根據(ju)上述A股(gu)公司(si)(si)公告,中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)航(hang)空(kong)(kong)技術國(guo)(guo)際控(kong)股(gu)有(you)限(xian)(xian)公司(si)(si)(中(zhong)航(hang)技)配(pei)資門戶與中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)航(hang)空(kong)(kong)技術深(shen)圳有(you)限(xian)(xian)公司(si)(si)(中(zhong)航(hang)技深(shen)圳)及(ji)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)航(hang)空(kong)(kong)國(guo)(guo)際控(kong)股(gu)有(you)限(xian)(xian)公司(si)(si)(中(zhong)航(hang)技國(guo)(guo)際控(kong)股(gu))擬合并吸收。
合并完成后,中(zhong)國航(hang)空(kong)國際(ji)(ji)將繼(ji)續作為幸存者的合并而(er)存在(zai)。作為被合并方,中(zhong)國航(hang)空(kong)國際(ji)(ji)深圳公司(si)(si)和中(zhong)國航(hang)空(kong)國際(ji)(ji)控(kong)股(gu)有(you)限(xian)公司(si)(si)將取(qu)消注冊(ce)手續。其(qi)所有(you)資產、負債、業務(wu)、資質等(deng)權(quan)利義務(wu)均由中(zhong)國航(hang)空(kong)國際(ji)(ji)承擔和繼(ji)承。
