6軸(zhou)以(yi)上專(zhuan)項(xiang)作業車統一按6類(lei)貨(huo)(huo)車執行。6軸(zhou)以(yi)上貨(huo)(huo)車在6類(lei)貨(huo)(huo)車收費標準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)的(de)(de)基礎上,基本(ben)收費標準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)及橋隧收費標準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)每增(zeng)加1軸(zhou)增(zeng)加0.60元/車公里的(de)(de)收費系數;機場(chang)高(gao)速收費標準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)每增(zeng)加1軸(zhou)增(zeng)加5元/車次的(de)(de)收費系數。
據《廣(guang)西高(gao)速公路實施(shi)差異(yi)化收費(fei)推進經濟高(gao)質(zhi)量發展(zhan)工作方案》,2024年1月(yue)1日起至2026年12月(yue)31日期間,廣(guang)西高(gao)速公路全(quan)面(mian)實施(shi)差異(yi)化收費(fei),主要內(nei)容如下(xia):
1.分支付方式差異化收費
對所有使用ETC支(zhi)付(fu)的車輛(liang)給予車輛(liang)通行費9.5折優(you)惠(與其他使用ETC支(zhi)付(fu)的差異化收費通行費優(you)惠不疊加(jia))。
2.分出入口差異化收費
(1)繼續(xu)對通行(xing)融(rong)水(shui)至(zhi)(zhi)河池高速公路羅城收(shou)費站(zhan)(zhan)至(zhi)(zhi)和(he)睦收(shou)費站(zhan)(zhan)區(qu)間使用ETC支付的(de)六類合法裝(zhuang)載貨車給(gei)予通行(xing)費9折優(you)惠(hui)。
(2)繼(ji)續實施自(zi)駕車(che)通行費(fei)優惠(hui),引導車(che)輛高(gao)效使用高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu),實現“引客入(ru)桂”“引車(che)上(shang)路(lu)(lu)”目標。每(mei)周五(wu)00:00至(zhi)周日24:00(假期調休除外),7條試點高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)(靖(jing)西至(zhi)龍(long)邦公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)、巴(ba)馬(ma)—憑(ping)祥公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)巴(ba)馬(ma)至(zhi)田東(dong)段(duan)、崇左至(zhi)水(shui)口高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)、巴(ba)馬(ma)—憑(ping)祥公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)田東(dong)經天等至(zhi)大(da)新(xin)段(duan)、巴(ba)馬(ma)—憑(ping)祥公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)大(da)新(xin)經龍(long)州至(zhi)憑(ping)祥段(duan)、松旺至(zhi)鐵山港東(dong)岸(an)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)、天峨—北(bei)海公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)巴(ba)馬(ma)至(zhi)平果(guo)段(duan))對使用ETC支付的(de)一類(lei)客車(che),給予(yu)車(che)輛通行費(fei)減半優惠(hui)。
3.分路段差異化收費
(1)繼續對通行南寧吳圩(wei)機(ji)場第二高速公路(lu)使用ETC支付(fu)的車輛給予通行費7折優惠(hui)。

(3)繼續停止收取六寨(zhai)(黔(qian)桂界)至(zhi)河(he)池、河(he)池至(zhi)都(dou)安、隆林至(zhi)百色、那坡至(zhi)靖(jing)西、靖(jing)西至(zhi)崇左、三(san)江(jiang)至(zhi)柳州(zhou)、河(he)池至(zhi)百色7條(tiao)高速公路一類橋隧車輛通(tong)行(xing)費(fei)。
