推土機(ji)在實際作業中,會出現各種故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang),其中推土機(ji)傳(chuan)動系(xi)統故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)主要分為主離合器(qi)(qi)、變(bian)速器(qi)(qi)、轉(zhuan)向(xiang)離合器(qi)(qi)、驅(qu)動輪(lun)和轉(zhuan)向(xiang)液壓助力器(qi)(qi)的故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang),下(xia)面逐一向(xiang)大家分析故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)原(yuan)因和排除方(fang)法。
1、推土機傳動系統——主離合器故障
主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)離(li)(li)(li)合(he)(he)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)故障主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)是(shi),打滑(hua)、分離(li)(li)(li)不(bu)徹(che)底、異響、自動(dong)(dong)(dong)脫(tuo)開(kai)、連接(jie)(jie)塊磨(mo)(mo)損(sun)或斷裂(lie)(lie)。被(bei)動(dong)(dong)(dong)片(pian)(pian)(pian)磨(mo)(mo)損(sun)造成摩擦片(pian)(pian)(pian)間(jian)隙(xi)過(guo)大,壓盤(pan)彈簧性能(neng)減弱(ruo)使(shi)簧片(pian)(pian)(pian)壓力不(bu)足,摩擦片(pian)(pian)(pian)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)沾上油污或接(jie)(jie)合(he)(he)面(mian)(mian)接(jie)(jie)觸不(bu)良等(deng)都(dou)會(hui)打滑(hua),應(ying)用(yong)汽油清洗干凈有油污的(de)(de)(de)(de)摩擦片(pian)(pian)(pian),接(jie)(jie)觸不(bu)良的(de)(de)(de)(de)應(ying)銼(cuo)平或磨(mo)(mo)平;更換失效的(de)(de)(de)(de)摩擦片(pian)(pian)(pian)和彈簧;間(jian)隙(xi)過(guo)小(xiao),被(bei)動(dong)(dong)(dong)盤(pan)翹(qiao)曲或安裝不(bu)正確時(shi)會(hui)導致離(li)(li)(li)合(he)(he)器(qi)(qi)分離(li)(li)(li)不(bu)徹(che)底,應(ying)重新調整(zheng)好被(bei)動(dong)(dong)(dong)盤(pan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)間(jian)隙(xi),或車削翹(qiao)曲的(de)(de)(de)(de)摩擦片(pian)(pian)(pian);配(pei)合(he)(he)件(jian)松曠引起沖擊聲時(shi),應(ying)檢查零部件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)磨(mo)(mo)損(sun)情況,進(jin)行相(xiang)應(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)調整(zheng)、修復(fu)或更換新件(jian);中(zhong)間(jian)盤(pan)與前(qian)被(bei)動(dong)(dong)(dong)盤(pan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)間(jian)隙(xi)過(guo)大或松放(fang)臂小(xiao)端球面(mian)(mian)直徑與鋼碗(wan)內孔的(de)(de)(de)(de)間(jian)隙(xi)過(guo)小(xiao)時(shi),會(hui)使(shi)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)離(li)(li)(li)合(he)(he)器(qi)(qi)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)脫(tuo)開(kai),應(ying)將(jiang)被(bei)動(dong)(dong)(dong)盤(pan)與中(zhong)間(jian)盤(pan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)間(jian)隙(xi)調整(zheng)在0.5~1,0mm之(zhi)間(jian),松放(fang)臂球面(mian)(mian)直徑與鋼碗(wan)內孔間(jian)隙(xi)調整(zheng)在0.3~0.5mm之(zhi)間(jian);連接(jie)(jie)塊磨(mo)(mo)損(sun)嚴(yan)重或斷裂(lie)(lie)時(shi),應(ying)拆下主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)離(li)(li)(li)合(he)(he)器(qi)(qi)總成,調整(zheng)發動(dong)(dong)(dong)機和變速器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)心線(xian)使(shi)其達到技術要(yao)求。
