船(chuan)舶(bo)基礎(chu)知識(shi):造船(chuan)業的(de)噸(dun)位和排水量
為表示(shi)船(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)的大小(xiao),除用(yong)(yong)船(chuan)(chuan)長、船(chuan)(chuan)寬等尺(chi)度(du)以(yi)外,通常用(yong)(yong)噸(dun)位。船(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)噸(dun)位種(zhong)類繁雜又(you)易混淆,主要(yao)有四種(zhong):①表示(shi)船(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)的重量(liang)(liang),排水量(liang)(liang)噸(dun);②表示(shi)船(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)的容積,用(yong)(yong)總噸(dun)(GT)或凈噸(dun)(NT)表示(shi);③表示(shi)裝載貨(huo)物(wu)的重量(liang)(liang),用(yong)(yong)載重噸(dun)(DWT)表示(shi);④表示(shi)船(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)建(jian)造工作量(liang)(liang),用(yong)(yong)修正總噸(dun)(CGT)表示(shi)。
排(pai)水(shui)量(liang)(liang)(liang)噸(dun):船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)浮(fu)(fu)在(zai)水(shui)面上(shang)(shang)時,排(pai)開水(shui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)重量(liang)(liang)(liang)等(deng)于浮(fu)(fu)力,也等(deng)于船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)本身的(de)(de)(de)(de)重量(liang)(liang)(liang)。因此(ci),排(pai)水(shui)量(liang)(liang)(liang)噸(dun)也就等(deng)于船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)重量(liang)(liang)(liang)。排(pai)水(shui)量(liang)(liang)(liang)噸(dun)在(zai)軍用(yong)艦(jian)艇上(shang)(shang)廣泛(fan)應(ying)用(yong),但在(zai)民船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)上(shang)(shang)除待拆船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)用(yong)空載排(pai)水(shui)量(liang)(liang)(liang)噸(dun)(即輕噸(dun),LDT) 作為(wei)買賣廢(fei)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)尺(chi)度外,很少實際用(yong)作新(xin)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)度量(liang)(liang)(liang)單(dan)位。只是在(zai)中國,對(dui)于非貨運船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)類的(de)(de)(de)(de)拖船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)、漁(yu)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)、工程船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)等(deng),往往使用(yong)滿載排(pai)水(shui)量(liang)(liang)(liang)噸(dun)作為(wei)表示(shi)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)大小的(de)(de)(de)(de)單(dan)位。
載(zai)(zai)重噸(dun)(DWT):是貨(huo)船可用(yong)于裝載(zai)(zai)貨(huo)物的最大營運噸(dun)位。一般指貨(huo)船在結構(gou)吃水(shui)(shui)或滿載(zai)(zai)吃水(shui)(shui)時裝載(zai)(zai)的貨(huo)物、淡水(shui)(shui)、燃料潤滑油、爐水(shui)(shui)、備品(pin)、供應品(pin)及人員、行李等噸(dun)位之(zhi)和(空載(zai)(zai)排(pai)水(shui)(shui)量+載(zai)(zai)重噸(dun)=滿載(zai)(zai)排(pai)水(shui)(shui)量噸(dun))。
總(zong)噸(dun)(dun)(dun)(GT):是(shi)國際(ji)(ji)通行(xing)的船(chuan)舶(bo)計量(liang)單(dan)位(wei)之一,是(shi)登記噸(dun)(dun)(dun)位(wei)的一種,主要(yao)用(yong)來衡量(liang)民(min)用(yong)船(chuan)舶(bo)的大小(xiao)(容積)。總(zong)噸(dun)(dun)(dun)是(shi)指各航海國家(jia)按照(zhao)《國際(ji)(ji)船(chuan)舶(bo)噸(dun)(dun)(dun)位(wei)丈量(liang)公約(yue)》(1982年(nian)7月18日起實行(xing))制定(ding)的丈量(liang)規范丈量(liang)的船(chuan)舶(bo)圍蔽處(chu)所的容積噸(dun)(dun)(dun)。
修(xiu)正(zheng)(zheng)總噸(CGT):是國(guo)際通行(xing)的(de)(de)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)計(ji)(ji)量單(dan)位(wei)(wei)之(zhi)一。在船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)總噸基礎上考慮船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)復雜度(du)而計(ji)(ji)算(suan)出的(de)(de)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)度(du)量單(dan)位(wei)(wei),計(ji)(ji)算(suan)方(fang)法為:修(xiu)正(zheng)(zheng)總噸GT=GT×C,其中為GT總噸數(shu),C為修(xiu)正(zheng)(zheng)系數(shu)。中國(guo)民用鋼(gang)質船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)修(xiu)正(zheng)(zheng)系數(shu)按船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)行(xing)業標準《民用船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)修(xiu)正(zheng)(zheng)噸計(ji)(ji)算(suan)》標準號為CB/T3484-2005確定。目前國(guo)際上均按0ECD造(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)工作組1994年1月制定的(de)(de)修(xiu)正(zheng)(zheng)系數(shu)表選用。修(xiu)正(zheng)(zheng)總噸不僅比載重噸、總噸更(geng)能(neng)正(zheng)(zheng)確反映造(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)工作量大小,同時還在一定程度(du)上反映船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)價高低(di)和產值(zhi)大小。因而,能(neng)比較(jiao)正(zheng)(zheng)確地用來表示造(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)產量、造(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)工作量(新接(jie)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)訂(ding)(ding)單(dan)量和手持(chi)訂(ding)(ding)單(dan)量)和造(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)能(neng)力。特別是在產品結構差異(yi)很(hen)大的(de)(de)國(guo)家之(zhi)間和企(qi)業之(zhi)間進行(xing)比較(jiao),用修(xiu)正(zheng)(zheng)總噸作為統計(ji)(ji)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)比載重噸、總噸要準確得(de)多(duo)。
中國(guo)(guo)主要采用(yong)(yong)載(zai)(zai)(zai)重噸(dun)(DWT)和(he)排水量(liang)噸(dun),而國(guo)(guo)際上采用(yong)(yong)較多是總(zong)噸(dun)(GT)、修正噸(dun)(CGT)。國(guo)(guo)際造(zao)(zao)(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)業(ye),包括造(zao)(zao)(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)企業(ye)、船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)級社、咨(zi)詢研究(jiu)機構(gou)和(he)國(guo)(guo)際造(zao)(zao)(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)組織(如(ru)經(jing)濟合作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)與發展(zhan)組織(OECD)造(zao)(zao)(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)組),在(zai)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶生產總(zong)量(liang)的(de)統(tong)計中,較少使(shi)用(yong)(yong)載(zai)(zai)(zai)重噸(dun)。只有(you)一(yi)些大型(xing)常規貨船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)的(de)造(zao)(zao)(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)公(gong)司為顯示其噸(dun)位(wei)大而采用(yong)(yong)載(zai)(zai)(zai)重噸(dun);一(yi)些咨(zi)詢研究(jiu)機構(gou)在(zai)統(tong)計貨運船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶時也有(you)以載(zai)(zai)(zai)重噸(dun)為統(tong)計單位(wei),但是他們更多地使(shi)用(yong)(yong)總(zong)噸(dun)和(he)修正總(zong)噸(dun)。作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為當(dang)今世界重要的(de)國(guo)(guo)際造(zao)(zao)(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)組織OECD造(zao)(zao)(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)組,在(zai)造(zao)(zao)(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)統(tong)計不使(shi)用(yong)(yong)載(zai)(zai)(zai)重噸(dun),而只使(shi)用(yong)(yong)總(zong)噸(dun)和(he)修正總(zong)噸(dun)。
