷介電(dian)容(rong)容(rong)量(liang)穩(wen)定性很(hen)差,隨著溫度,電(dian)壓,時間變(bian)化幅度較大(da),所以一般用在對容(rong)量(liang)穩(wen)定性要求不(bu)高的(de)場合,如(ru)濾波等。
III類瓷介(jie)(jie)電(dian)容:Y5V,2F4,瓷介(jie)(jie)電(dian)容器EIA RS-198。
