一、什么是直流屏
直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)屏是直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)源操作系統的簡(jian)稱(cheng)。通用名(ming)為智能免維(wei)護直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)源屏,簡(jian)稱(cheng)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)屏,通用型(xing)號(hao)為GZDW。簡(jian)單地說,直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)屏就是提供穩定直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)源的設備。在輸入380V電(dian)源時直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)接轉(zhuan)化為220V,市電(dian)和備用電(dian)均無(wu)輸入時,直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)接轉(zhuan)化為蓄電(dian)池(chi)供電(dian)——直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)220V:實際上也可以(yi)說是一種工業專(zhuan)用應急電(dian)源。
二、使用直流屏有什么好處
用(yong)直(zhi)流屏(ping)的好(hao)處(chu)是直(zhi)流屏(ping)可以不用(yong)考慮三相平衡的問題(ti);直(zhi)流屏(ping)安(an)全又可靠。直(zhi)流屏(ping)可以在(zai)交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)正常的情況下給蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組(zu)事先充滿(man)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),當交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)停(ting)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時,由蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)饋電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),仍能保證斷路器的操作、控制、保護和(he)監(jian)控用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。
三、直流屏的作用
直流屏的作用是用來供應這種直流電源。發電(dian)廠和(he)變電(dian)站(zhan)中的(de)電(dian)力(li)操作電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)現(xian)今采用的(de)都是直(zhi)流電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan),它為控制負(fu)(fu)荷(he)和(he)動(dong)力(li)負(fu)(fu)荷(he)以及直(zhi)流事故照明(ming)負(fu)(fu)荷(he)等提供(gong)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan),是當代電(dian)力(li)系統控制、保護的(de)基礎。
直流屏主要應用(yong)于(yu)電力(li)系統中(zhong)小型發電廠、水電站(zhan)、各類(lei)變電站(zhan),和(he)其他使用(yong)直流設備的用(yong)戶(如石化、礦(kuang)山、鐵路等),適(shi)用(yong)于(yu)開關分合閘及二次(ci)回路中(zhong)的儀器、儀表、繼電保護和(he)故障照明等場(chang)合。
四、直流屏的工作原理
直流(liu)(liu)屏電(dian)(dian)力操作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)源系統由(you)交流(liu)(liu)配電(dian)(dian)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)、整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)、直流(liu)(liu)饋電(dian)(dian)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)、監(jian)控(kong)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)。其中交流(liu)(liu)配電(dian)(dian)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)主要由(you)交流(liu)(liu)配電(dian)(dian)單元組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)。整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)由(you)充電(dian)(dian)模(mo)塊和(he)隔離二極管(guan)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)。直流(liu)(liu)饋電(dian)(dian)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)由(you)降壓硅鏈、絕緣檢測、合閘分(fen)(fen)(fen)路(lu)和(he)控(kong)制分(fen)(fen)(fen)路(lu)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng),監(jian)控(kong)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)由(you)監(jian)控(kong)模(mo)塊和(he)配電(dian)(dian)監(jian)控(kong)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)。
系統交(jiao)流(liu)輸入(ru)正(zheng)常時,兩路(lu)(lu)交(jiao)流(liu)輸入(ru)經(jing)(jing)交(jiao)流(liu)切(qie)換控(kong)制電(dian)路(lu)(lu)選擇其中一路(lu)(lu)輸入(ru),并(bing)通(tong)過(guo)交(jiao)流(liu)配電(dian)單元給各個充電(dian)模塊(kuai)供(gong)電(dian)。充電(dian)模塊(kuai)將三相交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)轉換為220V或110V的直(zhi)流(liu),經(jing)(jing)隔離(li)二極管隔離(li)后(hou)并(bing)聯輸出,一方面(mian)給電(dian)池充電(dian),另(ling)一方面(mian)通(tong)過(guo)合閘(zha)分(fen)路(lu)(lu)和(he)控(kong)制分(fen)路(lu)(lu)給負載提(ti)供(gong)正(zheng)常的直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)源(yuan)。
交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)(liu)輸入(ru)停電(dian)(dian)或(huo)異(yi)常時(shi),充電(dian)(dian)模塊停止工作,由電(dian)(dian)池通過(guo)合閘分路和控(kong)制分路給(gei)負載供電(dian)(dian)。交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)(liu)輸入(ru)恢復(fu)正常以(yi)后,充電(dian)(dian)模塊對電(dian)(dian)池充電(dian)(dian)。
