我(wo)國(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)城市(shi)(shi)(shi)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)包括:地鐵(tie)(tie)、輕軌(gui)(gui)(gui)、單(dan)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)、有(you)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)電車、磁懸(xuan)浮(fu)和市(shi)(shi)(shi)域快軌(gui)(gui)(gui)等類型(xing)。據前(qian)瞻產業(ye)研(yan)究院發(fa)布的(de)(de)《中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)城市(shi)(shi)(shi)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)行業(ye)市(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)前(qian)瞻與(yu)投資戰(zhan)略規劃分析報告(gao)》統計數據顯示,截(jie)至(zhi)2017年(nian)(nian)末,全國(guo)(guo)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)運(yun)(yun)營(ying)(ying)線(xian)(xian)(xian)路149條(tiao),增加25條(tiao),運(yun)(yun)營(ying)(ying)線(xian)(xian)(xian)路總長度4484.2公里(li)(li),增加756.7公里(li)(li);其(qi)中(zhong),地鐵(tie)(tie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)路124條(tiao)、3976.9公里(li)(li),輕軌(gui)(gui)(gui)線(xian)(xian)(xian)路6條(tiao)、203.0公里(li)(li)。城市(shi)(shi)(shi)客運(yun)(yun)輪渡運(yun)(yun)營(ying)(ying)航線(xian)(xian)(xian)92條(tiao),減少20條(tiao),運(yun)(yun)營(ying)(ying)航線(xian)(xian)(xian)總長度434.9公里(li)(li),減少70.1公里(li)(li)。軌(gui)(gui)(gui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)完成(cheng)183.05億人,增長13.3%,運(yun)(yun)營(ying)(ying)里(li)(li)程5.07億列公里(li)(li),增長17.1%。截(jie)止至(zhi)2017年(nian)(nian),全國(guo)(guo)有(you)32個(ge)城市(shi)(shi)(shi)開通(tong)了軌(gui)(gui)(gui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)交(jiao)通(tong),2017年(nian)(nian)新開通(tong)2個(ge)。擁(yong)有(you)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)車站3040個(ge),增加572個(ge);運(yun)(yun)營(ying)(ying)車輛28125輛,增長18.2%。2018年(nian)(nian)上半年(nian)(nian),我(wo)國(guo)(guo)9個(ge)城市(shi)(shi)(shi)10條(tiao)城市(shi)(shi)(shi)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)路開通(tong)運(yun)(yun)營(ying)(ying)。截(jie)止至(zhi)2018年(nian)(nian)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)城市(shi)(shi)(shi)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)運(yun)(yun)營(ying)(ying)里(li)(li)程突破(po)6000公里(li)(li),并(bing)預(yu)測在2022年(nian)(nian)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)城市(shi)(shi)(shi)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)運(yun)(yun)營(ying)(ying)里(li)(li)程將突破(po)萬公里(li)(li)。
除了(le)城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)軌(gui)道(dao)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)外,市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)郊鐵(tie)路、城(cheng)際(ji)鐵(tie)路、高鐵(tie)也迎(ying)來(lai)了(le)巨大發展空間。尤其是(shi)隨著中(zhong)心城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)與周(zhou)邊地區(qu)的(de)聯系日趨(qu)緊密,“中(zhong)心城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)-都(dou)(dou)(dou)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)-城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)群(qun)”的(de)格(ge)局正(zheng)引領帶(dai)動區(qu)域(yu)經濟的(de)發展。2019年(nian)2月(yue),國(guo)家(jia)發改委發布了(le)《關于培(pei)育發展現(xian)代(dai)化(hua)都(dou)(dou)(dou)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)的(de)指導意見》(下稱《意見》),提出到2022年(nian),中(zhong)國(guo)都(dou)(dou)(dou)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)同(tong)城(cheng)化(hua)取(qu)得明顯進展;到2035年(nian),現(xian)代(dai)化(hua)都(dou)(dou)(dou)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)格(ge)局更(geng)加成(cheng)熟,形(xing)成(cheng)若干(gan)具有全(quan)球影響力的(de)都(dou)(dou)(dou)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)。而(er)打造都(dou)(dou)(dou)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan),交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)是(shi)基礎,軌(gui)道(dao)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)更(geng)是(shi)重中(zhong)之重。《意見》提出,要打造軌(gui)道(dao)上(shang)的(de)都(dou)(dou)(dou)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)。統籌(chou)考慮都(dou)(dou)(dou)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)軌(gui)道(dao)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)網絡布局,構建以軌(gui)道(dao)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)為骨干(gan)的(de)通(tong)(tong)(tong)勤(qin)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)。在有條件(jian)地區(qu)編制(zhi)都(dou)(dou)(dou)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)軌(gui)道(dao)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)規(gui)劃,推(tui)動干(gan)線鐵(tie)路、城(cheng)際(ji)鐵(tie)路、市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)域(yu)(郊)鐵(tie)路、城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)軌(gui)道(dao)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)“四網融合”。探索都(dou)(dou)(dou)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)中(zhong)心城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)軌(gui)道(dao)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)適當向(xiang)周(zhou)邊城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(鎮)延伸(shen)。
