用料:蠶(can)蛹、食用油(you)、鹽、花(hua)椒、八(ba)角、蔥、姜
做法:
1、將蠶蛹洗凈。
2、鍋內加(jia)水,放(fang)入(ru)花椒、八角、蔥(cong)段、姜片、鹽(yan),大火燒(shao)開,倒(dao)入(ru)蠶蛹煮(zhu)10分鐘,撈出控水晾干(gan)。
3、用針在蠶蛹上扎(zha)幾個小孔。
4、另(ling)起(qi)鍋倒適量油燒至4、5成(cheng)熱時下入(ru)蠶蛹,中火(huo)炸(zha)至(zhi)酥脆(cui)即(ji)可。