(4)繼續停止收取河池至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)百(bai)(bai)色(se)、河池至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)都(dou)安、三江至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)柳(liu)州、馬(ma)(ma)山(shan)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)平果、來賓至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)馬(ma)(ma)山(shan)、百(bai)(bai)色(se)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)靖(jing)西、靖(jing)西至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)那坡、百(bai)(bai)色(se)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)隆(long)林(lin)、樂業至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)百(bai)(bai)色(se)、崇左至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)靖(jing)西以及賀州至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)巴馬(ma)(ma)(鐘山(shan)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)昭平段)11條高速公路(lu)貨車橋隧車輛通(tong)行費。
4.分車型差異化收費
(1)以政府(fu)定價收費標準(zhun)為基礎,繼續(xu)對(dui)合法裝(zhuang)(zhuang)載的(de)二類至(zhi)五類貨車實行無差別8.5折優惠,對(dui)合法裝(zhuang)(zhuang)載的(de)六類貨車實行無差別9.8折優惠,機場(chang)高速除外(與試(shi)點路(lu)段(duan)的(de)分路(lu)段(duan)差異化收費優惠不疊加)。
(2)繼續對合法裝(zhuang)載的20英(ying)尺(chi)、40英(ying)尺(chi)、45英(ying)尺(chi)國際標準集(ji)裝(zhuang)箱運輸專用ETC車輛(liang),在預約通(tong)(tong)行廣(guang)西高速公路指定(ding)收費(fei)站點進(jin)出北(bei)部(bu)灣(wan)港三(san)港區(qu)三(san)口岸(an)以及(ji)西江經(jing)濟帶港口、碼頭時,實行減半收取(qu)車輛(liang)通(tong)(tong)行費(fei)(與試點路段(duan)的分路段(duan)差異化(hua)收費(fei)優惠(hui)不疊加);其中進(jin)出北(bei)部(bu)灣(wan)港三(san)港區(qu)三(san)口岸(an)并通(tong)(tong)行17條試點路段(duan)產(chan)生的車輛(liang)通(tong)(tong)行費(fei),在減半基礎上再(zai)給予9折優惠(hui)。
(3)對合法裝(zhuang)載(zai)20英尺(chi)、40英尺(chi)、45英尺(chi)國際標準(zhun)集裝(zhuang)箱運輸專用ETC車輛(liang),實行單次(ci)通(tong)(tong)行“遞(di)遠遞(di)減”按里(li)程階梯收(shou)費(fei)方式(shi),在廣(guang)西(xi)境(jing)內(nei)高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)路任一收(shou)費(fei)站(zhan)駛(shi)出且單次(ci)連(lian)續(xu)行駛(shi)廣(guang)西(xi)高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)路300公(gong)(gong)里(li)—400公(gong)(gong)里(li)的,給(gei)予相(xiang)應的車輛(liang)通(tong)(tong)行費(fei)9折(zhe)優(you)(you)惠;單次(ci)連(lian)續(xu)行駛(shi)廣(guang)西(xi)高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)路400公(gong)(gong)里(li)—550公(gong)(gong)里(li)的,給(gei)予相(xiang)應的車輛(liang)通(tong)(tong)行費(fei)8折(zhe)優(you)(you)惠;單次(ci)連(lian)續(xu)行駛(shi)廣(guang)西(xi)高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)路550公(gong)(gong)里(li)以上的,給(gei)予相(xiang)應的車輛(liang)通(tong)(tong)行費(fei)7折(zhe)優(you)(you)惠(與集裝(zhuang)箱車輛(liang)減半優(you)(you)惠不疊(die)加(jia))。
