健脾養胃的5種按摩手法
1.右手(shou)拇食二(er)指(zhi)按在(zai)左手(shou)臂內外(wai)側正中腕橫(heng)紋上(shang)二(er)寸之內、外(wai)關(guan)穴(xue)位處,正反(fan)各旋(xuan)揉36次。然后再(zai)以同樣的方(fang)法旋(xuan)揉右手(shou)臂。內關(guan)穴(xue)屬手(shou)厥陰心包(bao)經(jing),點(dian)揉此穴(xue)能寬胸(xiong)理氣,寧神和胃(wei)。治療心悸失眠、胸(xiong)脅痛(tong)(tong)(tong)、冠心病、風(feng)濕性心臟病、胃(wei)腸官能癥(zheng)等。外(wai)關(guan)穴(xue)屬手(shou)少陽三焦經(jing),能治療熱(re) 癥(zheng)感冒(mao)、偏頭痛(tong)(tong)(tong)、胸(xiong)脅痛(tong)(tong)(tong)、耳(er)鳴、耳(er)聾、上(shang)肢癱瘓、肩(jian)臂痛(tong)(tong)(tong)等癥(zheng)。心血管系(xi)統疾(ji)病的患(huan)者經(jing)常旋(xuan)揉內外(wai)關(guan),對改善自我癥(zheng)狀、預防心絞痛(tong)(tong)(tong)發作(zuo)有一定的效果。
2.用一只(zhi)手的掌心(xin)貼附肚(du)(du)臍(qi),另(ling)一只(zhi)手疊在(zai)(zai)上(shang)(shang)面,順時(shi)針方(fang)(fang)向以(yi)畫陀螺(luo)的方(fang)(fang)式柔和地邊(bian)按邊(bian)摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca),由肚(du)(du)臍(qi)逐漸均(jun)勻畫圈至全腹,約80—100下,再(zai)倒回(hui)到(dao)肚(du)(du)臍(qi),再(zai) 按摩(mo)(mo)80—100下。可雙手交換(huan),逆時(shi)針方(fang)(fang)向以(yi)同樣的方(fang)(fang)式再(zai)按摩(mo)(mo)一遍。腹部按摩(mo)(mo)能改善腸胃功(gong)能,讓腸胃受到(dao)負載壓力,如果長期堅持,腸胃排泄也能有(you)所改善。建(jian)議在(zai)(zai)晚上(shang)(shang)上(shang)(shang)床后按摩(mo)(mo),按摩(mo)(mo)時(shi),既(ji)不(bu)要(yao)空腹也不(bu)要(yao)脹肚(du)(du)。
3.飯(fan)后、睡前可以搓熱雙(shuang)手(shou)以肚臍為中(zhong)心順時針環摩64圈。完畢搓熱雙(shuang)手(shou)按(an)摩小腹。

5.此(ci)外,坐、臥時還可從下到上按(an)(an)摩(mo)(mo)小(xiao)(xiao)腿,因(yin)為(wei)(wei)小(xiao)(xiao)腿上集(ji)中了不(bu)少消化系統的(de)(de)(de)(de)穴(xue)(xue)位(wei),如脾(pi)、肝經(jing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)足(zu)三(san)陰經(jing)在(zai)小(xiao)(xiao)腿內側,胃經(jing)、 膽經(jing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)足(zu)三(san)陽(yang)經(jing)在(zai)小(xiao)(xiao)腿外側,能健(jian)(jian)脾(pi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)足(zu)三(san)里在(zai)膝蓋下三(san)寸的(de)(de)(de)(de)外側。常按(an)(an)摩(mo)(mo)這些(xie)穴(xue)(xue)位(wei),也有(you)助于(yu)健(jian)(jian)脾(pi)養(yang)胃。按(an)(an)摩(mo)(mo)時不(bu)苛求(qiu)手法,力度以(yi)能承受、按(an)(an)后覺(jue)得舒服為(wei)(wei)度, 不(bu)要在(zai)過飽(bao)和(he)過餓時按(an)(an)摩(mo)(mo)。需注(zhu)意的(de)(de)(de)(de)是,兒(er)童(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)穴(xue)(xue)位(wei)與成人不(bu)同,所以(yi)此(ci)按(an)(an)摩(mo)(mo)法不(bu)適合兒(er)童(tong)(tong)。