2、推土機傳動系統——變速器故障
變(bian)速(su)器(qi)的(de)故障主要是(shi),油(you)溫過(guo)高、不(bu)易(yi)掛擋和自動(dong)脫(tuo)擋、有敲(qiao)擊(ji)聲。油(you)溫過(guo)高多(duo)因(yin)變(bian)速(su)器(qi)內油(you)面(mian)(mian)過(guo)低,潤滑不(bu)良,有時是(shi)負荷過(guo)大(da)或(huo)軸(zhou)承安裝過(guo)緊,應檢查油(you)面(mian)(mian)是(shi)否(fou)合適,軸(zhou)承部位是(shi)否(fou)局(ju)部溫度過(guo)高,調(diao)整(zheng)軸(zhou)承間隙;不(bu)易(yi)掛擋和自動(dong)脫(tuo)擋多(duo)因(yin)齒(chi)輪齒(chi)面(mian)(mian)剝落或(huo)花(hua)鍵磨(mo)損(sun)出現凹(ao)槽,齒(chi)輪移動(dong)困難、間隙過(guo)大(da)、定(ding)位銷磨(mo)損(sun)、彈簧彈力過(guo)弱,換(huan)(huan)擋時齒(chi)輪沒有完全嚙合和鎖軸(zhou)器(qi)拉桿調(diao)整(zheng)不(bu)正確等(deng),應檢查鎖輛器(qi)拉桿的(de)距離是(shi)否(fou)合適,彈簧力不(bu)足時應換(huan)(huan)新(xin)件(jian);有敲(qiao)擊(ji)聲多(duo)因(yin)齒(chi)面(mian)(mian)磨(mo)損(sun)、齒(chi)間間隙過(guo)大(da)或(huo)花(hua)鍵松(song)曠等(deng),應按技(ji)術要求檢查各(ge)零件(jian)磨(mo)損(sun)情(qing)況及嚙合面(mian)(mian)的(de)面(mian)(mian)積(ji),重(zhong)新(xin)安裝后使為(wei)變(bian)速(su)器(qi)中聲音均勻。
3、推土機傳動系統——轉向離合器故障
轉向離合器(qi)的故障主(zhu)要(yao)是(shi),打滑(hua)(hua)、轉向失靈、腳踏板踩(cai)下時跳(tiao)動(dong)。軸頸磨(mo)損(sun)和(he)油封損(sun)壞,潤(run)滑(hua)(hua)油滲入轉向離合器(qi)內(nei)而沾(zhan)污(wu)主(zhu)、從(cong)動(dong)片和(he)制動(dong)帶使制動(dong)失靈,可用(yong)汽油清洗摩擦片的油污(wu),調整(zheng)失圓(yuan)(yuan)的制動(dong)帶,銼或車平其(qi)接觸面;轉向離合器(qi)外轂內(nei)齒(chi)與(yu)各連接零件(jian)的同心度超差,造成(cheng)腳踏板踩(cai)下時跳(tiao)動(dong),應調整(zheng)該圓(yuan)(yuan)心度,使其(qi)不大于(yu)0.4mm。
4、推土機傳動系統——驅動輪故障
驅動輪的主要(yao)故障(zhang)是,軸承損壞、齒輪箱螺釘(ding)松動、油(you)封(feng)(feng)漏油(you)。可檢查(cha)后半軸的彎曲度(du),軸孔(kong)的偏(pian)差,以及端部軸承座的變形(xing)程(cheng)度(du),進行修(xiu)復(fu)使其達到技術標準要(yao)求;固(gu)定好(hao)軸承孔(kong)與蓋孔(kong)的對(dui)中(zhong)螺釘(ding);鉸削定位銷孔(kong),重新配制定位銷;檢查(cha)油(you)封(feng)(feng)自由高度(du)是否壓縮8~10mm;用砂(sha)紙(zhi)或銼刀(dao)修(xiu)平油(you)封(feng)(feng)端部,磨(mo)平護油(you)板,其不平度(du)不大于0.5mm;重新裝配,更換油(you)封(feng)(feng)。
5、推土機傳動系統——轉向液壓助力器故障
轉向(xiang)液壓助(zhu)力(li)器(qi)主要(yao)故障(zhang)是(shi),操縱(zong)桿(gan)(gan)易卡住、助(zhu)力(li)器(qi)操縱(zong)桿(gan)(gan)操縱(zong)吃力(li)、左右(you)操縱(zong)桿(gan)(gan)的(de)操縱(zong)力(li)不同、左右(you)操縱(zong)桿(gan)(gan)的(de)最后位置不一樣(yang)、漏油(you)(you)。可(ke)拆(chai)下轉向(xiang)離合(he)器(qi)上(shang)蓋(gai)的(de)觀察蓋(gai),調整橫拉桿(gan)(gan);檢(jian)查(cha)各(ge)零件(jian)配合(he)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)并按技(ji)術要(yao)求(qiu)修(xiu)(xiu)理,或使用黏度大的(de)機(ji)油(you)(you);檢(jian)查(cha)各(ge)部件(jian)配合(he)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)并調整到技(ji)術要(yao)求(qiu);研磨閥門與錐面,達到嚴(yan)密接觸標準;檢(jian)查(cha)拉桿(gan)(gan)長度,油(you)(you)封(feng)套是(shi)否(fou)壓到殼體(ti)的(de)最終(zhong)點(dian),確定油(you)(you)封(feng)套高低,做相應的(de)修(xiu)(xiu)理;更換油(you)(you)封(feng),磨平相應平面。
