一、eps電源是什么
EPS電源又稱EPS、消(xiao)防應(ying)急(ji)電源、EPS應(ying)急(ji)電源,全稱Emergency Power Supply(緊急(ji)電力供給),國家新標準為GB17945-2010《消(xiao)防應(ying)急(ji)照明與疏散指(zhi)示系統(tong)》。
EPS電源(yuan)(yuan)是當(dang)今重(zhong)要(yao)建筑物中為了電力保障(zhang)和消(xiao)防(fang)安全而采用的一(yi)種應急(ji)電源(yuan)(yuan)。它主要(yao)由輸(shu)入輸(shu)出(chu)單元、充電模塊、電池組(zu)、逆變器、監控器、輸(shu)出(chu)切換裝置(zhi)等(deng)部分組(zu)成。廣泛應用于節能(neng)供電、大樓照明、道路交(jiao)通照明、隧道照明、電力、工礦企業(ye)、消(xiao)防(fang)電梯等(deng)。
二、eps應急電源的作用
1、EPS應(ying)急(ji)電(dian)源(yuan)可以作(zuo)為電(dian)力系統的備用電(dian)源(yuan),在主電(dian)源(yuan)失(shi)效(xiao)時提(ti)供(gong)緊急(ji)電(dian)力供(gong)應(ying),確(que)保設備的正常運行(xing)。
2、品牌 EPS應急電源配備有過載保護裝置,能夠在設備過載時自動切斷電源,有效防止設備因過載而受損。
3、EPS應急(ji)電(dian)源(yuan)的(de)快(kuai)速(su)啟動和自動切換特性,使(shi)得其(qi)在(zai)電(dian)力突然中斷或故障(zhang)發生時(shi)能夠迅速(su)切換到備用電(dian)源(yuan),保證關鍵設備的(de)持續供電(dian)。
三、eps電源的工作原理
1、當(dang)市(shi)電(dian)(dian)正常時,由(you)市(shi)電(dian)(dian)經過(guo)互(hu)投裝置給(gei)重(zhong)要負載供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian),同(tong)時進行市(shi)電(dian)(dian)檢測及蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)充電(dian)(dian)管理,然后再由(you)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組向逆變(bian)器(qi)提(ti)供(gong)(gong)直流(liu)能源。在(zai)(zai)這里(li),充電(dian)(dian)器(qi)是(shi)(shi)一個僅(jin)需向蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組提(ti)供(gong)(gong)相當(dang)于(yu)10%蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組容量(Ah)的充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)的小功率直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)源,它并不具備直接(jie)向逆變(bian)器(qi)提(ti)供(gong)(gong)直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)源的能力。此時,市(shi)電(dian)(dian)經由(you)EPS的交流(liu)旁路和轉換開關所組成的供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)系統向用戶(hu)的各(ge)種應急負載供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)。與此同(tong)時,在(zai)(zai)EPS的邏輯控制板(ban)的調控下,逆變(bian)器(qi)停止工作處于(yu)自(zi)(zi)動關機(ji)狀態(tai)。在(zai)(zai)此條件(jian)下,用戶(hu)負載實際使用的電(dian)(dian)源是(shi)(shi)來(lai)自(zi)(zi)電(dian)(dian)網的市(shi)電(dian)(dian),因此,EPS應急電(dian)(dian)源也是(shi)(shi)通常說的一直工作在(zai)(zai)睡(shui)眠狀態(tai),可(ke)以(yi)有效(xiao)的達到節能的效(xiao)果。
2、當市電(dian)供(gong)電(dian)中(zhong)斷或市電(dian)電(dian)壓(ya)超限(xian)(±15%或±20%額定輸(shu)入電(dian)壓(ya))時,互投裝(zhuang)置將立即投切至(zhi)逆變器供(gong)電(dian),在電(dian)池(chi)組所提供(gong)的(de)(de)直流(liu)能源(yuan)的(de)(de)支持(chi)下(xia),此(ci)時,用(yong)戶負載所使(shi)用(yong)的(de)(de)電(dian)源(yuan)是通過EPS的(de)(de)逆變器轉換的(de)(de)交流(liu)電(dian)源(yuan),而不是來自(zi)市電(dian)。
3、當市電(dian)電(dian)壓恢(hui)復正常(chang)工作時,EPS的(de)控(kong)制中心發出信(xin)號對逆變(bian)器執(zhi)行(xing)自(zi)動關機操(cao)作,同時還通(tong)(tong)過它的(de)轉(zhuan)換開(kai)關執(zhi)行(xing)從逆變(bian)器供(gong)(gong)電(dian)向交流旁(pang)路(lu)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)的(de)切換操(cao)作。此后(hou),EPS在經交流旁(pang)路(lu)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)通(tong)(tong)路(lu)向負載(zai)提供(gong)(gong)市電(dian)的(de)同時,還通(tong)(tong)過充電(dian)器向電(dian)池組充電(dian)。
