二、原油破乳劑的使用方法
1、根據原油的(de)多少(shao)加(jia)入(ru)破乳劑,或者將破乳劑稀釋1到3倍(bei)用(yong)泵加(jia)入(ru),當原油上(shang)浮后,參考下使用(yong)的(de)濃度(du)。
2、當破乳效(xiao)果呈(cheng)現以(yi)后,可以(yi)加入其它絮凝劑,來除去懸浮物。
3、需要注意的是,破乳劑會(hui)隨(sui)著溫度(du)的改變(bian)有改變(bian),當溫度(du)低于一定值的時(shi)候(hou)破乳(ru)劑會(hui)泛白,甚至粘稠(chou)凝固。隨(sui)著溫度(du)的上(shang)升,破乳(ru)劑會(hui)還原變(bian)得透(tou)明,當恢復后(hou)不會(hui)影響破乳(ru)劑的使用效果。
