羅(luo)先(xian)生持有Loughborough University of Technology電子(zi)工程學士(shi)學位、University of Surrey 鷚(liao)學物理碩士(shi)學位、倫(lun)敦大學醫學物理博士(shi)學位及香港中文大學榮(rong)譽院士(shi)銜。

1996年(nian)，加入大家樂集團(tuan)。

1998年起，擔任大家樂執(zhi)行董事。

2015年9月，獲委任(ren)為大家樂(中國)有限公司副首(shou)席執行官(guan)。

2016年4月起，擔任大家樂(中國)有限公司首席執行官。

現為維他奶國際集團有限公司之非執行董事。Wandels Investment Limited、Verdant SuccessHoldings Limited及Sky Bright InternationalLimited之董事。

香港零售管理協(xie)會之執委會成員。