(4)對每月通(tong)行(xing)廣西(xi)高速(su)公路次(ci)(ci)數(shu)在30次(ci)(ci)(含)以上的ETC公路客運班線客車,給予相應的廣西(xi)區內高速(su)公路通(tong)行(xing)費(fei)9折(zhe)優(you)惠。
5.分(fen)時段、分(fen)方(fang)向差異化收費
(1)對7:00—10:00通(tong)行(xing)(xing)蘭(lan)海高(gao)(gao)速公路(都(dou)安(an)(an)至(zhi)南(nan)寧段(duan))安(an)(an)吉收(shou)費(fei)站(zhan)、安(an)(an)吉東收(shou)費(fei)站(zhan)以(yi)及(ji)南(nan)寧東外(wai)環繞(rao)城高(gao)(gao)速公路高(gao)(gao)峰收(shou)費(fei)站(zhan)進站(zhan)至(zhi)武鳴收(shou)費(fei)站(zhan)出站(zhan),使用ETC支付(fu)的一(yi)類客(ke)車(che)給(gei)予(yu)通(tong)行(xing)(xing)費(fei)8折優惠(hui);對17:00—20:00通(tong)行(xing)(xing)蘭(lan)海高(gao)(gao)速公路(都(dou)安(an)(an)至(zhi)南(nan)寧段(duan))武鳴收(shou)費(fei)站(zhan)進站(zhan)至(zhi)安(an)(an)吉東收(shou)費(fei)站(zhan)以(yi)及(ji)南(nan)寧東外(wai)環繞(rao)城高(gao)(gao)速公路高(gao)(gao)峰收(shou)費(fei)站(zhan)出站(zhan),使用ETC支付(fu)的一(yi)類客(ke)車(che)給(gei)予(yu)通(tong)行(xing)(xing)費(fei)8折優惠(hui)。
(2)對18:00—24:00通行信(xin)都至梧州公路,從(cong)仁義收費站進站、旺甫(fu)收費站出站并使用(yong)ETC支付的(de)合(he)法裝(zhuang)載貨車給予通行費5折優(you)(you)惠(hui)(與集裝(zhuang)箱車輛減半優(you)(you)惠(hui)不(bu)疊加)。
6.自主差異化收費
除上述差異化收(shou)(shou)費政策措施外(wai),支持高(gao)速公(gong)路經(jing)營管理單位按(an)照以政府定價(jia)收(shou)(shou)費標準為上限、差異化下(xia)浮的原則,結合(he)管轄路段(duan)車(che)(che)流特(te)征、臨近園區和鄰近工礦企業運輸需求(qiu)、城市周(zhou)邊(bian)車(che)(che)輛(liang)通(tong)行(xing)等情況,探索(suo)創新(xin)自主定價(jia)方(fang)(fang)式,對通(tong)行(xing)管轄路段(duan)的特(te)定車(che)(che)輛(liang),實施分(fen)出入口、分(fen)時段(duan)、分(fen)方(fang)(fang)向、分(fen)車(che)(che)型等差異化收(shou)(shou)費,引(yin)導車(che)(che)輛(liang)通(tong)行(xing)高(gao)速公(gong)路,實現“降費引(yin)流,多方(fang)(fang)共贏”效果。
(1)鼓(gu)勵(li)高速公路(lu)經營(ying)管理單(dan)位(wei)與(yu)龍頭企業協商,通過(guo)“以量定(ding)價”方式實施自主差(cha)異化收費(fei)。
(2)鼓勵高速公路經營管理單位與(yu)鄰(lin)近園(yuan)區及(ji)企業(ye)協(xie)商,為企業(ye)“量身定做(zuo)”收費方案實施(shi)“一(yi)企一(yi)策”“一(yi)園(yuan)一(yi)策”差異化收費。
(3)鼓(gu)勵高速(su)公路經(jing)營管理(li)單位實施“遞遠遞減(jian)”差異化收(shou)費,引導長距(ju)離(li)出行(xing)用戶行(xing)駛(shi)高速(su)公路,提升行(xing)車安全性(xing)。
(4)鼓勵高(gao)速公(gong)路經營管(guan)理單位(wei)實施“空(kong)車(che)”差異(yi)化收費,引導空(kong)載(zai)貨(huo)車(che)行(xing)駛(shi)高(gao)速公(gong)路,充分(fen)發揮高(gao)速公(gong)路能(neng)效(xiao)。
(5)鼓勵高速公(gong)路(lu)經營管理單位對安裝(zhuang)使(shi)用ETC行駛高速公(gong)路(lu)的新能(neng)源貨車(che)加大(da)通行費優惠力度,促進交(jiao)通智慧綠色低碳(tan)發展。
(6)鼓勵高(gao)速公路經營管理(li)單(dan)位探索“會員積(ji)分制”差異化收費,對經常行駛高(gao)速公路的(de)車輛,以及使用數字(zi)人民幣等(deng)其他支付方式的(de)車輛,給(gei)予一定幅(fu)度(du)的(de)通行費優惠。
